My sister recieved a text message that they cancelled my booking without informing me at all and have to rush to look for another accommodation! My family flew from the province to Manila to attend my sisters dentistry oath taking, tired from the early flight arrived at sea residences and get a text message that they cancelled my booking without accomodating them was ridiculous! When I phoned the agent they are asking for more money in cash! Very obvious that they cancelled it in purpose to ask more money! So ashame on you all! What kind of business is that???

This place they can reap you off double charges after you've been booked expected you to pay more extra.

We couldn’t contact property to arrange check-in after trying previous day and day of check-in. We used their Messenger and 2 contact mobile numbers. We even got sent post stay automated messages without getting to stay! No refund, no apologies.

Edward (4/5): Premier Haven 7-day stay at Sea Residences - There was false advertisement about this tower. It said there was daily housekeeping, and there was none. We talk to the person that supposedly does housekeeping and he said he would show up, but he never did. The people in the lobby are security and a person to handle the door, they just direct yoou to a phone number to call. But, when you call the phone number we never got anybody to answer. We did find the person in the lobby one day who checked us in and we mentioned that we hadn't seen housekeeping and we needed some towels, the towels did show up in our room but no housekeeping was done. They have an interesting garbage pickup practice, they ring a bell in the hallway between 8 - 9pm which notifies you to bring your trash out. We had to ask about garbage pickup, we weren't told, and what is interesting there is something on the door that says if you put your garbage in the hall you will get a fine. There is also no phones in the room, we picked up a cheap local phone so we had communications. I had told the initial person when we were checking out, but he never showed up, the security guard just told me to leave the key in a slot that had our room number on it, you heard it right we only received one key for a two-bedroom unit that was for four people. We also purchased roach spray. The unit doesn't allow cooking anymore, that was unexpected. You need to be prepared to purchase some things to help you out, even including toilet paper, etc... The location was good.
Danny (4/5): - The address on your website is wrong, so it took 2 taxi rides to get there. It's new, but with the cheapest outfitting money could buy. I never did get a hot shower even though I told them the problem. It's a big new building catering to Chinese tourists who just want a place to sleep.
Alfredo (2/5): - The property is in a great location across from the SM Mall of Asia. It was a great convenience being able to walk to places to eat and shop. There are also restaurants on the ground floors around the property and a 24hr mini market. All the greatness stops there. The property manager failed for house keeping. We had no towels, soap, shampoo, or vanity kit. For the entire four night stay, the room was never serviced. There was also no response to our request to service the room. There was not much we can do to move because we had already paid in full. The buildings security guard was the one who helped us with our luggage. For amenities, everything had a fee for use such as the pool (200php per day per person). The free WiFi did not work and had the wrong password given. I would not recommend this property to anyone. At ~$50 usd per night, we could have gone to a hotel instead of this studio apartment.
Vie (4/5): Greeted by tiny cockroaches all over the flat - I was greeted by tiny cockroaches crawling and flying all over the floor, bathroom, kitchen worktop, and bed. Aircon was dusty, made my nose drip all the time due to my dust allergy. Parking was a struggle. I paid P350 overnight at the nearby area because there was no more space in the designated space. The next day I got a parking at the designated space, I paid P140 for parking from 6pm to 2am.

There are microwave and electric hot water kettle, 2 sets of small cup and saucer and I think a piece of teaspoon. What a pity! It's pricey ($50) for a very basic accommodation. I could have spent a little more money at a hotel nearby where I can have hairdryer, toiletries, free coffee and extra pillows maybe. I chose condo because of kitchen. There should be disclaimer on the website what is included in the room.
Verified traveler (4/5): - Not worth the price I paid for. Room was not well maintained. Cabinets are falling apart. Bathroom not to standards. Bedrooms not to standards. I have booked different hotels/condotel in Manila which is less cheap but definitely more better and cleaner than this condotel. Will not recommend.....I booked Jr family room for 4 nights on this condotel but was placed on our first night in a not to standards small room without any toilet paper. I demanded a credit but they said they don't give any credit. I felt cheated. Expedia should give me credit since I paid full price for 4 nights.

Verified traveler (4/5): Great location, bad everything else. - The only thing great about this place is the the location about a block away from the Mall of Asia and the super fast wifi. Otherwise... There is no front desk, there is a lady that you have to call (the security guard had to look up the number and call her) and she takes about 30 to 45 minutes to check you in and if you paid ahead of time, you better bring your receipt because they're going to try to charge you again. When we finally got to the room, the lady said she'd be right back with the key but forgot and since there is no phone in the room (!?!) I had to go back down to the security guard to call her an hour later to bring the key. The beds we're hard as a rock and were stacked on top of old dirty mattresses so we had to check for bed bugs. I woke up every two hours from hip pain. The kitchen sink faucet was broken and I had to secure it to use it. The shower was not cleaned and the last persons shampoo and used soap (and hair) were still in the soap dish. The TV remotes were nasty and needed batteries and it took about 20 minutes to figure everything out (had to unplug the devices to restart them). We had to go to the store to buy coffee to make in the room (no big deal) but there was no utensils to stir it. All of the mirrors had finger prints. Will not stay here again.
Verified traveler (4/5): Room for Improvement - No reception. Had to wait in the lobby for staff to come down and get paperworks done. Office is one unit at 15th floor. Unclean, untidy, smelly office. I reserved for one adult occupant but was given a room with one bed and one bunk bed, hence space too small. I was not informed beforehand. No closet to hang my clothes. Plates and cutlery locked in the cupboard. Was charged with 600php/night for amenities (cleaning the unit, trash but no one came to clean). However, maintenance staff is available within minutes when you need them.

Noli (8/5): Nice condotel - Overall it was good. 3 nights stay and got one day room cleaning and change of towels and sheets(which usually you don't get in condo rentals). The staff was friendly and accomodating. The major thing I didn't like is at time of booking, I opted for the higher price of $70+ at Sea Residences only to be relocated to Shell Residences. The only minor thing I could complain is the lack of drinking glasses and the toilet didn't have a bidet. There were 3 pools but one of them was out of order. Can only use the shallow one.
Evelyn (8/5): Cockroaches inside a non cooking condo - I had a hard time checking in because of the papers I need to sign. There was sudden rule of no cooking which is not written in the rules when I was making my booking. At the start the stop were not friendly. No kitchen utensils which you still have to make a request if want to have something to use. There were cockroaches in the room, the ref spoiled my food because the cold part is only the freezer. There were problem with the tv I almost did not use it. In the end I am happy with the manager who took care of all ny concers. I’m doing this because I want them to improve their service hoping to be back soon.

Francis (2/5): View overlooking construction, issues in the room - First, the room has back view overlooking construction. I thought it would be the pool at the center. The bed is not that sturdy, has no support in the middle and has a crack on one side. We expected hairdryer on request, but when we asked the front desk, they said they dont offer it at all. On the last day, the ac leaked water onto out bed that was just cleaned by their service. They replaced pur bed with new bed sheets and have us use am electric fan instead. On the plus side, the pool was great and only walking distance to the Mall of Asia. Couldve been better if only we didnt have these issues in our room.

The linens are stained. You should bring your own shampoo, soap, conditioner and toothpaste since t hey don't provide those too.

Edwin (4/5): Disappointed - Disappointed by the service, did not meet the guest expectation as advertised. The owner did not even care anymore after booking and reservation have been fully paid. The owner was supposed to leave the key at the front desk as promised due to our late arrival. Better book a proper hotel next time. I won't recommend them.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL IS CONDO RESIDENCES, VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE START YOU ARRIVE IN THIS PLACE, NO RECEPTION ON THE LOBBY THEY WILL GIVE YOU A NUMBER WHICH NO ONE ANSWER THE CALL, NO HOUSE KEEPING, NO TOWEL OR CLEANED BED SHEET, NO BLANKET THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO CALL THE PHONE NUMBER IF YOU NEED ANYTHING. IF YOU ARE A TOURIST WANTS A COMFORTABLE ROOM TO STAY DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. VERY BAD SERVICE.
Verified traveler (6/5): Comfy bed and pillows - Booked this hotel because it looks so nice on the pictures. Arrived there the front desk they're friendly and helpful. But the room has many small ants around. The street so noisy. The balcony is dirty. The bed is so comfy and their linens were perfect.
Skyman2112 (4/5): No check in counter, its an apartment complex. - Keep I mind the reason this place is so cheap is cause its an apartment complex. There is no front desk, no room service, no daily housekeeping, no toilet paper, soap, etc. Theres a guard desk when you go inside and he calls the agent in charge of your rooms, a private owner of the apartment units your renting. So its super slow to get someone to come down, find you, and take you to your room.. The pool is crowded with tenants also and barely has any seating so good luck finding a place to sit. At least its a newer building so everything is in good condition. My agent Edison does get credit for buying me a new set of pots on Christmas eve since I was cooking dinner at home, he is to be commended. However, I was not able to get a reply when I needed to check out and get my deposit back, despite giving 12 hours notice of my check out time. Thank goodness it was only 20 dollars.
Verified traveler (2/5): Not worth it - We didn't even get to the room. Very slow service, no signs, and difficult to understand the checkin process. After waiting around and making some phone calls we were told that our room was not available until after 7pm and even then we might not have a room available. We opted for a refund, which thankfully they were able to provide. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor checkin experience. Only go here if you want to waste your holiday sitting around in reception. Their checkin process appears over the top with various forms needing to be filled in and copies of id taken - which u have to wait for the staff to go to another level and copy. No wifi available in reception. My advice is look for somewhere else to stay.
Verified traveler (2/5): - Let me start by saying I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Terrible service company, please choose another. It took more than an hour to check in even though I gave them more than 48hrs heads up of the time/date of my arrival and when I finally got to the room on the 4th floor the room stinks of naphthalene "mothballs" very strong. I tried to ignore it but after half an hour I can't bare it as it started to irritate your breathing. I saw so many ants and cockroaches in the room which now explained why they have so many mothballs laying around. I got McDonald's for my child, while she was eating not even 10 minutes ants already swarmed her food. I counted total of 8 mothballs so I put them outside, they may be more that I didn't see. The windows were broken so you can't close it tightly and the constructions all around and traffic can be heard very loud as if the windows are open. I texted Janine a few times, she's the booking officer which supposed to take care of coordination. Very poor communication, how did she get this job? I told her 48hrs before arriving that I would like to check in early, she said "no problem" I still have to wait more than an hour for them to get the room ready. I told her I need to switch room, took her hours to reply. I told her a day in advance of the time/date I would like to check out worrying it would be slow like check-in and I will miss my flight. She forgot about it on the day of.STAY AWAY
Jaquelyn (4/5): Looks good outside ; horrible inside. - We waited almost 3 hours to check in because air con in original room not working so we were transferred to room 933 in another building; lots of small cochroaches specially in bathroom; some even went to our luggage; for C$75 I would NOTstay there again.
Rajesh (2/5): Inconvenient - Not good at all. No concierge, nobody to take calls, they have a small Number of shabby rooms. Have to go to their room to get any form of service. Would not book with them again
