• Maria Cristina (10/5): Overall, it was a 10/10 stay. - Hop Inn Ermita has been my place to stay everytime I get the chance to visit Manila. It's super clean. Fresh bed sheets. Located at the center of Manila. Friendly staff. Secured. Quiet. Spacious. I have stayed in this branch for many many time. And I will keep on choosing Hop Inn Ermita.

• Francois (7/5): Bien pour une nuit étape - A 30mn à pied du centre historique, à 5mn du mall Robinson et près du bord de mer. Chambres spartiates, mais confortable. Idéal pour y passer une nuit en transit. La fréquentation du quartier pas top dans l'ensemble, on ne se sent pas toujours en sécurité.

Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, Manila Bay, Robinson's, banks etc. The price you pay is very good for what you get. The bed was very firm for us, we were woken up in the middle of the night due to the noise down on the main road (sirens, beeping), and the hot water heater was on max but the water was still warm.
• Asif (9/5): Great value - Staff very professional. Adrian top man Maybe more facilities needed but for price cant complain. The light switch design was quite poorly, after plugging in EU adapter plug, it was too close to the light switch

When we came in our room, it wasn't even cleaned up and ready (we came after midnight, so cleaning lady should do it hours and hours before our arrival)...then they changed our room but the "new" one was pretty dirty also, sheets were very dirty, very loud room, we couldn`t sleep at all. So, even we booked 2 nights there, other day we relocated in other hotel. They didn't refund us anything for one night which we didn't stay there.

• Lily Anne (9/5): Good value and great staff - They provided us extra pillows ans towels as requested. We also ask if we can leave our luggage until our next booking and they accommodated us. Always great and friendly staff. 7/11 downstairs is 24 hrs open. Accessible to the mall and airport. None

• Fabio Maurizio (8/5): Hop Inn Hotel - Hotel molto pulito. Recente costruzione in posizione centrale. Vicino a il centro di Ermita ricca di locali di ogni tipo. Anche vicino alla baia di Manila. Degno di nota lo scaldabagno che funziona alla perfezione. Wifi che si può utilizzare solo un device alla volta. Non c'è un ristorante interno e non esiste una sala colazioni. Il bar vicino serve solo caffè. Quando siamo arrivati il garage non era disponibile e ho dovuto parcheggiare di fronte a mie spese. Dopo lo hanno reso disponibile.
