Guest Reviews
- Conor (1/5): The street it’s on is disgusting, the blinds from the outside looking had mold on them. Also when we arrived we couldn’t - Nothing Everything
- Elizabeth (10/5): It was such a peaceful and worth a stay - The property was clean, spacious, location was brilliant and solves all needs. Will definitely love to stay there again and will recommend it to everyone. I loved everything about the place. Is a 10/10 for me.
- Francesca (8/5): Very good -
- Alex (6/5): Pleasant -
- Eva (1/5): Paid £600 for 2 nights as there was nowhere else to stay over the days of the conference we were attending. It’s probabl - Nothing Everything is was bad. It smelt like marijuana throughout, the bathroom was especially horrible and the carpets were sticky
- Julie (1/5): Not an apartment it’s an old terraced house - If your expecting an apartment block with lots of other apartments you will be very much mistaken.. this is an old terraced house in not a very nice residential street.. very basic inside, the heat and musty smell hit us when we walked in.. no working TV/Wifi.. heating on a timer that we could not switch off, it was 23 degrees outside and 30.5 degrees inside the house.. no curtains on windows so the bedroom was extremely bright from around 5am.. it was like torture staying here… we did consider cutting our losses and finding somewhere else to say but options where limited due to the Leeds half marathon the following day.. we paid £123 and you couldn’t pay me that amount to stay here again
- Louis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alix (7/5): Good -
- Veronica (10/5): Exceptional - Location
- Anonymous (4/5): If only there was not that unpleasant smell ,I would have rated high - Clean environment There was constant horrible smell (?tobacco) which stayed even after we tried to get rid of it(opening windows, room freshener)
Shower didn’t have the sliding door so couldn’t take a proper shower
- Sonny (10/5): Great value for money. No complaints - Cheap and cheerful. Lovely garden area ideal for summer time.
- Ubatu (7/5): Good - Pricing and no discount
- Lambodar (7/5): Good -
- Bobo (6/5): Felt like a student flat and being unable to access the outside bins made for an unpleasant stay but the location is gre - The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious The communal spaces were a bit grimey and the oven was unusable.
- Sultan (8/5): Very good -
- Akhtar (10/5): Best host in a long time - The house was lovely and spacious, nice kitchen & outside area Wifi connection wasn’t great but it was enough to get by :)
- Stirling (6/5): Pleasant -
- Phillis (4/5): In the midst of renovation, not ready yet - The accommodation did not send us an email in advance that no one would man the check in, and did not give us any information of getting key from the key Safe.
Lucky that we called before arriving - but the information we got was all wrong (the man told us key safe B and apartment on 1/F; turned out it was Safe A and G/F apartment) The apartment did not bear a name and was not visible from outside; the street plate was old and worn out. We spent 15 min finding the apartment around the streets nearby, and another 15 min calling the apartment and got the key safe and apartment info right.
The apartment was in fact not ready for renting out yet - new paint not totally dry, smelled strongly of new paint/ chemical/ thinner, the bathroom door and the lock were broken and badly needed repair.
(See below the photo of the broken bathroom door and lock, and the messy new paint)
- Ste (8/5): Convenient location for Leeds city centre - When we arrived we were initially surprised as we expected an actual block of building apartments with private parking facilities when In fact the location is a terraced street and such the house is split into 2 flats. However the actual apartment was clean, spacious and still convenient to get to Leeds city centre with a Morrisons within walking distance too for essentials.
