Barrett (4/5): Not intending to go back.  - The location was good. The room was not clean. The remodeling was and after thought, carpet didn’t meet the tile wallpaper was peeling. Drapes were dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty. The sink drain was broken.

It was quiet and lose to elevators. - Big rooms, Great air conditioning, confy bed, location The bathroom fixtures looked used. the walls in the showers needed recaulking. Dirty looking at base of wall and carpeting in room. Time to shampoo carpets.

Ryan_Frisby (10/5): Convenient For When You’re Tired Of Staring At I-40 - This hotel served perfectly as a convent place to stop for a night traveling home right off of I-40. It was clean, comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced, with great service and a good breakfast as well. While not huge, I did notice some wear and tear in the room, especially the bathroom, but nothing major. Overall, definitely recommend this property if you’re coming to Dickson, or tired on I-40 like myself.

3 (5/5): - That it was close to restaurants. My bed had a dip in the middle of the mattress, it really needs to be replaced. All the mattresses should have zipper mattress protectors on them but ours didn't. I was disappointed in the breakfast for the amount of money they charge it could be better and I was very disappointed in the fact that it doesn't have a Hot tub. Next time we will stay at another hotel.
Marissa (6/5): - The hotel itself is in a great location. Phillip, the gentlemen who checked us in was very kind. The rooms had a very strange smell to them. As I was waiting in the lobby to check in, I observed a couple requesting a different room due to the strong odor in their room as well. Like a pet store smell really, was how our room smelled. The beds are not comfortable. The indoor pool is dripping with so much humidity everything in there including the floor, seats, walls, ceiling, all dripping water, there was a small, tiny fan in the door entrance to the pool propped up but was not helping at all. Breakfast was very slim. I would not stay here again for $200 a night.

People with ESA's need to stay home if they don't qualify as a sevice animal. There is a reason for the laws in public. Someone could get hurt with unsafe pets in public.

The bathroom floor had hair in several places and a piece of paper on the floor. The sheets looked wrinkled which made us wonder if they were changed. I've stayed at many Marriott hotels throughout the years and was surprised that the room looked like it did. Also, no USB ports in the room. Every hotel we've traveled to had USB ports, not sure why this one doesn't.

Gina (10/5): Friendly staff - I am local to Dickson but needed to be out of the house for some repairs. Phillip was friendly and accomodating. We needed milk for my grandson that evening and he went in the kitchen and got some for us since it was not sold in the lobby.

Tarsu (2/5): NO SLEEP ON OLD BEDS! - DO NOT STAY HERE! That is my recommendation. Call the renovators! This hotel needs help. The mattress in my room was old and so worn out that it was nearly impossible to get any sleep (see photo). Forget about room service as we had to chase down clean towels and washcloths. Yes, I contacted management at the facility only to hear excuses. The hotel is owned by the same people that own the Holiday Inn Express in Dickson, TN.

Gina (10/5): A great stay in Dickson! - This hotel is a great place to stay in Dickson. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice breakfast. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious with good amenities. Comfortable bed and nice linens. The location is good for access to downtown, restaurants, and the highway.

The hall and elevator floor were not clean or even vacuumed. The steel part in the elevator was filthy and probably the rest. I just saw it more there. We went to breakfast and had to keep asking them for things like plates, coffee (it was out), peanut butter. When we went to the bathroom in the morning it had ladybugs flying and walking around. We caught all of them to take outside, but I stopped at the front desk to let them know and her only comment was “Yes, they do show up.”

mark (4/5): Not as good as the reviews show. - The room heater unit had air filters that were solid with dirt indicating years of no maintenance (my allergy did not like this). The shower curtain's lower portion was stained so lack of attention to detail here. The outside base of the shower showed water problems at the adjacent wall. I requested a nice quiet room and was located next to the interstate with lots of traffic noise. The shower's hair shampoo bottle dispenser was empty. I did come in early that day for an early checkin in and was reluctantly told that not all the rooms were ready so this likely put us in room 102. The pool was remarkably LOUD and I checked inside the room which had an open door and the equipment was working but there was a bad noise coming from the air intake unit, another maintenance lack of detail. Not really worth the 150 a nite here.
Jennifer (9/5): Excellent - Dickson, TN is the closest city to the lineman training center my son was attending. This fall we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn, and Fairfield Inn. Fairfield Inn is far & away the cleanest and best of the three. Friendly, competent staff who take pride in their appearance and work. The night clerk who checked us in took an interest in us and followed up with my son the next night about how his CDL testing went (our reason for being in town—He passed!). I left my purse in the breakfast area which the staff quickly returned to me when they found it. Breakfast was great! Much better than Holiday Inn Express down the street.
