- Bhupinder (2/5): Very poor - Water pressure in the showers We booked through Booking.com and received a call from the hotel asking to pay in advance, which we refused, so they backed off. The whole hotel building is dated. Staff seems to have lost the will to work, most of the staff stands around in groups and gossip, like they do not know the meaning of hospitality. The toilets in the rooms are dirty and dated with broken/ rusted fittings, towels have seen better days are a few things to name. There was kettle in the room but with no elecrical lead to connect. Exposed wires. They staff is so lazy that they put a medical tape on the room key cards and wrote room numbers permanently. See pics Went for breakfast in the morning and before we sat down, thestaff came running to announce that we have to pay for the breakfast, even though that we had paid in advance. Showed them the email confirmation but they blamed the front desk. I wouldn't recommend to stay here.

Had to request the boiler to be switched on. Average - the restaurant isn't the best, but is ok for breakfast

The General Manager of the hotel lacks even the basic knowledge of how to talk to Customers. The Management should hire well qualified and experienced staff.
- Bluestar110 (8/5): Worth the money I paid - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view of the hotel was charming. The facility was well taken care of. There were 2 swimming pool in the hotel I got a good offer on the rate in booking.com The reception wasn't respectful. The swimming pool wasn't clean enough and some loud guys were drinking alcohol and smoking there and shouting without anyone asking them to stop. Breakfast wasn't good enough. However the restaurant staff were helpful. The location was a little far from the city . There was an event going on in the hotel so they moved my vehicle without telling me.

The hotel is ok but there are several details, like the poor pressure of the shower and the faulty flush system of the toilet but once reported they were fixed. The restaurent is not bad, very tasty food! It is not in the centre but easy to reach it by tuktuk!

- Kamal (6/5): Average - My room was changed from one of the pathetic room to average room. Its bit complicated and hard to explain but let me try. When I asked your executive to assign me a good room (with the justification that my stay is long and its with family), he mentioned that you will get one of the best room. That really a false promise. So when I entered in the room its was full of awful smell. No 'window' to open. The washrooms were even worst, its leakage all around, almost every tap is leaking. Pot cover was broken, and also its stinking like anything. It seems that room was not opened from may days.
