- Karen (6/5): Ok, but I wish I’d used a different hotel I’d previously stayed in! - I was disappointed the Airport Shuttle advertised was not available for transfer to airport after a stay. The hotel claim it is only for collection from airport on arrival. Please alter or update this on their listing! It’s very false advertising. Airport shuttle is my second criteria when booking. I was offered airport transfer after the injury mentioned below. Breakfast was excellent. A meal at the restaurant ok. Free water on every floor. I injured my foot on the side of the bed when a piece of ply wood covering was coming off. The bathroom smelled of urine, the room smelled mouldy. The facility to tap my debit card on my phone to pay was not available. Some video options on remote control were not available. No offer of help with baggage when staff knew what time I was leaving. I was left in the hot car with no aircon for 10 minutes while waiting for driver to drive. Staff should learn to leave people in hotel air con, bring car to front, and get aircon going before inviting guest in to car! I was dripping perspiration by the time we got going! Not a good start to 3 flights in 24 hours!
