• John (7/5): - It is in a convenient location staff was friendly and courteous It was a cold night. The temp was in the mid 30s. The heat was off when we checked in and it took a long time for the heater to catch up
• Joan (9/5): We were on our way home from the Martha's Vineyard ferry and didn't want to drive late at night. - The facility was convenient, clean and comfortable, the staff was accommodating. We had no problems with it. The only reason I didn't give it "excellent" was because it lacked some amenities such as a coffee machine. We had no problems.

• MELINDA (6/5): - When checking in the desk manager was pretty rude. When checking in he was asking who I was staying with and what my relationship was. When I said my kids he asked “just you and your kids” and kind of gave me a weird vibe. The first credit card u gave him I explained has issues with the chip and if it wasn’t gonna work I can try a different one. He tried running it multiple times on the chip and then said “I need you to give me a card that works” so gave him a different card and he just seemed so annoyed. Once in the hall to our room the whole hall smelled like cigarettes. There was zero water pressure in the shower unless it was ice cold. The TV channels that given did not line up with what was given and also only half of them worked. Just an okay experience overall.

• Ana (8/5): - Absolutely taken back with how comfortable the bed was! Nothing bad to say about the property. We just needed a place to stay for one night while traveling between Newport RI and Nantucket so this was a last minute pit stop that worked out great!
• Michael (5/5): Never again. - Location was good for me. There are quite a few really good restaurants within a mile and a 7/11 right across the street. The staff were very friendly and informative. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was rather quiet between the rooms. There was dried blood in several spots on the shower curtain. The building itself is like an oversized version of one of those logistical trailers you'd find at a construction site, which in itself is not an issue but the hallway caused the room to shake when people passed to and from. The mustard yellow interior was rather ugly. Granted I was booking weeks in advance, but during the Labor Day weekend, at $200/night I was disappointed.

• Dolores (8/5): - Rosewood Motel was very easy to find. The staff was friendly, our room was very nice and clean. We had a short stay, the price was very reasonable. Even though it was fully booked it was quiet. I would definitely recommend.

The flies can go through the slot of screen. The hotel rooms should inspect before next guests so you will get a better rating. Just saying.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, location was convenient. 24h Seven Eleven across the street. No soap or shampoo. Biggest loss - no coffee maker in the room, no coffee in the office, no breakfast or snacks available.
• marilynn (4/5): - shower curtain was dirty, looked like blood. toilet moves when you sit on it and I'm only 115 lbs. all the tv channels were analog and was snow on most channels and the sound settings on tv really bad. There was a moldy smell as soon as you walk in. Over all was not enjoyable experience will not be staying there again

• Joshua (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean, and just what we needed! The bed was super comfortable. Also the AC was super cold!! Just what the wife and I needed for our vacation!! If I have to pick a couple things I didn't like, it would be the size of the pillows on the bed! No big deal at all!! And also the shower was lower than I am used to. I am 6'2", just a little low for me, I adjusted!! Other than that, it was a great room!!

• Kyle (8/5): Very good - Great little spot that delivered on what I needed - an affordable, comfortable place to crash at night between daytime activities. It's a very basic place but had all the essentials and is in a good location for getting to other things nearby. They have an iron behind the front desk that you can ask for, but no ironing boards. Also, some of the TV channels did not come through.

• Frances (5/5): Good enough to spend night, but nothing special. - Easy to find, right on Cranberry Hwy. Found several long hairs on pillows. Hope they belonged to cleaning person. Not sure if linens were changed, but at least no stains noted. Carpeting needs vacuuming, esp near wall base. Thankfully the room did not have nasty odors. Flooring with lots of flex in areas.

• Destynnie (10/5): Good stay! - Easy check in and had a good time in the room. wi-fi was good, the bathroom was clean and nice, and there was plenty of space. Staff was very courteous and it was easy to check in. We had two vehicles there, and there was plenty of parking to go around. There was a little bit of a smell, but once you were in the room or turned the ac on to get the air circulating it was fine.
• Melissa (7/5): Good - Bed was comfortable, room was clean. thought it was odd that there were setups for two beds in both of the rooms we had, but the mattress had been removed from one, only the box spring was there. we only needed one bed so that was fine. Also no hair dryer, would have been nice to have one. Bathroom sink area was very small.

The check in was flawless and the price was excellent! I would like to see a hair dryer and especially a coffee maker in the room! The hallway and room smelled a little musty!

• Penny (10/5): Very clean, dated motel. Great value near the very cute idyllic town of E. Wareham and Popham beach. - Very friendly hotel manager. The room was very clean and simple. Most of the rooms have a door to outside facing a large square parking lot and people sit outside their rooms. There are 3 buildings to the motel that face each other in a U. Only one of the buildings has a hallway. The first time I stayed, I could not open my window and did not ask management how to do it. The second time I stayed my window easily opened. Loved having a window and a door, but did not like the fact that the rooms do not have a window on the opposite wall for cross breeze. The rooms do have AC/heater splits but I prefer fresh Cape Cod air.
