Sajjad Haider (8/5): Best location, spacious and value for money - Spacious and thoughtfully designed, it features a duplex layout with two double beds, a washing machine, and a bathroom equipped with a bidet (shattaf). Located right in the heart of Beijing’s pedestrian street, with a Chinese halal restaurant within walking distance, coffee shops, 7/11 and daily cleaning service, it is absolutely worth it. It is located on the 20th floor, not the 1st as mentioned on Booking.com, which is misleading. There are only two dedicated lifts; one stops on every floor, while the others serve even and odd floors separately. As a result, the wait can be quite long and sometimes frustrating when the lift stops at every floor. Other than that, everything is good.

Sandi (8/5): A hop and a skip to Beijing Rd, great for a group or families - The location of the property was great - you literally walk out onto Beijing Road after you come out from the lifts and walk through Heerun Plaza. There is a washing machine / dryer, big fridge, microwave, kettle, couch, and dining table in the apartment. It is a great space for 4 people sharing. Free wifi. The staff were really responsive and helpful on WeChat whenever we had queries. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned when we checked in but it was rectified immediately once they were notified. The lifts are extremely slow and you can only use certain lifts according to the floor you’re staying on. Wifi is really slow. The pillows were too soft, we had to ask for extra pillows but they were only able to provide an extra two although 4 of us needed an extra one so we just used the cushions from the couch.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Great value for USD 400 for 6 days and 5 nights. Nothing major — overall a very pleasant stay.

Очень грязно и уныло! Размещаться с таким отели с детьми небезопасно! В ванной - серная плесень! Под гипсокартоном в потолке ночью Бегают мышки, тараканов валом! Даже если на двери висит табличка - Не беспокоить, местный персонал заходит к вам в номер как себе домой ! Бронировали с 17.03 -24.03, но после 2-х ночей пришлось покинуть отель, потому что жить в таких условиях очень сложно. Лифт чтоб дождаться, надо простоять приличное время:(((( спасибо, что без штрафов вернули деньги за не прожитые дни! Больше туда ни ногой!

Our room was full of mould - see pictures - can’t believe they would rent that out. Our door lock was so loose that looks like someone kicked the door open previously. Wifi was so slow. Nai ding (5/5): - Large room, fully furnished. Lifts take way too long, waited over 20 mins to get on a lift. Room/building is very dated and hot water supply was limited. Wifi was not working.

law (9/5): OVERALL IS A GOOD PLACE WILL RECOMMENDED . - ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, IT FEEL LIKE HOME. LIFT WAS WANT WAIT A LONG TIME UP AND DOWN.

Yi Wei (7/5): Hotel Room Review - Nearby to shopping. It a gd location. The lift need to be upgraded as some lifts are not working at that time. It always a long wait from level 1.The bathroom floor tiles cracked. Scare to get cut especially old ppl.

meeweilam (3/5): Unexpected experience - The staff thete is very helpfull and polite.The location is good and convenient, nrar to beijing pedestrian street. The faclities in apartment is poor. The washing machine is very old and not function properly. The hot water have to wait interval 10-15mimutes after each person use. On my last day stay, the water heater was leaking water and wet the floor. However, it was repaired in a few hours.

Hicham (1/5): - Rien je vous contacte pour vous réclamer la non compatibilité de la description de la chambre avec celle offert par l hôtel . malheureusement la description cité qu il s agit d une chambre de 60 mètres carrés et de 3 lits . or la chambre que l hôtel m à alloué est de mois de 35 mètres carrés de de 2 lits seulement. je vous prie de contacter l hôtel pour plus de détails. je tiens également à signaler que notre demande a été effectuée pour qu'après adultes or cette chambre ne peut en en cas supporter ce nombre merci .

Mun Yee (4/5): - Location is very good. Right in Beijing Rd. Staff are very responsive. The apartment is in a commercial building. No security as anyone can enter the building. Our next door is a hair salon and opposite is a massage spa. Building is very run down, broken tiles.
