- Eric (6/5): 安靜、有停車場但軟體服務欠佳 - 這間是我來宜蘭的首選旅店，安靜又有停車場，房間也很乾淨，大概因為是民宿改建經營，早餐是外面早餐店買的而非旅店自己準備的早餐，對我來說這也可以接受。但這次過年入住時，check in時服務人員說隔天八點取早餐，隔天八點半左右到櫃台取餐時沒有人也沒有餐放在櫃台，剛好來取餐撲空的房客才好心告知服務人員正在外面買早餐，快九點下樓取餐時才有早餐，但回房間後又買錯，告知服務人員後才有趕緊去買，服務人員也常不在無法即時詢問依些事情及取得援助，退房也只是把卡交到櫃台沒有任何人顧。相對過年期間住宿費比平時假日漲了一半，軟體服務上反而品質降低，但若不在意這些枝微末節，這間還是不錯值得入住的旅店。
- Yikuan (8/5): 75分！ - 一切都很乾淨，但附近的街道到晚上，若有兩人會感覺比較安全些，另外棉被感覺沒有常常拿去曬，雖無霉味，但是蓋的時候覺得癢癢的（可能是我個人問題） 整體上是便宜實惠的飯店！

- SIU LAM (10/5): 整體環境舒適 - 與宜蘭火車站有十分鐘步行距離，近新月廣場也近食店，晚上街道較暗。 房間清潔舒適，燈光明亮。廁所及淋浴分開，方便使用。 唯早餐是外送便當。
- Sandra (8/5): 房間很寬敞，很整潔。 - 房間很寬敞，很整潔，床很舒服，電視畫面很清晰。離吉米公園、新月廣場都滿近的，還有停車場。非常方便。早餐是先訂好，服務人員會買好放大廳。對於想要一早就品嘗宜蘭美食的旅客，也可以選擇不吃早餐又不會覺得浪費了，是個不錯的選擇。

- Yingxue (8/5): DIY Accommodation - Generally a OK inn if you are not fussy about service. The reception counter was un-man during our stay except for check in. We were provided with key card for entering the door and lift that led to our room. Breakfast was pre-ordered and came in paper lunch box and drink, for self collection at reception counter. The quad room was quite small for four person. But with the price we were satisfied.
- Yen Ling (8/5): cp值高 - 房間很新很乾淨，但是隔音不好，聽得見其他人在走廊上的聲音和水管的洩水聲。進出都有刷卡管制，很安全也很自在，也有提供車位，算是cp值很高的民宿。
