Le logement est ben situé, (20 mn à pied Acropole) dans un quartier vivant et calme (restaurants...) à coté du stade Olympique. Un petit roof top (partagé) très sympa. Le logement n'est plus aussi flamboyant que sur les photos..., sombre la journée et lumineux la nuit (rideaux peu occultants, enseigne de la résidence devant la fenêtre de la chambre. Le point noir est la salle de PDJ (pas très propre, dégradée) et la qualité du PDJ

Trovare una bottiglia d acqua fresca è una piacevole sorpresa Mai visto personale alla reception, non presidiata. A onore del vero se chiami il numero di telefono indicato sulla porta qualcuno risponde sempre, ma una presenza non sarebbe male. Il vicolo dove e' posizionata la residenza. L addetta alla sala colazione assolutamente poco garbata e per niente accogliente. Si puo' fare molto meglio.

Śniadania były świeże i naprawdę smaczne. Duży plus również dla właściciela za pomoc w szukaniu mojego zagubionego plecaka – świetne podejście do gości. Nie mam większych zastrzeżeń, pobyt był bardzo udany.

Второ, благодарности към персонала за безупречното отношение към нас. Трето, местоположението е повече от прекрасно. Четвърто, в стаята има всички удобства, които са ти необходими за кратък престой. Пето, има включена добра закуска, с която да стартираш денят без да излизаш от хотела. Хотелът е малък, стените и подът са тънки и се чува всичко от съседните стаи без съседите да са шумни, просто се чува всичко, но прекарахме отлично и отново бихме използвали услугите на хотела.

• Bernalda (3/5): Δυσάρεστη διαμονή , εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης , εξαιρετική τοποθεσία . - GR :Η αλήθεια είναι πως η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο με τα πόδια χωρίς την ανάγκη να χρησιμοποιηθεί το μετρό οποιαδήποτε ώρα της ημέρας .( σημαντικό για κορίτσια που φοβούνται να γυρίσουν το βράδυ με τα πόδια ). Ο οικοδεσπότης / ρεσεψιονίστ ήταν πολύ φιλικός και ευγενικός κύριος . EN: The truth is that the location was very convenient with easy access to the center on foot without the need to use the metro at any time of the day (important for girls who are afraid to walk back at night). The guy at the reception was very friendly and kind . GR: Δυστυχώς η τοποθεσία ενώ πληρούσε τις προτιμήσεις μας, ο χώρος διαμονής ήταν πολύ άβολος και απεριποίητος χρησιμοποιώντας μάλιστα πολλές DIY εγκαταστάσεις . χώρος και το κατάλυμα δεν είχε την απαραίτητη ηχομόνωση , δηλαδή ακούγαμε αυτόν που περπατούσε στην ρεσεψιόν πάνω στον 3 όροφο , βέβαια αυτό ήταν και το πιο αδιάφορο σε σχέση με όλα τα υπόλοιπα .Υπήρχαν λεκέδες στα σεντόνια με αποτέλεσμα να μας δημιουργηθούν αμφιβολίες για το αν αλλάζουν ποτέ ,τα μαξιλάρια μύριζαν δυσάρεστα , πράγμα το οποίο δημιουργούσε αβολοτητα στον ύπνο μας , με τον φόβο ότι αν ακουμπήσουμε στο πρόσωπο μας το κάλυμμα την επόμενη μέρα θα ξυπνήσουμε χάλια γεμάτο σπυριά ,τα τζάμια από το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ βρώμικα και θολά όπως και το γύρω γύρω που στηρίζετε το γυαλι , το μπάνιο είχε έναν μικρό απορροφητήρα ο οποίος δεν ήταν και πολύ αποδοτικός καθώς όταν άνοιγες την πόρτα μύριζε βόθρος και υγρασία , σε πολλά σημεία στο δωμάτιο ιδιαίτερα στον 3 όροφο που είναι πριν την θεσπέσια ταράτσα (που έπρεπε να βγεις σχεδόν από σκυλοπορτα για να δεις την θέα που υποτίθεται ότι έγραφε ) είχε πετσέτες έτσι ώστε να μην στάξει μέσα στο δωμάτιο , το δωμάτιο είχε έναν καθρέφτη από τον οποίο μπορούσες να δεις τον εαυτό σου αλλά η επιλογή του να μπει η επιγραφή του logo Coca Cola ήταν πολύ σοφή , κάτι επίσης πολύ δυσάρεστο πόσο μάλλον για αντικαπνιστές ήταν πως αν κάποιος κάπνιζε στον χώρο κάτω στην ρεσεψιόν με κάποιον τρόπο ο καπνός περνούσε μέσα από τους σωλήνες που κατέληγε στο ερκοντισιον , το αποτέλεσμα ; Να ανοίγουμε το ερκοντισιον και να μπαίνει ο καπνός μέσα στο δωμάτιο . Το σιδερο για σιδέρωμα είχε σκουριά οπότε μας άφησε λεκέδες πάνω στα ρούχα , το μόνο που μύριζε ωραία ήταν την πρώτη μέρα το φρεσκοσφουγγαρισμενο πάτωμα , βέβαια αφού τελείωσε η διαμονή μας καταλάβαμε αρκετά γιατί το δωμάτιο ετοιμάστηκε τελευταία στιγμή και με όσα βλέπει η πεθερά .Ο χώρος του πρωινού δυσάρεστος , ανεπαρκής και ετοιμόρροπος , βλέπαμε κόσμο να περπατάει πάνω από τα τζάμια που καθόμασταν ακριβώς από κάτω .

• Φίλιππος (7/5): - Χρειάζεται συντήρηση. Είναι φθαρμένα τα περισσότερα έπιπλα, οι τοίχοι έχουν υγρασία και στο δωμάτιο που μείναμε εμείς λόγω του ότι η μπανιέρα είναι μέσα στο δωμάτιο έχουν αλλοιωθεί όλα τα γύρω αντικείμενα κάτι που δεν είναι καλαίσθητο.

La Suite è grande e confortevole, ma c'è solo la vasca, non la doccia. Le finestre della stanza non sono pulite e non permettono di godere della vista sull'acropoli, ma al piano superiore c'è un terrazzo da cui si può ammirare.

• Kristina (10/5): - Everything! Location is great, near the Olympic stadion, near old centre and all historical sites. Everything is reachable by foot, 15-20 minutes of walk. Breakfast was great. Also we got free parking spot near the hotel in supervised parking building. Also they kept our luggage when we browsed the city. Really great experience! Also wifi is great, there are even books to read :) And we got free upgrade, really recommend these great people and place.
• Dena (10/5): Amazing Stay! - Property was perfect for exploring Athens! Right next to the Olympic Stadium, 20 minute walk to Acropolis, and an amazing neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and quick markets. The family suite was perfect! Staff were so friendly and helpful and breakfast was wonderful to keep us fueled for all the exploring.
• Pia Elisabeth (7/5): Gut für 1-2 Nächte - Schöne Aussicht auf die Akropolis. Frühstück einfach gehalten, aber gut. Sehr nettes Personal. Einfacher check in. Sehr zentral gelegen. Parkplatz beim nahegelegenen Parkhaus inkludiert. Nur ein offener Teebeutel beim Kaffezubehör, dafür 11 Päckchen Zucker. Lediglich 2 Päckchen instant Kaffee. Unbequeme Betten.
• Tom (9/5): - Uitbater was vriendelijk en heeft alle info snel maar duidelijk bij de check-in gegeven. Er werd ook een plannetje meegegeven met enkele plaatsen om iets te gaan eten of drinken. We kunnen de voorgestelde plaatsen alleen maar beamen! Hotel is perfect gelegen. Het is gelegen met het oude Olympisch stadion 'in de achtertuin', in een rustige straat maar alles (inclusief openbaar vervoer) wel in de buurt. Athene kan perfect van hier uit verkend worden, te voet zelfs. Ontbijt is zeker keuze genoeg, meer moest dat niet zijn voor ons, er word een vers omeletje gemaakt indien gewenst. Accomodatie zelf is heel rustig, nooit last gehad van lawaai. Dakterras is een mooie extra. Kamer was ook heel ruim wat maakt dat je toch wat beweegruimte hebt. Elke dag werden onze handdoeken ververst, bed opgemaakt, etc. Hotel is in het algemeen wel proper, leuk binnenterras (op gelijkvloer) waar we door de regen helaas moeilijk gebruik van konden maken. Lavabo was niet helemaal proper, de kraan van het bad was een mengkraan en geen thermostatische kraan wat maakt dat het water soms plots koud of heel warm kon worden. Een bad is op zich leuk maar een douche is soms wel praktischer.

• James (8/5): Pragmatic choice for those who prefer a small facility in the heart of the city. - The host was wonderful in arranging pickup from the port and departure to the airport. He was also very responsive to questions about room. The hostess in charge of the breakfast and room refreshing was very kind and helpful. The location of the bed and breakfast is in walking distance to the Acropolis area, though you do need to be patient at major crossings. It is apparent that the rooms and the facility need investment from ownership to keep the bed and breakfast updated and in shape. Suggestions might include shades, heating/cooling checks, lighting, etc. There was no real vistas from the windows - so maybe some opaque windows with designs might spruce up both room lighting and ambiance.
• Suha (7/5): No too bad for a couple of nights - Location of the hotel Is the best thing about the place, breakfast was not bad , the yogurt and the jams were amazing , no variety of fruits though, overall breakfast was good. The parking is over .3 miles from the hotel and you have to leave the car with the key at the parking place. The fact that we wanted to check out at 9 am and still there was no one at the reception , other people were standing there also waiting for someone to show up to Che k out, I ended up leaving without checking out.

Dreckige Dusche, die offensichtlich seit Langem nicht gereinigt wurde; Staubschicht auf der Lampe; verkalkter Wasserkocher; schmutzige Fenster, die offensichtlich seit Langem nicht geputzt wurden; das Bett wurde nach zwei Nächten nicht mehr gemacht; beim Frühstück haben wir auf einer Gabel im Besteckkorb eine Made gesehen.

• PIerre-Emmanuel (8/5): Hotel très bien situéà proximité à peid de l'Acropole et d'un grand jardin public. - Très bon emplacement à 20 minutes à pied de l'Acropole. Nous n'avons pas vu le réceptionniste (arrivée tardive et départ tôt) mais il a été très réactif via whatsapp. Nos amis avaient un problème de fenêtre, nous l'avons contacté vers 20H et il est venu réparer durant notre diner. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable. Il y a un terrasse avec vue sur le Parthénon... au loin mais quand même ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. pas grand chose

• Paula Andrea (5/5): Deprimente - Lo único es que subías a la terraza y veías a lo lejos la acrópolis. La higiene, las mamparas del baño sucias,incómodo. El lavatorio muy pequeño, ni lugar para en neceser con cepillos de dientes. La habitación no tenías cortinas que oscurecieran bien. Tampoco me gustó el desayunador en un subsuelo oscuro. Y la recepción: me escribieron tres veces para decirme que sino estaban cuando llegáramos me abrían en forma remota, pero cuando les mostré la captura de que en Booking decía que estaban hasta las 22 hs dejaron de escribirme.

• Adi (10/5): מושלם - הכל היה ממש מושלם מלון קטן רק 6 חדרים , מיקום מושלם מרקחים מושלמים עם יחס מדהים. דבר אחד הייתי משפרת זה את ארוחת הבוקר , אבל זה ממש בקטנה הכל ממש ממש מדהים רק לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר , יותר מבחר

• George (6/5): - Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενο και ευγενικό. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Δεν βρισκω κανένα λόγο για να υπάρχει μπανιέρα στην μέση ενος δωματίου που χωρίζεται μόνο με μια κουρτίνα απο το υπολοιπο δωμάτιο. Τα νερα πάνε παντού με αποτέλεσμα να έχουν καταστραφεί τα στόρια και τα έπιπλα του μπάνιου. Σίγουρα οι χώροι χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση.

• Nicole (10/5): - Das Hotel ist nah am Zentrum gelegen und hat eine Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Akropolis. Nebenan ist ein Station in dem gerade ein Konzert lief. Somit hatten wir auch gute Unterhaltung. Das Hotel liegt in einem Viertel mit einigen Restaurants und Bars. Der Gastgeber ist sehr gastfreundlich. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es ist ruhig gelegen, sauber, und Bett ist bequem. Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend, aber nicht reichhaltig.

• Henrietta (8/5): - This hotel is conveniently located next to the Olympic Stadium in Athens, and its central location is a major advantage. The staff are very responsive and helpful, though the property itself is showing its age and could use some updates. The rooms were somewhat dusty, particularly under the beds, and the elevator and stairwell corners would benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Overall, however, it was a pleasant stay.

• marcelo (10/5): Modern cozy comfortable hotel - Modern cozy hotel, very convenient location not too centered but still close enough to it. Perfect service, good breakfast, the host explaining everything we needed to know and very servicial, she offered us breakfast to take out because we had to leave early before breakfast time, very kind of her, the hotel was always clean and bed is comfortable. I recommend PI hotel.

• Alicia (8/5): Apartamento cómodo para ir al centro andando - La habitación familiar era enorme y muy cómoda. La localización es perfecta, junto al estadio olímpico así que andando se puede ir al centro en unos 15 minutos. El desayuno bastante aceptable para ser un hotel tan pequeño. Se ve un poco falta de mantenimiento en general (luces rotas, salon desayuno en un sotano un poco mal cuidado).Por la noche se oía el ruido del tráfico. Está en una calle pequeña pero muy cerca de una avenida principal

• Daniele (7/5): Alto potenziale ma struttura da migliorare - Suite con bagno molto grande e vista sull'acropoli La struttura dovrebbe essere più curata, in alcune aree è decadente (ad esempio nel terrazzo con vista sull'acropoli) I vetri della stanza erano molto sporchi e riducevabo la visibilità della bel panorama. Colazione essenziale, troppo semplice. Da rivedere.
