Poco curato La cucina totalmente sfornita (non c’era nemmeno il bidone per la spazzatura), aprendo le ante per cercare il bidone ho trovato un vecchio frigo (spento) tutto ingiallito e vecchio. Il bagno aveva il tubo della doccia rotto pertanto è stato complicato anche lavarsi.

• İdi̇l (10/5): Cute Village & Amazing View & Nice Apartment - Mikros Gialos is a very small, silent and cute village with a nice beach and taverns The apartment was super clean, large and comfortable. The location was amazing, Especially the view from the balcony was really breathtaking, it was extremely relaxing to spent time at the balcony. Very friendly and helpful owners. Having a private parking place is a plus. Highly recommend if you are planning to visit Miikros Gialos.

Comfortable, clean, with a wonderful view from the balcony, close to the beautiful beach of Mikros Gialos and to restaurants. Parking was possible inside the courtyard. • Ancuta (10/5): Lovely, relaxing stay! - -very close to the beach, Migros Gialos but you have the possibility to bath in front of the property -very comfortable bed, clean with a sea view from it -nice terrace, we spent a lot of time there -very nice staff, ready to help you in any situation(if you ask them, they will rapidly help you) -spacious room, clean updated bathroom, parking lot, kitchenette -I had a hairdryer, mosquito net -the area is very quite, no night life, perfect for relaxing -markets around the property, tavern nearby -these points are mentioned as a recomand: improvement of the Wi-Fi signal, some kitchen ustensils are needed(2 bowls, a bigger knife, coffee maker, kitchen towel and trash bags)-we had them with us; it would be better to have maybe a microwave/oven( eventhough you can manage without it).

Spyros was such a lovely gentleman and so helpful with advice when required. Room quite basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable so very nice to stay there. I would recommend Captain Nick and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
• Charles (8/5): - Nice location and views from quite a spacious apartment. Only a few minor gripes - no toaster, no safe for valuables, one missed room service. On the plus side, daily rubbish clearance and reasonably good WiFi. Owner and cleaner very friendly and helpful.

• Viorel (4/5): disappointing / farce - It was quiet. The furniture was very old and damaged, faded or rusted. Cracked sandstone in many places – renovations have been missing for years, except for a coat of paint on the wall, which makes it visible for the age of the sockets left on the wall. The only new things were plastic and that gave the room a heavy smell every time you entered it. The room was too small for 4 people (family with 2 kids) and was not enough air for this - very very small. Although the room was equipped with beds for 4 people, with comfortable mattresses, they were only 1.80m length and one bed had springs that was continuing creaking. Slum behavior - owner canceled our booking on site just to avoid some taxes and to keep the money for himself I guess, as it was fully payed at reservation time thru Booking.com. And this gives you a feeling of insecurity, on your own money and when you travel with your family.

• John (10/5): Neat sea-facing apartment, perfect for small-boat activities - Located on the waterfront with a commanding view of the bay. Spacious balcony for al fresco meals (self-catering is possible, it's a short walk to a small supermarket with a good range). Breakfast can also be bought as an outsourced package, delivered to the room, which was more than adequate (but sharpened my appetite for more coffee). The owner was very helpful arranging transport from Vlicho, and even drove me back himself on Sunday when all the taxis were busy. The room and facilities were clean and modern and the service exceptional. Bear in mind that this is an apartment block - the open-air balconies are private but not soundproof.
• Barry (10/5): Excellent , relaxing, peaceful getaway - Perfectly located at the Porto Poros end of Mikros Gialos, literally 10m from the water's edge for swimming. Beautiful seaviews from our sizeable front-facing balcony. A quiet location, but with two very good tavernas and excellent cocktail bar close by. Private parking in the rear courtyard. Our host Spiros was friendly and helpful and always available without being intrusive. A pleasant 300m or so walk to the main beach at Mikros Gialos - An ideal place for a relaxing holiday. It's a 20 minute or so drive in and out of Mikros Gialos to the main road. The Mikros road itself is in good order but quite steep and twisty. This wasn't a problem for us, but a car is pretty much essential for visiting other parts of the beautiful Lefkada Island.

The views are amazing and sitting outside with that view with your morning coffee or breakfast was amazing. The staff is super nice and they have on sight partking. The beach is not far away and there are some really nice restaurants right next door. It does take a good 20 min drive back up the hill to the main road but that makes for a very calm and quiet village. Everything was great

The owner was very helpful and understood why we were there. we didn't stay over night but the room was just what we needed. There was a small kitchenette and an en suite. the outlook is amazing and free parking at the back of their property although probably would have been ok parking outside. Right next to the sea, but no beach. nothing, just what we needed.
• Amir (10/5): great guesthouse/hotel in Micros Gialos. - I prefer other places in Lefkada. mainly the west coasts. but whoever does like Mickros Gialos will find this guesthouse/hotel very pleasent. , the facility is new and clean. the room is spacious. location is very good (by the beach, 5 minutes to the main beach and near restaurants). the host Spiros is very nice and helpful. I had a very good time there. I prefer Buffe breakfast. here there was breakfast bought by Spiros and delivered to the room. I appreciate the efforts though.

The people here make the difference! I believe some of the units are still in the process of upgrades. The old refrigerator needs to be removed from the studio to make way for functional kitchen cabinets. A light colored shower curtain would improve the shower.

• C (10/5): Hidden Gem - Superb little place. Very modern clean and comfortable apartment with a stunning view. Nick was very friendly and helpful throughout. Great location for getting away from the hustle and bustle of normal life (you’ll need a car… or a boat). Everything you realistically need within walking distance: couple of lovely tavernas (best fish of my life), a friendly locals’ bar/cafe and a shop. You get to feel like a local very quickly! Wouldn’t hesitate to return here, the island and this little fishing village have such a unique charm.
