真奈美 (10/5): バイキングが充実している、快適に過ごせる宿 - バイキングも豪華で、子どもがいるからと夜のバイキングは早めの時間を進めてもらえありがたかったです。また大浴場利用後に通路を歩いていると、3歳の娘の浴衣がはだけていて裾が長くつまづきそうになっていたのを見かけたスタッフさんが声をかけてくれ、浴衣を着せ直してくれました。私も着せ方がわからなかったので、親切に教えていただきすごく助かりました。バイキングの時も、子どもが食事をこぼしてしまった時もすぐに気づいて優しく対応してくださり、感謝です。そう言った細かい配慮が行き届き、どのスタッフさんも笑顔で迎えてくださり、ほんとに快適に過ごすことができました。ありません。

Yukie (9/5): コスパ良い - バイキングの食事が美味しかったです。種類も豊富で本当はもっと食べたかったのですが全種類は食べきれませんでした。元旦に宿泊したので、朝食におせち料理もあり嬉しかったです。施設は古いですが清掃も行き届いていて気持ち良く過ごせました。バイキング会場以外に、有料でいいのでビールなどが飲めるバーカウンターなどがあると良いです。バイキングの指定時間が遅い時間だったので、温泉に入って一杯したくても、売店にはお土産用の日本酒やワインなどしかなかったので、お風呂上がりに喉を潤せると良いです。

HATTA (8/5): お食事が美味しく食べすぎてしまいました。のんびり過ごせて有り難いです。 - お部屋から眺める景色に癒されました。大浴場で温度の違う温泉が最高で、それぞれにゆっくり親しみました。お部屋の窓が開かないので、外の気温が分からず、服装に悩みました。浴場にスリッパを履いていきますが、そこで他人のスリッパを履くことに違和感を感じました。
