• Afroz (1/5): Worst Experience - Nothing Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust,unpleasant odors bedding was dirty, stained, or appeared unused. bathrooms were moldy, showers had grime andsurfaces needed a deep clean. We found some used child nappies and other stuff left unclean Hotel is seriously having security concerns, whole night kids were not able to sleep, it's scary envirohment. Door locking is completely insecure as it doesn't have option to lock from inside thr room. Bathroom doesnt have locking system. Windows locking doesn't work. Can't close some of the windows. There was not heating available.

• Zia Ullah (8/5): It's location, just next to the sea is its biggest asset. - An improvement in the hotel as this was our second time there. The rooms have been renovated and the digital entry to the hotel n rooms is hassle free. We had to ask for the fan although it was listed in facilities. Still there is room for improvement in renovation like new cupboards or drawers needed.

• Daniel (2/5): Find somewhere else, not worth the money. - The location was nice There was no parking, even though online it say there is. So we had to find parking which is not free around the area. The room was not clean at all, cob webbs in main room and bath. Marks and dirty in both rooms, dirty towel in one of the draws. One of the manager/owners kids were outside our room in the yard. Really noisy, and one of the kids kicked a football at our window, and then laughed about it. The bed was the hardest thing I have ever tried to sleep on.

• Kerry (1/5): Bad - We love the beach bar down stairs so friendly & lovely shout out to the young barmaid she was so welcoming didn’t have to wait for drinks we’re be back but not to stay in rooms Well it was dirty the beds were so uncomfortable springs sticking through,kettle was disgustingly dirty smelt,the bed frame had blood stains round it,shower was grimy,I’ve never complained about anything the cup for a drink had thick brown stains round the inside of cup

Room wasn’t cleaned, bin hadn’t been emptied,sink toilet or shower not cleaned,although I complained nothing was done, I had to go out and buy cleaning products and do it myself.

Better to have it remove in Booking.com options of hotels - It was a total disappointment The pictures in your website is totally inaccurate. The room is filthy specially the bathroom. The place seems dangerous for kids and not advisable for families at all. TV is not working and broken frame for display is still hanging. There is no lock for the main hallway of the hotel. I’m not even sure if it’s legal to keep that place open. Please remove it in Booking.com because it ruins your credibility of offering good accommodation.
• Pauline (4/5): Less then basic - When the bar/Street food bars were open the service was excellent and the location was excellent right on Sandown sea front It needed to be updated as the floor boards to get to the room felt like you could go through them.The kettle was lime scale in side it and the staff were out side making some noise instead of working and on Monday night they were outside until gone 11. With bbq for them and not for the public. When the street food bars were closed all day Sunday and Monday.

• James (6/5): Good value, clean, and helpful staff. - Cheap and cheerful! I think it’s more of a backpacking style hotel but it was clean and would suit solo or couple travelers. Only baby cot onsite was broken!

• Corrine (2/5): Very poor - The fact on was on the seafront. Easy to find. Where to start! The fan light had bent blades, didn't dare turn it on. There was a big crack in the ceiling and mirror. The bedside cabinet has a big piece missing from it! Milk sachets out of date and there was only one tea/coffee mug, the room was very dusty as if the room had been empty for a while. The curtains didn't close properly so it never got dark in the room. No code for wifi. Didn't use the shower so can't comment. For the price they charge for one night.....there are better places out there. I wouldn't recommend staying here. We left after a couple of hours, couldn't stay the whole night!

However it could be better with a proper double bed - The view was absolutely amazing There were twin beds conjoined as a double bed and it had wheels underneath so the whole time the bed kept on sliding apart and it was very uncomfortable. They can surely get better beds for a better customer experience. The bathroom sink was clogged as well and we couldn’t use it after a while.

Full of people that seemed to hand around outside drinking then spent most of the night knocking on people’s doors, seems to be some kind of hostel for reprobates. Kept me, my husband and daughter awake most of the night. Difficult to book in as information was supposed to be sent through WhatsApp but mine did not come through properly, reception not manned so I was left standing in lobby for 20 minutes with young child waiting for someone to come and help us get access to our room. Never stayed in such a poor hotel in my life!

• Sue (2/5): Very poor standard hotel. - The location It was dated and in poor repair. The room was unclean with cobwebs and dirty floors. Large dirty stain on the wall above the bed. Some of the furniture was broken with no rail in the wardrobe to hang your clothes.

• Manual (1/5): Bad days of mine at marina - I am not recommending anyone to book this property in advance, I have been booked this property before my travel start to the town, Once I reached over there the proper manager is saying that is fully booked due to the booking.com problem it’s took my money it’s seems and they didn’t refund the money on the day I spent lot of time over there and the service guys are very rude and not understanding my family situation, It’s was very disappointing and irresponsibility behaved to the customers and I had seen so many of them had same issues during the same day Waste of money and time! Feel like fraud, it’s like money snatchers
