I have to use a scooter bad foot just had surgery and when I got there no handicap left and I had to park too far and walk holding scooter around a turn and a hill. It was extremely difficult and exhausting.

Would stay here again when visiting Auburn. - Comfy bed, temperature control in room, good water pressure, convenient location for exploring Auburn and the surrounding Finger Lakes. Free breakfast and laundry service was advertised but not available. But there's a Laundromat one block away, and tons of grocery stores/fast food/restaurants nearby, so it wasn't really a hardship.

There was a pile of soil or dirt in the one elevator the entire weekend, and the floors were really dirty. The elevator was very loud, in movement but also when opening or closing. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. Instead of facial tissues in a box, there was a travel pack on the counter. The hair dryer didn't work.

- Diane (1/5): Disappointed with what we went through. - (1) We were told that Booking.com only gives them 10% and she was not going to accept the reservation. (2) Then she told us we had the wrong Verification Number and were told to call Booking for the correct number, which was verified. We were told she would not speak to a 3rd party. (2) We were told she not to contact Booking.com, to only contact them for reservations. (3) They told us that we were ripped off and would not accept the booking reservation number. (4) After several attempts to contact Booking.com/Help, we were told they only had a single room for $186. even though we were booked for a Junior Suite. (5) Then she found a Junior Suite and told us we could would get a 20% Discount for $180 plus Occupancy Tax of $32.40, totalling $212.40. We travelled from Long Island for 8 hours and had no choice but to pay for the room, even though we booked the Junior Suite with Booking.com. Last month, we had booked a room in September with Booking.com and the same person complained but she gave us the room.

- Kimberly (7/5): IT IS WHAT IT IS A PLACE TO SLEEP,NOT TO RELAX AND ENJOY, I EXPECTED MORE - IT WAS CLEAN AND QUIET ARRIVING TO CHECK IN, ALL DOORS LOCKED AND HAVING TO CHECK IN WITH A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT KIOSK. ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. BED SHOULD HAVE BEEN A QUEEN WAS MORE LIKE A FULL. THERE WERE ONLY 3 PILLOWS ON THE BED,WHY WHEN THEY AREA TYPICALLY A STANDARD OF 2 PER PERSON? THE WINDOW SEAT BED WAS HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. THE TOWELS WERE TINY AND HARD(NOT SOFT AND COMFY),AS IF NOT WASHED PROPERLY THEY WERE NOT MUCH BIGGER THAN THE BATHROOM MATT.

- Sherri (5/5): - The location Everything from the virtual check in to the entire stay. As a single lady traveling alone i did not like the fact there was no one at the desk. The tv did not work property and despite several calls to get help I was not helped. If it was a 1 night stand ok but it was for 7 nights. Constant dogs barking, puppy walking down the hallway and weeing, look out the window and large piles of dog poo in grass. A sign saying to take out on trash, a lift that had a very loud screeching whenever used, the list goes on

Every night the inside main door was left to jar so anybody could just walk in even if you were not a guest. I just think the price was too high for the size of the room but if you don't care about that then it's okay to stay in. It was a one bed queen room that just my husband and I stayed in but I still felt claustrophobic.

- Chris (9/5): Affordable and easy and all I needed - I had a very difficult time actually finding the building. Even using my phone to find it was difficult. Especially at night. The property it self was clean on the outside but the concrete entrances were in rough shape . I came in on a Sunday and used the kiosk to check in . I never saw an employee of the hotel at all until the next morning I didn’t like checking in using a kiosk. Although it worked fine. I had a couple bags and clothes on hangers and it would’ve helped to have a luggage rack available

The front desk clerk was remote, elevator was broken, the main light switch in the room did nothing, it smelt awful, the TV was on, what I would assume was the previous occupant left their empty money envelop on the desk, the door wasn’t overly secure and the microwave was moldy and very dirty. I did not feel comfortable or safe in that location and booked another with in 5 minutes of arriving.

No drain cover on sink? black Mold spotted around tub caulked edge. But- One really Nice thing - VERY nice hot water and lots of it- made 2 fill ups on a bath I took before bed. mattress on bed comfortable enough, mattress was encased - did have to retrieve something that fell close to under bed....NOT clean under there. Cob webs, candy wrapper, dust. The place needs a 'refresh' ....
- 930philipf (4/5): The place has really gone downhill over the years. - I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and at the start, it was a nice place to stay. But, now it's really different. When we arrived, we had to check in at a kiosk at the front door where we were checked for ID, a photo of my Visa card was taken and an additional $100 security charge was applied to the card before we were given our room keys which would also unlock the front door. There was no one at the front desk which is only staffed from 7 AM to noon. Since Covid, they no longer have a breakfast and the room was a bit run down . We were on the first floor and the lock on the sliding window was broken so it couldn't be locked. Being in a downtown area and a prison located a few blocks away, this had me concerned. I put a hanger on the window track so it could only open half way. The next morning, the person at the front desk looked up long enough to tell us to "Just throw your room keys in the box and go." Three days later, the security deposit was removed from my Visa card but there was an additional charge for $10 with no explanation. I tried calling the hotel, but there no one there and their mailbox was full and not accepting messages. I sent an email to their address (frontdesk@innflx.com) and the next morning I called the hotel again around 9 AM and was told that the charge was for blood on the lower bed sheet and she offered to send me a picture. I told her I had no idea how blood could have gotten there but didn't want to get into an argument over a lousy $10. With everything that has changed and the emphasis on cutting costs and security deposits, I question the validity of this charge. I won't stay there again and I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are really stuck for a place to stay. One last thing. As of the writing of this review, I still have not received a reply to my email.
