I was just given a key after choosing a room and that's it.No towels and the bed wasn't comfortable at all.The room wasn't properly cleaned either,I could see strands of hair of the previous guest on the sheets and an earing on tthe floor.And the cockroaches in the room on my second night were the last number.I checked out as soon as I could,even before check out hour.I will never book in this place again

The staff were sitting out there and we had to stand at the gate for good 10 minutes. I would not recommend it to someone who has good expectations about cleanliness and professionalism. ☹️☹️ Everything was not good let alone minimum standard of a normal house keeping.

- Van (1/5): Bad - Only the area Check in was a shambles, the staff very unprofessional, room with 2 single beds as booked per the website wasn't available they had to move a bed in while I went to town, getting back I battled 20 mins to get someone to open for me, when they finally did open they were very unhappy and conversed in there mother tongue amongst themselves with body language representing there unhappiness, no refreshments in the room, no soap, no bodywash, no shampoo or towels available.

My Tv was not working when I told the lady she said there is nothing she can do cause she only knows that the Tv is working
