- Yumiko (10/5): 佐渡の良さを満喫できる素敵な宿。 - 佐渡の雄大な海が見渡せる素晴らしいロケーションでした。特に予約で入った露天風呂から見える夕焼けは本当に美しかったです。朝食も佐渡の食材をふんだんに使ったバラエテーに富んだメニューで、とてもおいしかったです。大浴場もきれいでお湯もよかったし、夜に開催される数々のショーも充実していました。 夜暑かったので窓を少し開けて寝ましたが、スクリーンが設置されていないのでカーテンの隙間から蚊が入ってきてゆっくり寝られませんでした。せっかくの素晴らしい施設ですので、スクリーンは入れてほしかったです。次の夜は仕方なしにクーラーを入れました。宿泊代はゴールデンウイークのすぐ後だったからか高価に感じました。

- よしひろ (8/5): - 特筆すべきは広大な庭から眺める夕陽。海に沈む夕陽は東日本からは見ることはできない。素晴らしかった。朝はヨガがあったり、夜は佐渡おけさの体験が出来たりと色々とイベントがあっていい。露天風呂は小さいがこちらからも夕陽が望める。朝食だけ付けて夕食は近くの相川町でと思っていたが、これがなかなか厳しかった。googleに載っているのとは営業時間が変わっていたり、そもそも選択肢が少ない。早めに予約した方無難。朝食ブュッフェも悪くなかった。全体的に満足。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 値段のわりに普通です。 - 沈む夕日がきれいとの情報でこちらの宿にしましたが、あいにくの天気で雲に隠れた夕日でした。ウエルカムドリンクもチェックイン時に説明なく、部屋に入り、案内文にあったので、庭園に出る前に、フロントの女性にウエルカムドリンクあるんですねと、声を掛けましたがハイとだけ、ロビー窓際で座って待っていましたが、なかなか出ないので、結局こちらから「セルフですか」と尋ねる次第。 声をかけた時に「カウンターにあるので、セルフでどうぞ」と言ってくれたらよいのに、サービス精神無し。せめてもは、露天風呂から眺める星空はきれいでした。部屋も食事も普通でこの値段にしてはお値段高く感じました。また夕方の入浴時には大浴場の前に、風呂上がりに用意された薬草茶はぬるくて最悪、翌朝の時は今度は氷が入っていて冷たかったですが、サービスが行き届かなく、今一つ。それに部屋の照明がリモコンでしたが説明の書き方が悪く、どれがリモコンか探しても見つからず、スイッチの枠から全体を外すタイプのリモコンでした。この説明が理解しずらく、なおかつリモコンスイッチで部屋が消灯しません。 壊れているかとデジカメで見ると赤外線はリモコンから出ていますが、照明器具が反応せず、3チャンネルであったので切り替えてみてもダメ。壁のスイッチで消灯しました。毎日点検しているのでしょうか？どれもこれも、期待外れでした。

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 正直、そんなに期待してかなったのだが、料理は何食べても美味しく、朝のバイキングも大満足でした。 お風呂も良かったし、夜にイベントがあって、佐渡おけさを見たり体験出来たのもとっても良かった。 その後のサックスの演奏もガラッと雰囲気が変わり、いい雰囲気でした。ホテルのおもてなしに感謝です。

- ユニケ (10/5): - 外観は年季を感じますが、廊下、室内はリノベーションしてあり、特に掃除が行き届いている印象でした。大浴場のアメニティも他のホテルより整っています。1000円で、離れの露天風呂（檜）も堪能しましたが、若干狭さを感じたものの、それなりの趣があります。部屋からも絶景が眺められましたが、何より一番感動したのは、日本海を眼下に見下ろす広い庭！芝生が綺麗に手入れされており、海岸の岩場にも通じて、1時間以上、散策を楽しみました。女将さんが駆け寄って来て、“お写真をお撮りしましょうか？”と、のお気遣いを頂きました。夜の無料バスツアーや、ちょっとした夜のコンサートなど、人口減少の佐渡において、ホテルとして繁栄を続けるための企業努力や心意気が、此処彼処に見受けられました。このホテルに泊まるために、また佐渡に行きたいと思いました。
- ISABELLE (10/5): Un endroit à découvrir sans hésiter - L’endroit est idéalement situé pour se déconnecter et se relaxer. La vue est sublime et l’on en profite dès le petit-déjeuner. La nourriture est excellente et raffinée. L’équipe de l’hôtel a été du début à la fin serviable, disponible et extrêmement agréable; toujours aux petits soins et avec le sourire. Ne possédant pas de voiture, il y a un service proposé qui nous a permis de dîner en ville tous les soirs. Idem pour les visites aux alentours. On nous dépose à un arrêt de bus stratégique et on revient nous chercher et ceci de manière illimitée! Le onsen est très propre et encore une fois la vue est merveilleuse sur la mer du Japon. Les onsen privés sont encore mieux. La chambre est spacieuse, les futons très confortables, la décoration exquise. Les jardins autour de l’hôtel sont très soignés et permettent de profiter des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

- Nalin (10/5): - Amazing view both from the rooms and the private onsen. Beautiful rooms in the traditional Japanese style, but with all modern amenities. We ate about six of our meals at the hotel and the food was delicious with a large variety. The staff were extremely polite and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't recommend this place enough.
- Naomi (10/5): - The food was fabulous! Although the workers spoke limited English, they put in a lot of effort to communicate. They had nightly local entertainment. The grounds were beautiful and both the private and public onsens were great.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 看落日最佳的地点，有一片大草坪，落日的时间段居然请了人在草坪上吹萨克斯风！妈呀太浪漫了！夜晚我们就在草坪上看星星，看到很多流星！早餐很丰盛，每晚21点大堂还有传统舞蹈表演！一个酒店能为游客做的也不过如此了！
- koji (10/5): 夜空が見える試みをお願いです - 抜群の景観、夕陽も素晴らしいです。惜しむらくは、夜の時間帯に建物の全ての方向に明かりがあるので、星空見えにくい事です。せめて一方向、例えば西方向にでも僅かに暗い部分を作る事をお勧めします。滞在中、二回の人工衛星と二回の流れ星が観察できました。ご検討下さい。
- Verified traveler (8/5): 景色の良いホテル - 部屋、料理、スタッフの対応は良かったのですが、 部屋にはエアコンがあり問題はありませんですたが ローカ、風呂場はかなり暑かったです。 ローカの窓が開けられたら良かったです。

- Verified traveler (8/5): サンセットに一番近い静かなホテル - 広い庭に囲まれたホテルは、以前は賑わった感があり、部屋数も多い 様ですが、宿泊した当日は閑散としていて、一寸存続が心配になりました。設備や調度品等は良いものが使われていて、ベッドや寝具も快適 だした。特にお料理が美味しく、久々に美味しい物を頂いた感じです。 月を見ながらの露天風呂は最高でした。又訪れてみたいと思っています
