- David (10/5): Stay here - The manager named 'Air' who runs this place is absolutely brilliant. My stay here was the best. Room was huge, comfortable, and very clean. Will be staying here again and recommending everyone to stay here. Perfectly positioned.

- Alianne (1/5): Under no circumstances I recommend this hotel - Good localization, close to the patong beach and around a lot of facilities, not noisy around. hotel nothing like the photos and the accommodation informs that there is a bedroom with private bathroom and private shower, but the shower only works for like 3 minutes in a row and then it stops for like 7 to 10 minutes! we spent all day at the beach and when we were back it was impossible to take a shower and wash the hair in a shower like that! It says that there is a TV in the room but it doesn’t work! We paid before even entered the bedroom and didn’t get to take a proper shower during our stay…. I asked to change the bedroom in the first night and I was told that the hotel was full, not true… maybe there wasn’t the same room I booked but there was other rooms available…. since mine wasn’t as promised when I booked they should have moved me at least…. in the last night they offered to change but we didn’t accepted… too much trouble…. aah they are REALLY worried about how much do you use of the facilities, the even go to you room when you are not there (any time) to check if you left something turned on. I’ve staid in cheaper and better places, I regret spending my money and time in this Hotel.

- Melissa (4/5): Disappointing and uncomfortable. - The location is perfect and is 5 minutes from Bangla road and close to the beach. Helpful that they can do a late check in. The standard of the room was very poor, not what I was expecting from the photos and had to kill a cockroach within an hour. Very difficult to pay for the room as it was asked for via bank transfer and the lady host was very pushy about getting the money asap and continued to bother me even though the bank transfer stated it wouldn't be immediate. Didn't feel comfortable and left after the first night to go to another hotel.

Cons: Uncomfortable bed, a little run down, could be a little cleaner. Our AC unit was dripping so we had to switch rooms. Decent stay if looking for centrally located budget hotel.

Excellent location, close to beach, close to all shopping. We walked everywhere. If you walk further past the JungCeylon shopping about 10 to 15 mins away, you can enjoy some good Thai massage for only 200thb, half price from the heart of Patong.
- rmiasnik (8/5): Very Good Value for Price - This is a great little guesthouse to stay if you're on a budget. The room is a comfortable, clean hotel room, with a large bed shower, mini-fridge, and bathroom. It is very close to Patong beach, and they offer motorbike rentals. I'd come back here!

- 367markj (4/5): No - this place is Not nice - Stayed here for 2 nights. When I booked, I selected a room with windows, which was less expensive than a room with no windows. What I got was a room with 3 large windows - that had shutters nailed shut on them so there was no daylight at all. Pitch black. I spoke to the manager and they insisted the room had windows - even if the shutters did not open !! (and the windows were also nailed locked !). The room was depressing. Not much more to say. We went out the next day and when we returned, the room had not been cleaned. I inquired and was told that I didnt put the "please clean my room" tag on the door ! Finally, the rooms were filled with camphor balls ("moth balls") in the sink and shower. The smell was disgusting, and I believe these products have been outlawed in most countries as being highly cancer causing. They were clearly trying to hide unpleasant odors from the drains.
- mia0miya (8/5): Nice and quiet - Little heaven just a few block away from the crazyness. Friendly and nice family staff. Clean with everything we could need. Maybe the view is the only down part...so if you just need a place to sleep that the perfect spot !
- TheRaff (8/5): Comfortable beds - This place was a great surprise when staying in Patong. We arrived really late into Phuket airport, immigration took forever. We wandered down the streets at 5 o'clock in the morning until we found this place. It was A great surprise. The owner was asleep but he woke up to greet us. We ended up staying here two nights, well if you can call it that. The owner (his name is Air) only charged is for one as it was already morning, basically an early check in. It's far enough from the madness to get a decent nights sleep the best surprise was the comfortable beds. It was a bit out of budget at 1300Baht but under the same conditions I'd definitely stay here again.
- MANDLA2210 (6/5): Decent - Stayed for a day after leaving the Patong Heritage just across the way who were being awkward about extending our stay. The heritage is an all round much better hotel, but that's reflected in the price. Had a ground floor room, which was basic. One (possibly queen sized) bed. A table and two chairs in the corner. Was pretty modern, not upscale, but I'd be doing it an injustice if I described it as 'basic'. Decently decorated and a nice bathroom. Bathroom is small, quite modern, no bathtub and a shower in the corner. Location is down a little alley, which is less than 5 minutes from Bangla road. Free WIFI which was quite quick with a shared password you only had to use once. There's a computer in the reception that guests are free to use which came in quite handy. If you're not that fussed about amenities, this is pleasant enough, but there are better.
- Willisson22 (10/5): Drop of heaven in a sea of hell - Patong is definitely the hell-raising younger brother of Patpong (Bangkok) and it is overthrown with tattoo artists, massage parlours and Russian tourists. There really is no space to breathe outside of the hotel as every street vendor tries their unique style to prize money from your wallet, so stumbling upon this place was a Godsend. Sino House is tucked away opposite a huge pink massage parlour (an easy landmark to spot after too many beers) and offers huge rooms, EXTREMELY large, comfy beds and clean bathrooms with free toiletries. Our room came equipped with a good wifi in the bedroom and a working refrigerator... Amazing considering the price. Moreover, it is only a 10 minute stroll from the main strip where the noise and chaos resides. My partner and I stayed only one night as we had an early morning flight but we would have happily stayed a lot longer. The only downside is that it was hard to find! We stumbled upon the place and took the risk. I suggest you read this review and do the same, you won't regret it!
- blisteringbarnacles (8/5): great budget guesthouse if you dont need all the mod cons - was looking for a cheap but decent accommodation in Patong Beach Phuket over Christmas 2011. I found it in this place. Pros: sizeable elegant rooms for 1400bht over Christmas, clean, run by lovely people - older lady and young guy. Location is close to Jung Ceylon and nightlife. Photos on booking.com are accurate ie they dont show you a great room then give you a crap one. Cons: if you dont like the seediness that does exist in Phuket, then maybe stay further north up Raj U Thit road. Not really a hotel as such, more a guesthouse, so none of the usual facilities like pool, laundry, room service or in house dining or balcony rooms but for the price I wasn't fazed. Not beachfront if that matters to you. Summary: A good honest 1-2 star hotel ie clean and simple, and decent staff and a decent bed. highly recommended.
