• Douglas (1/5): Worst hotel I've ever stayed at - Leaving I booked a double with pool view, did not have one when I went to book in, this happened to 2 other guests while I was there, the breakfast was repetitive and just warm but they did have a microwave, the toaster and coffee machine was extremely slow, I went to reception to as for a coke and I got shouted at, WAIT WAIT, STAND OVER THERE, went back to my sun lounger and did not bother buying from there again, the porters putting towels out for the German and Russian guests at 7am, and sometimes no one bothered to turn up, this hotel does not like the British

• Abdulredha (8/5): A BIG GOOD VALUE BUDGET HOTEL IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION - This is a big hotel, 15 floors high. The location is just off the main road overlooking a big parking space. There is another sister hotel right next to it. The hotel is old and must have been grand decades ago judging by all the wood works and the chandeliers in the lobby. But it is still very good for a budget hotel. The lobby is very big and long, the lighting is dim even though there are plenty of light fixtures, but not switched on. There is not much in the lobby, lots of seating sofas etc., many empty spaces where once cafes and shops may have been. There are only the reception desks. There is one coffee shop that serves only breakfast. There are no other restaurants, only room service. The staff are mostly friendly but a need to brush up on cordiality. The hotel uses old style keys for the room doors, not Card Keys, the keys come with a bulky wooden key holder, inconvenient to carry Along, but can be kept at the reception. The rooms are good-sized, a bit worn out but clean, lighting is dull and dim due to yellow bulbs (old-type warm white energy saver bulbs), there is a long desk with a small 31” TV on top of it, there are many drawers in the desk and by the bed. There are two sofa chairs and a coffee table, there are two chairs and a table in the small balcony. The rooms overlooking the pool have a better view, you can also get a glimpse of the sea. The storage capacity in the room is adequate. There is a good-sized fridge and tea making facilities. There is no safe box in the room, but one can be provided at the reception free of charge if you bring your own small pad lock. A padlock can be rented for 30 Bhat. The bathroom is small with bath tub fitted with a curtain, there is one adjustable shower head in the tub, no hand shower, water pressure is good. There are also towels and basic toiletries. The bidet spray is lying on the ground with no wall holder and there are no towel hooks in the bathroom. Adding these will be a good idea. There is a big outdoor No Gym. Lobby not air-conditioned.

• Helmut (6/5): - Der Pool war sauber und schön, Zimmer sind ruhig, groß und haben viel Stauraum. Hatten Meerblick. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war meistens nur lauwarm bis kalt, speziell die Eierspeisen sind kalt nicht unser Fall, aber es gibt eine Mikrowelle. Kein Joghurt keine Käsesorten. Kein Zimmersafe sondern nur an der Rezeption. WLAN mit 0,19mb/s ist ein schlechter Witz.

Das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe. Jedes kleines Thai-Restaurant hat ein besseres WLAN. Der Service am Pool hat stark nachgelassen. Keine Klimatisierung im Foyer

• Torbjørn (6/5): Bra men kan bli mye bedre - Beliggenhet var perfekt. Kort vei til kjøpesenter, Kort vei til Pattaya stranden, Kort vei til waking street, Kort vei til barer og spisesteder. Ingen støy fra trafikk og barer. Hotellet hadde et flott basseng. Hotellet begynner å bli gammelt og trenger oppgradering, spesielt badene på rommene var ikke bra. Lurer på når forhenget på badekaret ble vasket sist? Så motbydelig ut. Internett er en katastrofe. Detter ut hele tiden, og siden jeg måtte jobbe litt måtte jeg ut av hotellet og få låne Internett fra nabobygget. Når det gjelder frokost så anbefaler jeg at dere bestiller rom uten frokost, da frokosten etter min smak var en katastrofe. Bodde på dette hotellet i nesten en måned, og bassengbaren var ikke åpent en dag. Og til slutt så hadde hotellet ingen safe på hotellrommet. Måtte ned i resepsjonen og låse inn pass og div.verdisaker. Veldig tungvint. Også en del av personalet burde bli sendt på smilekurs. Spesielt de som jobber med frokost.

Les cendriers de la piscine n'étaient pas vidés souvent, certains restaient 3-4 jours...
