• Anja (9/5): Die Insel ist wunderschön. Die Tavernen im Ort sind sehr gut, die Menschen sehr gastfreundlich. - Die Villa ist gut geplant, sehr ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist super sauber. Das eine Bad ist etwas eng. Da es aber drei Bäder gibt, ist das nicht so relevant.

• Sheila (9/5): Very comfortable stay ,amazing view from our balcony. - Very spacious, clean and equipped villa.Nikos very welcoming and answers all our questions from Day 1 until our last day.Cleaning staff amazing they clean once a week.Near restaurants and near Shipwreck View Point. Nothing but it would be nice if there was a microwave.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Niezapomniany pobyt - Fantastyczna willa, całkowicie wyposażona, składająca się z 3 pokoi z łazienkami. W domu znajduje się wszystko co jest potrzebne w trakcie wakacyjnego pobytu. Piękny ogród z basenem. Willa ma dużą ilość tarasów. W zależności od pory dnia można wybrać najbardziej odpowiedni. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Mieszkańcy miasteczka bardzo otwarci i sympatyczni. Po raz pierwszy spotkaliśmy się z taką gościnnością. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy. Wszystko było perfekcyjne.

Very comfortable and the owner was very welcoming The only thing I feel people should be aware of is there is no shallow end in the pool and the bathroom in the twin room floods every time someone uses the shower

• Manuel Ricardo (10/5): Tranquilidad y comodidad para tus vacaciones en zakynthos - La villa está muy bien ubicada, en el pueblo de anafonitria con la playa más cercana a 10 minutos en coche (porto vromi). La tranquilidad que transmite la Vila es fenomenal. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. Lo único por decir algo, son los perros de los vecinos que por la noche molestan con sus ladridos acabando por despertarnos.

• Allison (9/5): A very lovely, relaxing holiday in a beautiful village location. - We were picked up from the airport by Giannis and he kindly stopped at a supermarket for us. The house and grounds were lovely and the pool was cleaned every day. We were left a bottle of wine, water in the fridge and a basket of jams/honey etc. The villa is in a rural location in a small village. We visited the local coffee shops, restaurants, local conveniences and gift shops. They are all run by very friendly people and they made us feel very welcome. I would definitely consider coming again. One of the bathrooms did flood the floor when the shower was used, but this wasn’t a show stopper.
• Roxana (8/5): Take care of insland’s cat and animals altogether - We stayed in Vila I and it was very nice, beautiful garden, kitchen and barbecue area equipped with all you need. It was also very clean and we appreciated the fact that the pool was cleaned daily; it was pleasant altogether. You have a very nice view of the fields, it’s peaceful and quiet. The villas are within walking distance of mini market, a few tavernas and souvenirs shop. Cons: - just for one of the rooms, the one with twin beds, it has a very very small bathroom, you must pay attention not to bruise yourself while washing or moving around. Also, that room has only one nightstand and no other desk/small table… there was no place to put your watch, wallet and other small, but important, belongings …that was pretty weird. - there is only one dryer rack for the whole house, which was not enough for 6 people. We had to dry our towels and bathing suits hanging on the rail of the balcony - the terraces are not really covered, if it rains, which it did during our stay, you cannot stay on the terrace because you will get wet and fet rain in your drink. Unrelated to the villas or the owner, there are a lot of stray cats… unfortunately greek people never heard of neutering them or taking care of them in any way… The cats were VERY HUNGRY, we fed them daily and, for an animal lover who pays attention to this kind of things, it was very sad to see them so hungry and desperate… Whoever will be staying here, PLEASE FEED the CATS, they will be grateful and you will be making a good deed. Thank you
• Juerg (9/5): Wonderful and spacious house with huge garden and private pool - It's an oasis far away from the tourist crowds, we really loved our stay there. The garden is very spacious, and the private pool is just a bliss. Nikos was very helpful and always available when we needed anything. The outside verandas for dining or just relaxing are ingenious! Overall this villa made our vacation on Zakynthos very memorable. Just three things to mention here: 1. The beds are too narrow (double bed 160x200, single beds 80x200), and for the double beds there was just one blanket to share for two persons. With this we did not sleep so well. 2. The bathrooms are rather tiny, not really comfortable to take a shower. In one of the bathrooms there is not even a proper shower cell so if anyone took a shower there, the whole bathroom was completely under water... 3. The kitchen furniture is rather cheap (some cupboards do not open/close smoothly) and does not match with the otherwise upmarket villa. So overall we felt the interior was a bit too economical for this otherwise gracious villa.

• Lisa (10/5): We had the best time in Zakynthos while staying in the gorgeous accomodation that Eden Villas is! - Eden Villas is a gorgeous, modern and spacious accomodation. That goes for the inside as well as the outside. The location is a little further away from the center of Zakynthos, but that’s completely worth it! Especially since there is so much to do around the accomodation. For example the lovely private pool in a huge garden with an amazing view of the beautiful mountains. Also great with a little one travelling along! Around Eden Villas you can find a few lovely restaurants, like Galaxy Taverna. Our host, Nikos, was very helpful and literally thought of everything you might need to make your stay in Zakynthos as pleasant as possible. We will definitely return to Eden Villas! We liked everything!
• Amelie (10/5): We had an amazing time and the hosts were very helpful! - The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. The house itself is kept very clean and comfortable. The pool is cleaned every day. There is a small shop in the village and the locals are very nice. Larger shops are easy to reach with a rental car, e.g. in Alykes. Generally, a rental car is very helpful in the area, which is a nice quiet spot in the mountains. The kitchen could have used a few dish cloths but they are barely needed thanks to the dishwasher
