• Solomon (4/5): Disappointing - The very friendly staff We had to get through the window to unlock, the shower floods the bathroom, no toilet papers, no shower caps, sleepers, shower gels. Towels are very old. The standard was very disappointing for an executive room.
• Matsiliso (5/5): The place was too far from Gaborone town, we had to pay 50P to go to town and 50p going back - We arrived at White City Inn and we were told that it is fully booked, they arranged that we should go to Jabi Inn which was far out of town, l asked who’s going to pay for transport because we had already paid the drive. They called a guy by the name of Mahommed and he agreed to pay the taxi. Upon arrival they showed us the room and they told us there’s know water so we had to use buckets for washing for the duration of our stay. I told the manager that l’m not prepared to pay the full price because we used buckets to wash and he agreed and l ended paying 600P instead of 688P. My question is. how can White City Inn be fully booked and yet we booked online with Booking.com and on time and yet we were taken from pillar to post yet we had a reservation number. Same as above

• Babhekile (2/5): Horrible - I didn't like anything. Everything. I made an online reservation and when I got there they were not prepared for us. There were no rooms for us and we slept in an unlockable room. The linen of the place is not clean and has stains. I was also not aware that the place was right next to a bar/tavern that is loud and you can hear it from your room

I called several times, and no one picked up the calls on the mobile number you provided. I was forced to find another guesthouse because i had nowhere to sleep. You returned my calls 2 hours later. I was totally not satisfied with your service as this was a great inconvenience for me as I was stranded in the early hours of the morning in Gaborone

Please buy Duvets and their covers, easy to clean, those heavy blankets are not clean and I am sorry to say they have some odours, please do check that, breakfast should also be standard, otherwise enjoyed my stay, small things like door locks not a problem can be fixed, but Blankets and Pillows needs attention, Thanks

No towel, no tissue papers in the toilet, the bin was dirty, lights were not working and the bed was cracking all night. Very disappointed in everything.

• Molefe (6/5): It is good facility which I can use in the future. - The rooms are big enough to accommodate a family with children. The bedding is also fine. The overall security and safety of clients and their property is very weak. The management should address this as a matter of urgency. The recent rains have proven that serious maintenance of the building is an urgent necessity.

Bathroom was not very clean, especially the shower curtain was very dirty. The noise from the nightclub ( or whatever it is called) was too much. The pillows were hard, not comfortable. I didn't use them.
• Motswagole (1/5): Bad stay at white city inn - Staff was excellent, cleaning the rooms throughly, opening the gate for customers to get inside the facilities the whole day and night. There is no security at the car parking lot. Three females are the one which open the gate at night and during the day and its very dangerous for the females to be opening the gate at late night because thiefs can easily attack them or they may get raped by thiefs or some customers. The same females are also the receptionists and clearners of the rooms. They are working 24 hrs non stop they are trying their best but its not enough due to fatigue especially at late night when required to open the gate for customers. The owner of the facility has written he is not responsible for the damages done to the cars when parking inside his facility and he written park your car at your risk. During my second day there was no toilet papers, soaps in my room and they told me they have requested those materials from the owner. It didn't arrive that day until I checked out . The facility is situated in a location called white city where crime scenes are very high and a lack of security especially for the car makes the facility a red 🚩. The owner is abusing the 3 female staff because they are working as security officer, chefs,cleaners and receptionists. I will attach the photo of the rules and regulations of customers at white city inn guest house on the photos section.

• Keleabetswe (1/5): Poor location and poor service - Nothing only 1 staff member Lala was so accompdating Everything and the room was not clean, and it wasn't smelling clean Linen wasn't looking clean and fresh There were no amenities in the room, including a toilet paper When I booked I booked a family room on arrival I was given an executive room and they advertised it coming out with breakfast but during the 4 knights we booked we only had this breakfast once and the other time there was no water and we were suppose to go for a very important meeting I had to go and buy 2 x 5l water and a bucket And the room always in the morning have a swamp of bees coming through the windows as we were opening it to have a fresh smell in the bathroom and when you borrow doom when you spray a voice from staff at reception will scream and say that doom is soo strong to show you that you are sraying a lot whilst you are killing bees The bathroom windows don't lock it self. You can just push it from the outside. Security there, mhhhhhhh We had 2 remote controls for aircon and for TV, but sharing a battery, only 3 batteries

The whole place smelt like people smoke inside of it. Then the fridge has na never been washed by the look of things.

The bed was nice it was easy staying indoors than outside it was too hot That there was no breakfast served , went to eat breakfast somewhere and shower the water splashes everywhere. Next time put a mop inside the bathroom.

Its not for someone who cannot sleep in the presence of noise. Also there were no floor towels and towels when asked the staff said they are just been washed and not dried yet
