La gentillesse, l'accueil chaleureux, la propreté sont des points forts pour cet hôtel. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de tout, très belle plage à 3 minutes, magasins au pied de l'hôtel, pharmacie, station de bus, restaurants, tous est accessible, en étant préservé du bruit de la ville. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine extérieure très bien entretenue, tout est propre et pensé pour le bien-être des touristes. En réalité, nous nous sommes sentis comme dans la famille. Nous reviendrons avec joie! Nous avons tout apprécié!

• Bianka (10/5): - Tökéletes helyen, minden nap takarítottak. Jó választék a reggelinél, a személyzet extra kedves volt mindenhol mindig. Kinti benti medence szép volt, minden egy lépésre a hoteltől. A szálloda éttermi részén a étel nem volt jó, szerintünk fagyasztott volt, amit ettünk. Egyszer vacsiztunk így csak ott, de a koktélok isteniek.
• Florian (8/5): Sehr gutes Hotel und schöner Lage - Die Unterkunft überzeugt bereits mit dem freundlichen Personal. Darüber hinaus stehen einem saubere und gepflegte Zimmer zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert, so dass man wenig vom Gang oder der Straße hört. Die Umgebung ist im Vergleich zum Rest der Stadt ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und sollte jeden zufrieden stellen, besonders weil man sich frische Omelettes/Rührei/Spiegelei (mit bestimmten Beilagen nach Wahl) zubereiten lassen kann. Der Fitnessbereich verfügt lediglich über einen Crosstrainer, Hometrainer und einen kleinen Kabelturm. Das ist vielleicht ein ganzes Gadget aber sollte besser nicht als „Gym“ bezeichnet werden.

• Mihoc (8/5): Great place to stay for families/couples. Close to the beach and center! - The location was great, close to the beach, and a 5 min drive to the center. Shop nearby and free parking. Staff and hotel owner where great! Room was spacious and clean. Great bed, slept like a baby. Breakfast was good, maybe not a wide selection but good quality food. We came in april, and the room was cold for the first night. Really cold. And the heating takes a while to heat up the room. But beyond that no real complaints.

Lipsa papuci de camera, halat si prosoapele de baie, deasemenea foarte uzate. O investitie in aceste detalii ar schimba perceptia oaspetilor.

• Kristiine (8/5): Recommend! - Well, don’t know where to start. We have arrived in the night and the staff was waiting for us as their reception works 24/7. Everything was great until we got into our room (which was a completely different room), we were upset but in the morning they have solved this problem and the stay overall was very pleasant! Also what I’d like to point out - the staff!! Unbelievable team! They made everything for our stay be comfortable, good, they provided us a lactose free meals as we had some family members with lactose intolerance. They were polite, kind and very friendly despite that fact, that they were working everyday (we’ve stayed there for 2 weeks). Such a biiiiig thank you to the staff and hotel overall! I won’t promise that we will be back as we love to explore new places but I totally recommend you to choose this hotel for your stay! 🤩 Thank you guys!

He fixed my problems with the mobile internet that was extremely urgent and important to me. and 2) The blond lady with blue eyes (called Nidoma or something like that) who was extremely helpful and attentive. She helped me to reserve seats in the bus to the airport. I appreciate their support greatly! P.S. The girl in the cafeteria was serving everyone with her charming smile and positive vibes. Sorry, but the bed linen and towels should be impeccably clean and tidy.

The hotel in general is really clean, including the rooms, lobby, breakfast area and the outside pool. Beds were comfortable, rooms were decently equipped. We booked the sea view room and the view was amazing. Breakfast was OK at best. Very basic options, nothing tasted great after the second time, and there was little variety between the days. Lobby is not air-conditioned after sunset, hallways have no AC at all and have a strange smell. Bedroom TVs are really small Shower water pressure is weak, temperature is unstable needing constant adjustments

La climatisation était coupée dans les parties communes à partir de 18:00 jusqu’au lendemain 9:00.Il faisait très chaud dans le lobby et les parties communes . Le personnel au restaurant était désagréable et loin d’un standard hôtelier .

For the past 13 days my wife and me have been to 4 hotels in Ayia Napa and this hotel wins them all. The service of wonderful staff (Anna and the rest) was outstanding. This hotel is sparkling clean beautiful rooms with a lot of light. Perfect breakfast and food very good location. We loved it. Thank you for understanding our situation and thank you for refunding nights we did not us. Just wow.

Said which cooking the eggs at morning is super nice - as well as everyone which helped us to enjoy. gym is small but effective! Free parking, great location - close to the public beach and close to the main road Breakfast was repetitive for 3 nights in a row, but had enough variety to make it different

• Sarunas (10/5): Best bargain in Ayia Napa 🏖️ - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! 🌟 The staff was extremely nice, helpful and always ready to help - this created a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The room was clean, tidy, and the environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation. A great place for both a short stopover and a longer stay. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a cozy environment! The rule of not letting my friends as guests to my room.
• Anastasiya (9/5): Clean hotel that’s close to everything you need - A stunning hotel that’s close to the beach as well as the strip but still far enough away where it’s not noisy at night. The bus stop is also right outside the hotel making it easy access to travel to Protaras or the sea caves. The food selection at breakfast was great as well. The pool in the hotel is also a great size and there were plenty of sun-beds to use. Smell of sewage in the bathroom in the morning
