- Clapp (10/5): Nice people, nice quiet stay - Just like the sign says, clean and quiet. Host was helpful. Plain, but with nice touches, kitchenette appliances very good, towels very good. Could use a few more pots/utensils in the kitchenette (keep haunting the 2nd hand :)

Out of 4 nights, even after leaving “maid service” tag on my door, my room was cleaned ONCE. They replaced towels twice. For the price I paid, this was completely unacceptable. Food from previous customers left in fridge. No, I didn’t talk to the front desk or anything. I was in town for a funeral and I had zero energy or motivation to babysit motel management to do their job after spending long days and late nights. So, this is their review unfortunately. Also, no rugs for the cold floors, no bedside lamps. Choice of complete darkness or blinding light.

- William (8/5): Would stay again. - Older hotel recently renovated. The exterior looks rough but the room was fine. Full size kitchen, strong wifi and ac if needed which is rare this far north.

- Roberta (10/5): Great place to stop in Smith ers! - We arrived somewhat early after getting off the ferry in Prince Rupert and being to cheap to get a hotel there. A lovely room was made available shortly. It had a well-stocked kitchen, 2 very comfy beds and a nice bathroom (with bath tub.) Plush towels and shampoo were a bonus! A community area near the lobby had a clean laundry area ($3. wash, $2. dry) plus a selection of books (free). The lovely woman at the check in was delightful! Very friendly and helpful.(Sorry, I didn't get your name!) Everything was great.

- Ulrich (5/5): Unterdurchschnittliche Hotelerfahrung - Kurzfristige Buchung, Lage am Ortseingang Das erste mir zugewiesene Zimmer hatte kein zu öffnendes Fenster - dort war ein Klimagerät eingebaut. Die Ausstattung war sehr alt und heruntergekommen, tw. Sperrmüllniveau. Ich bat um ein Zimmer im 1.Stock - dort gibt es Balkon mit zu öffnender Tür - wenigstens Frischluft im Zimmer. Auch hier war die Einrichtung zu alt und unsauber. Backofen nur interessehalber mal geöffnet - indiskutabel. Ungutes Gefühl, dort zu übernachten - daraufhin lieber im Auto geschlafen und das Zimmer lediglich zur Badnutzung verwendet. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

- Silvia (7/5): Für eine Nacht wäre ok - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, aber recht dunkel. Die Küchenzeile und das Bad waren auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut, alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt am äußersten Rand von Smithers. Ein alter Computertisch ersetzt kein Tisch wo man gemütlich essen kann. Das weiße Licht trägt auch nicht zur Gemütlichkeit bei. Das Bad wurde zwar neu renoviert, aber mit den Handtuchhaltern wurde sehr gespart; keine Haken, keine Stangen zum aufhängen. Es hat sehr nach Reinigungsmittel gerochen. Zimmer Service gab es nicht.
