Der Zufahrtsweg bedarf einer Erneuerung.

• Steve Peat (9/5): - Pretty good value for money, more expensive than South Africa, but that's Botswana. Best steak I've had for a long time in their restaurant. Better than one the previous week in a very expensive Safari Lodge. Everything you could reasonably need on site, staff a very friendly and welcoming Heritage roons a bit on the basic side, no window or ventilation in the bathroom, no fridge.. Would recommend taking one if the chalets that look much nicer and rack rate is not much more. It was perfectly adequate for our short stay though.

Aufgrund der Regenzeit war die Zufahrt lamentabel und nur mit 4x4 befahrbar, aber auch ohne Schlammlöcher und Wasserlöcher ist die Zufahrt eine Zumutung; Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste überholt werden; Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer; Angebotene Ausflüge und Aktivitäten sind überrissen teuer.

The staff were all so helpful and friendly and the food excellent. To be able to take a boat ride right from the hotel was amazing and just being in this location was fabulous. Thank you so much . • Yisroel (9/5): - This hotel is rated way too low. Most don’t come to Maun to stay in Maun, but if you do stay in town, this spot is wonderful. It’s on its own private reserve about 15-20 minutes from the airport, really peaceful and quiet. Very friendly service here. Was given an early check in as they were not fully booked. The grounds are beautiful. Only small issue is the shower is not very good. It sprays everywhere and was having issues to get it to be hot temperature. The WiFi, AC and beds were all perfect. Shower was not great.

• Silvia (10/5): Ein Paradies im Grünen - Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt, wir waren zweimal dort und haben jeweils den Aufenthalt verlängert. Tolle Anlage, der Garten sehr gepflegt, nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Direkt am Fluß gelegen, wunderschöne Ausblicke. Das Restaurant bietet ein sehr gutes beef filet. An einem Abend gab es Bier aus der lokalen Brauerei Okavango Beer. Leider nicht an den folgenden Abenden. Und jetzt kommt das Beste: Es gibt auch einen zweiten großen Pool im hinteren Bereich, in welchem man richtig schwimmen 🏊🏼‍♀️ (Bahnen ziehen) konnte. Nicht selbstverständlich in Afrika und hier ganz besonders zu erwähnen: Der Pool wurde rückgespült uns gechlort. Das gibt ein sicheres Gefühl. Wir sagen danke an alle und würden definitiv wider kommen.

We would definitely recommend staying there to other people The hot water in Room 105 smelt very bad - other than that nothing else to complain about. The maintenance guy came to check stuff out - extractor fan in bathroom not working and the shaving plug in the bathroom not working - but the electrician was unavailable at the time to sort it out. We had a much better Room 104 as everything worked very well

Peaceful environment. the large pool near the camping area was a great find! Milkshake served with a water lily straw- eco friendly! Rooms/chaltes were clean and air conditioned. The wild animals (kudu) walking freely around were a delight. I tried to book a game drive or a mokoro trip on arrival and unfortunately that din't work out because I was alone with 2 kids. We did get a sunset speed boat ride which delighted.

Lovely shower and bed with all the amenities there. Perfect place after or before a flight to get ready for a bush trip or freshen up after. Lovely place! When I come back to Maun I will definitely stay here again. I loved it! The cushion on the bench outside is full of stains and isn't very comfortable to sit on

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage am Fluss super.Alle Aktivitäten konnten vor Ort gebucht werden. Im Zimmer konnte die Toilettentüre nicht zugemacht werden Aufgrund fehlenden Türschloss. Die Lodge ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
