- Aletta (8/5): Comfortable - Very nice bungalows with spacious room, good bed and silent airco. We had a kitchen which was very convenient for making breakfast and lunch. There are fruit and vegetable stalls in 10 min walk. The terrace and swimmimg pool are also super. With 10 bungalows its very quiet.
You can make nice walks from here to waterfront restaurants (Badjoul is very near) and to the main streets. Hibiscus garden and Catalina’s were our favourites. Staff is very kind and attentive. They van also arrange a tricycle for you to go into town. During our week we had a few days with loste of construction noise from the building place next door. Activities are ongoing so you just need to be lucky or arrive on Saturday. Sunday was very quiet.
- Brambilla (9/5): Simple clean and comfortable - Semplice, spazioso, pulito e confortevole Niente

- Máté (9/5): Good value for money. - Spacious, clean room, nice porch with hammock. The shower's pressure was weak and the water was only lukewarm.
- Gino (7/5): Not bad for a place to stay in - We love the pool Mosquito in the area , food is good but pricey

- Michael (1/5): Disappointed with this Hotel and the rateing on ayour website - Nothing,we left after 30minutes When we arrived there was a huge puddle of water on floor and It was a leaking noisy AC. Reported it straight away after 30-35mins the guy staff showed up and said I will clean the floor 🤷. The room had Mosquito My wife and I decided to book another place to stay we informed receptionist who said no refunds I explained that we would pay for one night but required a refund for the other nights booked. We left having to find somewhere else to stay. I booked this hotel following your reviews on booking.com, I am very disappointed with just how mislead we had been from your site.

- Brian (7/5): Great place to stay for short term - Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Could do with some further maintenance.
- Ronald (8/5): - Property was nice, quiet and seemed pretty well maintained. They are a bit pricey on the snacks and drinks, (including water) that are in the room refrigerators and don't let you check out until they send someone to check the room. That was a bit unusual for me as this was considered an upscale hotel.

- joelmA2258LZ (10/5): Honeymoon trip - The room was fantastic and spacious. It was our honeymoon and they really did a great job making us feel special. Rose peddle hearts and heart swans were a nice touch. It has a full kitchen and the shower was fantastic. The ac was really nice and strong. Also the breakfast was one of the best we had there! The staff was really nice as well. They also have a nice gym and pool area. Highly recommended to stay here
- Denise (10/5): Amazing - This is a garden paradise with a nice pool and beautiful and spacious rooms!
- Luca (10/5): Exceptional -
- jovitas532 (10/5): Amazing hotel - My friends and I really liked it, we definitely recommend it! :)

- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hotel, excellently facility
- Joannah (10/5): - It was like a little oasis - peaceful, quiet and the food in the restaurant was really good. The owners and staff were very welcoming and did everything to make our stay pleasurable. After being in El Nido for a week, we were glad to be somewhere so peaceful.
- Georgie (9/5): Fun stop in Puerto Princesa - Lovely pool, great food, lovely staff & very helpful.
- Mrs (8/5): Excellent - The staff were very very helpful and accommodating. They dealt with some genuine challenges with the weather very effectively. A particular mention to Joanna in reception for helping us re arrange schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, Joanna was very professional and helpful. Thank you Joanna N/A
- Christine (8/5): Very good - Spacious rooms. Large beds
Pleasant outdoor seating areas in front of rooms.
Filter water supplied and more available on request.
Easy parking.
Quiet area of town.
No kettle in room, but one provided on request.
Cot available (unlike many other places). Restaurant service extremely slow.
Lovely pool, but cold because it has a shade over it.
More mosquitoes than we encountered anywhere else.
- Oriol (9/5): Superb -
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic place. Staff are great. Food is delicious.
- Sini (10/5): Great stay - Poolside. Restaurant. Hammock in our terrace. Comfy bed Nothing negative to say
- Hector (10/5): Perfect stay as always! - My favorite hotel when i'm in Puerto princesa! Beautiful gardens and lovely walking beneath their giant trees throughout the property. Perfect place to relax and scape the city!
- Leilani (8/5): Clean great ambiance - I like the patio n swings:) good layout
- Fanara (6/5): Can be a good place to stay , but need a refresh in the infrastructure - The nature around Very old structure, not good maintenance , and seems the did the last works of maintenance long long time ago.
Also the pool was always dirty
- Geraldine (1/5): Left it after 1 hour and never return - The food The pictures look like its spacecous but it is not. Your view from your window is a wall. Rooms are dark and old. With an old kitchen. And the rooms are closetrol together not well situated. They smoke in the Restarant.
- Jason (10/5): Perfect place to relax after a day out. Everything you need is at the property. - Everything, staff, room is fantastic, restaurant and food is great Loved everything about it
- Arek (8/5): Overall good value for money - Good restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff Location
- Margaret (9/5): Tranquil stay just outside the hustle and bustle of Puerto Princesa, but close enough to be near all the fun! - We liked everything about the property from the onsite restaurant to the clean pool to the room to the quiet surroundings, but the staff was exceptional and the best part of our stay. Lou helped us from the moment we walked through the reception door. She helped us book our excursions, helping to rearrange when one was canceled the night before. We highly recommend Munting Paraíso! There were some ants in the bathroom.
- Rene (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, clean, great staff. Beautiful canopy, great hammocks. Electric zapper for mosquitoes. Not sure it’s effective plus it kills beneficial, non-mosquitoes also. Also, the massage canceled after being late an hour.
- Kathryn (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Douglas (10/5): - Gorgeous property! Spacious bungalows with porches perfect for a smoke, dining, or just relaxing. Loved the roomy bathroom and shower. The pool is beautiful and the restaurant as tasty meals. Not far from the airport. Any running around you need to do is accessible easily by motor trike.
- Philip (8/5): Very good - The Pools and the restaurant were very good. The rooms are spacious and the staff very helpful
- Catalina (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (6/5): Great staff, hands on owners, clean, one tricycle rode away from SM, Badjao, Kinabuch etc - Nice cozy great location MJ Too many mosquitos
- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Gabriel (10/5): Nice room, very friendly staff!! Would recommend -
- Matteo (10/5): Exceptional - I particularly like the room and bathroom, the shower was so big and comfortable Lack of fresh juices in the resort restaurant
- Alfonso (9/5): Superb -
- Di (8/5): Very good - Large rooms
- Marc (10/5): - Munting Paraiso was quiet and surrounded by nature; a nice contrast to downtown. The staff was accommodating and very helpful. We especially enjoyed their partnership with a local massage parlor to offer us massages in our room, which was available on short notice, relaxing, and affordable.
- Ryan (10/5): - Lou was great, she helped us have a good stay.
- Dane (8/5): - This is currently my favorite hotel, all things considered, and I generally recommend checking it out. I have had a number of irritations on this particular stay that reflect a downward trend, which I hope are addressed.
* When I arrived at 10pm no one was expecting me and it required a phone call since the front desk does not speak English to allow me access to my room.
* My villa had no sheets or pillow cases when I arrived.
* The safe had low batteries and it took three days and four requests to get the batteries replaced, including a five minute phone call between the staff who arrived with the wrong batteries and chose to discuss this with the office while in the room on his phone rather than go get the batteries - he never came back.
* The hair dryer in the bathroom requires an adapter to plug in, which was missing, requiring a delay until one could be found at an awkward moment.
* When ordering a banana I was told that no bananas were on site. Instead of going 100 meters down the street and buying a banana or keeping them in stock, I was told over three separate phone calls all the reasons why no bananas could be produced until the next market day so I had to go buy them myself and leave some with the kitchen - incredibly irritating.
* No black tea was re-stocked.
Whether it is failing to replace old batteries, make the beds, stock the kitchen or accommodate a very simple guest request, I have the clear impression that guest service is not the priority.
- Philip (8/5): Very good -
- Tasker (8/5): - The staff were wonderful, especially Lou. The rooms were a bit unclean, even after the staff cleaned them. In our room, there was toothpaste on the cupboard under the bathroom sink. We stayed for over a week and had the room cleaned 3 times and the toothpaste was still there. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly and the general cleaning if the room was quite shoddy. I enjoyed the stay, overall, and loved the pool area and the slight remoteness of it. Just needs to be kept to a simple standard. Thanks for everything. Just trying to help by my little complaints.
- Ella (5/5): Fair for what we paid. - Not far from town. Rooms very large. Has good restaurant. Pool was not inviting to swim in, looked dirty
- Hasanain (7/5): Good - It’s nice. A bit far from the main road.
- Richelle (10/5): Paradise - It was indeed a little paradise. It’s beautiful and serene and away from the noise of the city. The rooms are detached and each had a porch and a hammock. The staff were nice and accommodating. My husband loved the seafood sisig that he had at the restaurant. It’s in a remote-ish area but walkable during the day out in the main street. Lots of mosquitos obviously but anti bug lights were in every room.
- Sofia (8/5): Enjoyable Overnight at Munting Paraiso in Puerto Princesa - Our one-night stay at Munting Paraiso in Puerto Princesa was great! We particularly enjoyed the lovely swimming pool. The hotel offered a sense of privacy, and our room was very spacious, featuring a semi-equipped kitchen which was quite handy. The staff were very friendly, making our stay even more pleasant. Nothing!
- Nati (8/5): It was a ok☹️ - First night one of the bed in our hotel there was lots of ants, they had to move us to another room. The swimming pool, it seems like there’s no chlorine. The whole area needs upkeep.
- Marta (9/5): hidden gem - Excellent location close to the airport and centre, solid building in european standard. Specious rooms, big bathrooms with huge showers, quiet and strong AC in room. Terrace is also great for evening chill outs. Very helpful staff, assisted in organizing schedule bus to the airport at 4:00 am in the morning with a wake up call. nothing is coming to my mind
- Anthony (5/5): Passable -
- Maureen (10/5): - First of all the staff are remarkable, very polie friendly and accomodating. The hotel provide us relaxation, quiet and naturey vibes. The birds, chicken very relaxing. Shoutout to the chef, he provided us a very tasteful menu. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- Camille (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Jové (5/5): I would not repeat at all - The facilities are good, spacious room with all kinds of facilities. Shower with hot water and pressure. The hotel is nice, big pool. We expected more from a resort for which you pay more than €50 a night. The room was infested with insects (there was literally a plague of ants), on the floor, in the bathroom and even on the bed. We had to ask for a room change and the one they gave us was the same. The pool is a little dirty.
- Alexis (9/5): The staff were very accommodating and would definitely recommend! - It was a very cosy and comfortable stay - very quiet which is nice, especially if you’re just looking to relax!
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Derek (9/5): Great place to stay away from the city noise. - I liked the layout of the place. It was really quiet. The pool was great, with a nice lounging area. Fantastic food at the restaurant, although pricey. The whole place encourages relaxation and peace of mind. Well, you pay for convenience, and so the hotel applies heavy charges for small things. Just be aware of it.
- Tenille (9/5): Beautiful, quiet place to relax - Very spacious bungalows, private outdoor area and beautiful gardens. Meals were excellent and being delivered to your room was a bonus, we loved our stay here :)
- Jkclimber (9/5): Superb - Pool
Big rooms
Good bathroom
Good outside space Nothing much
Air con in room 5 not too cold
Free drinking water dispenser would be nice.
- Christian (9/5): Superb - The reseptionist and the rest of the staff were so nice! The best we experienced.
Great hotel with a nice restaurant with really good food!
- Alan (9/5): Superb - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Leo in particular was very helpful in arranging tricycles and airport transfers for our family to get around. Leo also recommended places to visit and areas to find restaurants.
The hotel pool was nice for relaxing after a day of tours or explorering. The hotel restaurant was also very good for breakfast and for the 1 evening we had dinner there. Overall, great value for money and I can highly recommend based on our experience there.
- Hector (10/5): Perfect stay as always! - Beautiful hotel surrounded with huge trees and amazing gardens! Absolutely love my stays here!
- theclaw66 (10/5): Great hotel - Had to cancel a trip here due to a death in the family and they refunded me no problem. Then re-booked and it was a very relaxing and well run hotel. Great rooms and food. Best cheese omelette ever! Lovely staff who can help out with all your tourism needs. Would definitely recommend but might be a bit calm for kids.
- Choon (8/5): Value for money - Room is big and nice
- Julius (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pierre (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nikolay (9/5): Amazing place - Everything was great. Even if you choose another hotel nearby, highly recommend to visit the restaurant in this hotel! They cooks traditional Philippines cuisine, but it was amazing! We were travelling around island after this place, but every time remember that place and wished to back and have a lunch ore dinner there. I don’t know
- Paul (10/5): Spacious accommondation in a well maintained, quiet setting. - The property is very well-maintained and spacious.
The staff are very helpful.
Quiet location, away from main roads. The pool temperature is a little cold due to being partially covered and the space around the edge is limited.
- Anna (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable and clean area Nothing
- Jeffrey (6/5): Pleasant - Very safe and welcomed. Close to the airport. Our dinner at the restaurant was amazing!! It was a little run down compared to the photos.
- Jack (9/5): Superb - The staff were always friendly and helpful.
- Shaun (9/5): Superb - Great rooms and ambience. Very spacious. It was far from anything and it seemed trike drivers were not as familiar with it
