• JyhLuen (10/5): リピート確定！設備もサービスも大満足のお宿 - 根津さん、駅までの送迎をどうもありがとうございました。 宿泊した和室はとても広くて清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。暖房もしっかり効いていて、寒い夜でもとても暖かかったです。 1階にある乾燥室は非常に便利で、貸切で利用できるお風呂も最高でした。また、新しく導入されたスマート自販機の食べ物もどれもすごく美味しかったです。 次回、石打丸山へスノーボードに行く際も、絶対にまたこちらの旅館を利用したいと思います！素晴らしい滞在をありがとうございました。 唯一少し残念だったのは、館内にエレベーターがなく、荷物を自分で階段で部屋まで運ばなければならない点です。

• 蘇 (10/5): 入住地點算方便，走路即可到達石打丸山的纜車搭乘入口，附近也都有餐廳，走遠一點的地方有超市，住宿的外觀蠻溫馨的，很喜歡大廳的氛圍，設備很齊全也很寬敞，最喜歡的是老闆的接送服務，省去了很多搭車上的困擾和麻煩，讓這趟旅程很舒適，下次去石打丸山滑雪 - 入住的時候會幫忙搬行李上樓，非常的貼心❤️也有到越後湯澤車站的來回接送，老闆非常的親切，服務也很好～～大廳的空間也很寬敞很舒適 可能是沒電梯，但是入住的時候老闆會幫忙搬上樓，除此之外一切都很好

• KAI-HAN (10/5): - 老闆一家人都很好很熱情，有提供車站到民宿來回接送服務，但是沒有到雪場的接送。早餐很好吃，但每天都是一樣的內容。餐廳提供微波爐，可以自行使用真的方便。離石打超近，走路三分鐘就到了，門口有很亮的樹，夜滑結束從雪場走回來也不用怕迷路。房間隔音非常好，除非隔壁真的很大聲，不然在房間幾乎聽不到聲音。 好處也是壞處，離石打很近，離便利商店跟餐廳非常遙遠，最近的超市也要走10分鐘，可以一次買很多天份量的食物回來慢慢吃，好險冰箱夠大可以冰很多東西。

• Berg (9/5): Godt fornøyd med oppholdet! - Det var rent og fint, og det var varmt og godt i fellesområdene. Tørkerommet var supert. Lettvint å kunne leie utstyr og kjøpe heiskort på overnattingsstedet. Kort vei til bakkene var også bra. Frokosten var god og personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomt. Skyss til og fra togstasjonen var også bra.

• YIHSIU (10/5): - 我們已經來三次了，我的兩個孩子陸續在這學會滑雪了，老闆一家非常熱心，距離雪場纜車非常方便，晚上不供晚餐不方便，但可自備泡麵或有販賣機提供簡餐，澡堂水壓超棒！幾乎都是台灣客人居多，整體而言，非常友善！

So it is a very basic but a warm, cozy place to stay. the 1F entrance is also a place to lock skis and there is a drying room for boots, gloves, etc. They offer rides from and to Echigo Yuzawa station which is also very convenient. nothing
• Aiuna (9/5): - Идеальное место, если вы собирайтесь кататься на курорте Исиучи. В одном месте мы остановились на ночь, взяли в прокат сет сноубордов, которые были отличного качества и купили ски-пасс. Завтрак был замечательным, нас встретили и отвезли обратно на станцию в удобное для нас время. Если приедем кататься в Ишиучи, то останавливаться будем только здесь. Кстати, везде было достаточно тепло, включая туалеты и коридор. Ближайший круглосуточный немного далековато, если вдруг вам захочется чипсиков после 20:00. К сожалению, нет зубных наборов, поэтому не забудьте взять с собой.

• YENTZU (9/5): - 民宿提供車站與滑雪場接送，可租雪具、購買滑雪卷，徒步到中央口只要5分鐘。早餐須加價購，整體評價很好。老闆親切，服務態度很好，環境極為乾淨。 早餐裡沙拉或蔬食可增加，減少加工的火腿與培根以及油炸物。房間應有熱水瓶與水杯，方便住客使用，因為熱水在餐廳，不太方便，且未24小時開放。隔音不太好，走廊的腳步聲會傳到房間。

• Samuel (10/5): It’s amazing, and when I return, there wouldn’t be any other place I’d want to stay. - Nestled right on the mountain, close to the lifts and rental shops, this location offers rentals as well. The family that runs it was incredibly kind and accommodating. They even went above and beyond by picking me up and dropping me off at the train station. If I wanted to visit other snow resorts, they were more than happy to drop me off there as well. There’s also a supermarket, 7-11, and a restaurant right down the road, all within walking distance. Nothing.

• Chun Wei (10/5): Really good experience, beautiful well maintained chalet. - Host is really helpful and arrange everything smoothly. Respond by Line efficiently. The orange bed mat in the room is a bit mess, I can see hair on it easily. Although there is a new bed sheet, use sticky roller to clean a bit would be nice.
• Nicolas (10/5): A warm and cosy stay at walking distance from the ski slopes. - We were very pleased with the fantastic location at walking distance from Ishiuchi Maruyama and all the facilities, including the affordable ski equipment rental, the huge drying room, a yummy breakfast and the warm welcome by our host. The free shuttle service from Echigo-Yuzawa station is a plus! Restaurant options in the surrounding area are a bit limited and the closest kombini is a good 20 minute walk, so dinner requires some planning.

• Steph (9/5): Overall, it was a wonderful stay! The owners are very nice, friendly, and welcoming. We would happily stay again. - The owner was very responsive to my inquiries from the beginning of the booking and kindly picked us up from the station both on arrival and departure, which we really appreciated. The private onsen bath was a highlight for us. It would be nice if moisturizing lotion could be provided, as the area can get quite dry. The room was neat, clean, and very warm and dry. Adding an air purifier or humidifier would make it even more comfortable. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds. We were also happy to receive discounts on ski wear and snowboard gear rentals, which was a great bonus. ☺️

He helped with our luggage and provided transportation to and from Echigo Yuzawa Station during check in/out and also to nearby ski resorts because Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort did not have sufficient snow. Many thanks to him and his staff!!

He ran my gloves and googles back to me at Gala when i forgot them in his vehicle (yes, he shuttled us around). Even after we had left his care and went to the train station, he came back and picked me up because my son left his phone at the snowboarding resort. He even got me back in time for the shinkansen. I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience compelled me to. Don't hesitate, this was an awesome boutique hotel experience. He even had all of the snow boarding equipment for us to rent so we didnt have to stand in the Gala yuzawa line. Don't hesitate, book now!!! Aloha
• Yin-Hsieh (9/5): - Very kind and helpful staff. Room and public space is clean and comfortable. Very good location if you plan to ski at Ishiuchi Maruyama. Bath is spacious and family and friends are allowed to use it together exclusively (for 30 minutes for each session). The location is a bit far away from Echigo Yuzawa, even if we already knew when we made the reservation. Staff tried his best to help with transportation though so it's not really an issue.

It was end of season and very quiet feeling like we had the place to ourselves. It was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was beautifully presented and ample. He met uas at the station and dropped us off as well as taking us elsewhere as and when needed. A really good experience and we would return.

• Douglas (10/5): Feel at home in a cozy, family oriented lodge - I stayed for three nights and could not be happier! Satoshi-san and his family are lovely, friendly people and made this a very relaxing experience. I recommend staying in the more traditional rooms with tatami and futons, it was very comfortable. Note that, if you are a westerner, you may not find it to your liking to have a shared restroom and and bathroom. Please do not be put off by this, it's part of the experience and you can have 30 minutes of the bath all to yourself if you like. This isn't a Ryokan, more of a ski lodge, but it's much more intimate and cozy than some cold Tokyo hotel! Upgrade to get the breakfast in the morning, it's worth it. Satoshi-san is a great host and will probably offer to pick you up from Echigo-Yuzawa station. It's within walking distance of Ishiuchi station, too, if you choose. I stayed at the end of summer and it was outside the ski season. I don't know what it would be like when it's busier, but I sure had a good stay.
• Falk (10/5): - Nice People, nice Service
• K (10/5): - 家族で経営されているようで非常に雰囲気が良く、和みました。
• David (10/5): - Nice hotel, just noisy with cars and trains
• Shinobu (10/5): - コスパ最高で周りにスキー場がたくさんあり、また利用したいと思います。
• Reiko (10/5): - 皆さんおっしゃる通りご主人のお人柄が良く、安心して宿泊できました。 お掃除も行き届いていて気持ち良く、お風呂が貸切だったのも気置きなく使えて、よかったです。 とてもすばらしい思い出になりました。また宿泊したいです。
• Hung Kin (10/5): - 屋主非常好客，照顧周到
• NODA (8/5): - 入浴がグループ事に入るシステムで、浴室が空いているタイミングを確認するのが難しい。また、せっかく新潟魚沼市なのに、朝食にパンのみは残念。 外人が多い印象がある、是非とも美味しいお米を食べて欲しいと思った。
