• Weili (6/5): - It is not really a 4 stars hotel, which needs a face-lift. Breakfast was soso, abd the buffet dinner at hotel was soso, So we took dinner in another restaurant, a few block away from the hotel.

• Victoria (6/5): - Stayed here 5 years ago. What a downgrade! They offer a vegetarian breakfast - no bacon or sausages anymore, only plain egg and yogurt. The first breakfast was so bad, you can't make changes or chose what you want. They gave us ONE BOILED EGG and a coffee for breakfast. They used to have excellent breakfast. This "saving" is laughable. Also, there is no elevator there and lots of stairs, just FYI. The room was clean. The staff is not on site after 4pm, so it does not feel safe. Well, it's Santorini, but still, no staff on site at night does not feel very comfortable. Would not stay here again.

We had a 6:00 am flight out and they made arrangements to have us picked up at 4:15 am plus there was someone to help with luggage. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very close walking distance to the Oia bus station, we loved that. Also, the hotel was away from the very busy streets of Oia shops, which made our stay quiet. The customer service was excellent. Thank you so much for making our one-night stay very pleasant! I will definitely refer this hotel to anyone who asks me where they could stay in Oia. :)

Although breakfast is served to your room, if the time you wanted breakfast brought over was already taken then you had to choose a different time. We found this to be a bit strange. The water went out the night before we checked out. Not sure what happened but it was back by morning.

• Tahir (8/5): - The property is located on the main street which is both good (no stairs to haul your luggage over) and bad (fairly decent traffic so you can hear cars and bikes whizz by at night). Property was nicely maintained and they serve a very decent breakfast. Staff was friendly and did their best to mke our stay comfortable. Excellent location since you can cover all of Oia easily on foot. Just cross the street and the action begins. Bus stop to Fira is only a 5 min walk from the property, should you fancy a trip there and costs only 2 Euros / person. I did have some issues originally with my original booking being cancelled and I wasnt able to get through to them through Expedia. Expedia support also jumped in but to no avail (they sent one email and thats that). I was later told by the property manager after I checked in that they dont get any message through Expedia's platform for some reason. Expedia had been a bit too horrible. P.s. Expedia is not open to feedback like this. They just made me change my review here.

• Rhonda (6/5): - Oia is a beautiful area. Our suite was right on the edge of a busy road and the rear patio right over the office and looking at someone’s clothesline. In the evening I was halfway through my shower, covered in soap and the water failed. They said there was a leak. This wasn’t resolved for about two or three hours. The next morning we had water but no hot water which still was not resolved by the time of our departure.

• Xiaolan (10/5): - I love everything about this property. The room looks like a high-end hotel (without the high-end price). It's extremely clean. The service is fantastic. Breakfast is served in the room or the private courtyard. It was set up with a tablecloth, like in the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious! There is a bus stop right next to the property, so make sure to request a stop, otherwise you have to walk back 300 meters from the main Oia stop. The property is one street away from the main street, which is very convenient for everything. Because it's not on the cliff/hillside, you don't need to walk up and down, which is good for people with mobility issues. I'll definitely stay there again in the future.

The hotel’s location is so great! Each morning, the delicious breakfast was delivered to our room. This hotel is very new, super clean, and decorated with style!

The only saving grace was the beautiful flowering plant around on of the neighboring patio. Pluses were the excellent staff services and the breakfast served in our room. The location was also ideal for getting into the main city center.

• Helmut (10/5): Great hotel- would visit again - If you don’t mind not having a sea view, then this is a great place to stay at! The Main Street is a very short walk away along with the private car park which was useful given how hard it can be to find parking space in Oia. The rooms are comfortable and modern (with A/C) and breakfast was served on the outside table which was lovely in the mornings. Moreover the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
• Nirupa (10/5): Stay at Fileria Suites - We had an amazing stay at Fileria Suites. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is clean, centrally located and quick walk to the main square. Highly recommended!
• Crystal (10/5): - Very convenient to all things in oía! Property is on the back side of the cliffs but it’s worth it. Our unit had a view of a beautiful pink tree and it was a great little balcony view! They serve you breakfast in the morning, choices is yours and it was a delicious relaxing way to start the morning! Parking is only down the street but it’s gated and you don’t have to worry about other people hitting the car. The hotel is nice and relaxing and would recommended.

The only thing that would’ve made it more perfect is if it were actually on the mountainside. It’s located One block behind the caldera and main views The very small staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Katerina with whom we dealt with mostly…always a smiling face! Breakfast is delivered to your room at the time you request (pretty awesome) Very clean throughout (huge plus) The only negative, which was very upsetting when we arrived, is that the pics are a bit deceiving…… I booked this property because I thought I was getting a caldera view and instead it was a brick wall on one side and stucco on the other. Kinda put a damper on things, but I got over it.

Staff is so helpful in booking us a four wheeler and transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was delivered every morning on time. Their sister hotel Filotera suites has a pool with great view of the Caldera and we were able to go swim in it.

The outside of my suite was flooded and I had to call for service to clean and dry the outside patio during my stay. Other than that, great customer service, super clean, nice, and great breakfast!

The hotel is very close to oia castle which really helped us take a walk down the pedestrian path leading to Oia castle in the morning and the evening. The views you see just 50m away from the hotel is incredible. Such a convenient and very clean place. Elsa was very sweet at the front desk. They are proud of their breakfast spread which is delivered to your room at a time convenient for you every single morning. Their breakfast will not disappoint you. It’s really yum and you do not have to rush in the morning to change and step out to have your buffet breakfast. Found it very convenient as my son was able to sleep late 😀. The bus station is not too far either. Just 7 mins walk which can take you to Fira. I would definitely recommend them.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Poorly maintained rooms disrupting holiday - This review is about the management and lack of upkeep of the rooms, causing a delay in our plans during an already short stay in Oia. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a block from the start of the shops in oia. Shower and bathroom in separate room by frosted glass doors - however, a bit “open” to the room since not a fully closing door. Within the first hour of our stay, our shower overflowed causing water to spill directly into the floor outside the shower. Manager came to promptly unclog, however the amount of hair and debris removed resulted in an extremely strong and foul “sewage” odor that did not air out after opening windows for 1.5 hours. The guest in that room began developing allergic reaction, so we moved all of the luggage/items into another room to try to get ready for our evening. The rooms we booked wereonly meant for two, therefore we were all extremely cramped while waiting for the other room. The hotel did not have alternate rooms for us and suggested we air it for several hours. This was disrupting our arranged plans, so upon discussing with the receptionist, we were repeatedly assured we would get a refund for both rooms as we were not receiving the services that we paid for- this did NOT happen. We are discussing with Expedia and have gone back and forth making our case for why this was unacceptable. Other hotels we have been at have been much more accommodating to us, therefore this was very disappointing.

• Robert (10/5): - This is a beautiful hotel a block off the main pedestrian walkway so it is quiet and yet convenient. The entire town of Oia is within easy walking distance. The room was spacious, private and had a large comfortable bed. The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful. If you are interested in a gourmet meal in an intimate restaurant with a spectacular view their restaurant is the ideal place. I would highly recommend this property.

• Muhammad Hashim (10/5): - Fileria Suites is absolutely incredible. Amazing value for money. You just have to cross the road and walk a few yards before you're on the main Oia walkway. Both Dora and Vicki were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is fantastic, we enjoyed ours on the balcony. Our taxi booking messed up their dates on our way back and Vicki sorted out a transfer to the airport immediately and got us to our flight on time. Absolute life-saver. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Santorini.
