- Christina (10/5): A wonderful stay! - Excellent location with easy access to all public transportations, restaurants and shops. Walking distant to Kokura Castle. Although it's right above the busy train station, but you won't hear any noise inside the room. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. We had a twin room, which was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Wonderful breakfast, we especially loved its large, full-view windows that brought in bright morning sunshine and beautiful city view while enjoying a great meal. Fully equipped and spacious laundry room.

- HYEWEON (10/5): - 고쿠라역과 연결되어 있어서 전철을 이용하는 여행이라면 이보다 좋은 호텔을 찾을 수는 없다고 봅니다. 하카다역 근처에서 일박하고 여기서는 연박했는데 청소를 안한다고 했더니 방문앞에 타올과 비품이 놓여 있었습니다. 고쿠라성을 가다가 쇼핑하게 되어서 다시 호텔로 들어와서 짐을 놓고 가기도 했습니다. 다음에 고쿠라를 가게 되어도 다시 선택할겁니다.

- Christensen (10/5): A wonderful place where we will visit again - The location was amazing. Our room was the most comfortable. We had a great view out the large picture window of the street, the monorail, people coming and going. We could sit in chairs which we did at night. There was no noise from the street. The staff went above and beyond. There was everything at the station one could hope for with shops and restaurants in the streets and Kokura Castle and grounds was in walking distance after taking a 1 minute monorail ride. Nozomi which we used is just on the doorstep, as was local trains. We went to the waterfront and caught a boat over to Honshu and visited there. Everything was perfect as was meeting up with a beautiful friend. Absolutely nothing, it was all wonderful

No windows you can open, but also no feel of fresh air circulating in the room. You can hear everything from the rooms next to yours so I couldn’t sleep well both nights. Stains on the curtains and on the window.

- Hidehiko (7/5): 久しぶりの外泊です - 駅と隣接、コンビニも近い。杖をついているのを見たスタッフの方がエレベーターに近い部屋を選んでくれた。感謝 ６時前に早朝チェックアウトした場合、正面玄関からしか出れないのは不便に感じた。駅のフロアにつながる３階から出たかったが、６時前はエレベーターが３階を選択できないようだった。

- Hilary (9/5): A really great stay for our first introduction to Japan. - The location is perfect especially if you’re travelling around by train. It’s also close to the main shopping area and close to great 🐄 restaurants. Kokura castle is just a short walk away. The room was small but very comfortable and very clean.
