There was blood on a clean sheet which wasn’t mine. Assuming the cleaner must have cut her finger at some point The blood was dry when i went to bed

- Achmerov Slava (1/5): - Nichts I booked this apartment while I was still in Germany. I specifically booked a place that was supposed to have an ocean view and обязательно a balcony. In the end, I was given a small apartment without internet — the Wi-Fi inside did not work at all. There was no balcony and no sea view either. However, they charged me as if I had received everything I originally booked. In other words, I was deceived. I went in, looked around, and left. I tried to find someone who could help me, but there was no staff member available there — and this is something you should take into account. In the end, I had to find another place to stay and move elsewhere. So my only question is: if you know that people travel to you from all over the world, why do you treat your guests this way?
- Jw (3/5): Slecht hotel op een slechte afgelegen lokatie. - Het bed was oke, verder in de kamer vies, stinken en erg oud. Hotel is erg gedateerd, het zwembad heeft 5 ligstoelen, oud en klein, het ontbijt is simpel, thai gericht,kamers zijn oud en vies en klein. Ze laten je 1000 bath borg betalen, en na afloop zeggen dat er een vlek in je handdoek zat, of je oven wil betalen. Lokatie is afgelegen.

- Marie (9/5): Lovely place but upgrade the gym! 😊 - Great location, always spotlessly clean, good choice for breakfast, great pool and staff were lovely. Being picky a couple of things to improve on. Firstly, even though I had a balcony, it had an air conditioning unit on it so big I couldn’t actually go outside which was a shame. Secondly, I used the gym most days, this needs a bit of a revamp, both bikes were not working & there was only one running machine and an old set of weights. I’m glad I was the only one that seemed to use it!

Our room was not 32 square meters we had booked & the balcony was tiny with no chairs or table because you couldn't fit anything on them because they were soooooo small & I think triangle shape lol 😆😆 Also the Elliptical Walker in the gym was a cheap decathlon home piece of equipment that we just laughed at bit still have it try & Yes, it was terrible...

- Paj (7/5): Bra boende med fin pool nära stranden - Stort hotell precis vid strandgatan och lite längre ner på en lugnare del. Vårt rum vette mot stranden och var av god standard, duschrum och separat toalett med badkar vilket kan vara bra om man är flera. Stor fin pool mellan huskropparna som är populär för barn att leka i och även fungerar att simma i. Man kan sitta vid poolen och beställa mat. Rejäl frukostbuffé och två lokaler att välja mellan. Lätt ta sig runt då skyttelbuss åker förbi på gatan typ var tionde minut. Enormt stor och ganska tom strand utanför, dock mindre lämpligt för bad just där. Rummet blev väldigt varmt på solsidan och ac-n hade lite svårt mellan varven att kyla ner, såvida du inte kunde lämna den på hela tiden. Svag belysning badrum. TV:n fungerade inte. Ganska hektiskt vid frukost p.g.a. mycket gäster men sittplats var inga problem eftersom det fanns två lokaler. Gym fanns men väldigt få saker att träna med. Poolen mestadels i skugga p.g.a. läget mellan huskropparna.

Svært liten balkong, måtte be om stoler, ikke plass til bord. Frokost ikke for vestlige turister, kylling i alle varianter. Salat og frukt for de som liker det. Egg, men ikke bacon. Parfymemaskin i korridorer, ikke noe for de som reagerer på det. Få solstoler.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Pool was very cool and refreshing because it doesn’t get a lot of sun. The front desk staff certainly weren’t the friendliest.

- john (6/5): - I'm afraid I didn't find much to like. The "Bell Boys"were very helpful. The reception staff were not very pleasant. I paid for a room with a pool view. Got one with a view to waste land with dogs barking during the night. Eventually got moved and....moved again. The seats in reception are so dirty I wouldn't sit on them. The pool is constantly in the shade. No cocktails available at the bar. You get what you pay for! I should have known better.

- bátaszéki (10/5): Jó választás volt ! - A szálloda elhelyezkedése jó kb:100 méter a tengerpart. A szobák tiszták kényelmesek az erkélyünk szép nagy, nekünk a medencére nézett. A medence körül sok napágy van. A nem medencére nézők kilátása nem jó!! Van edzőterem és szauna, és gyerek medence. A szálloda dolgozói nagyon kedvesek segítőkészek.A reggeli választék nagyon bőséges. Egyedül a recepció rész nem olyan hangulatos, de ez csak az én egyéni ízlésem. A fürdőszobában nincs akasztó amire a törölközőket fel tudnád akasztani.

- Prayash Poudel (10/5): Sometimes you get lucky and end up in 9th floor of south block - The view from my room was just amazing, and the hotel follows a black and white theme, which I loved. I was very happy with the level of thought they had put into each room. The location was top-notch, as 7-Eleven and all the cafes and night street food were super close by. I was completely satisfied with my stay. Morning breakfast is limited and confusing, and the room size is a little small for my preference. They should start a free shuttle to Pattaya Floating Market, in my opinion.

- YUKI (5/5): ロケーションよし、その他ノーコメント - ロケーション、サンセットがとても良かった。シャワーも温かくてよかった。 予約していたのに当日チェックイン3時間前になって、ホテル側の都合により予約キャンセルになりました。booking .comも連絡とれずホテルに問い合わせしたが、あなたの予約は、キャンセルされました。以降は、booking .comにお問い合わせ下さいの一点張り、結局、お金も返金されるかわからないまま追加で現地にてお支払いし、違う部屋を取りました。もちろんホテル側からのキャンセルしたことによる謝罪もなければ、アップグレード等もありませんでした。累計20回以上このサイトを利用しているが初めての事で正直、ホテル側とbooking .com両方に対して残念な気持ちしかありません。

- Willem (2/5): A hotel not worthy of stay nor booking.com perticipation. - the entry and reception (in looks), swimmingpool area. Everything else. First off all, my writing to ask for a room near the elevator, where limited mobility was required, was left unanswered. Not something I am used to with Booking.com, as my many previous writings, requesting the same, had up until then always been answered. We arrived in the afternoon and found the hotel very nice in the first instance. Nice entry! That was about it, downhill from there. At the reception I was asked for my ID and sat down. As I am limited mobile not an easy task. Then I was told my ID was no good, so had to get up and change from my ID card to my passport, and told to wait about 5 minutes, so sat down again. Then I was asked for a THB1000 deposit and told to sit down and wait for my room key. This room key arrived, changed room number. Why was this not explained straight away, so the movement could be limited. We arrived in our room, a very basic room, but quite standard in size. The facilities in the room were minimalist, to say the least. Two coffee sachets, no sugar, no milk no tea. See photo. Balcony, too small to place a chair and a person, write next to the AC condenser unit. See photo. Bathroom and shower amenities consisted of Shower cap and ear buds and two bottles of shower gel. See photo’s. Two bath towels, see their best days, but no face towel/cloth and no mention of pool towel (later found to be available, sometimes, at the pool). A view from the balcony “to die for”. The neighboring vacant land. We booked for 8 nights and other rooms available with decent view were kept for single night satays. To top that off a belligerent pool attendant, we actually complaint to the senior staff on duty. Did not expect any action from her, but felt wee needed to say something. To top this off, we found that booking this hotel, THB 11,577.60 for those 8 nights, as a Genius 3 member, would have been THB2000 cheaper at Agoda for the same nights and time. So being a Genius3 member, meant nothing. We left 2 night early woithout...

Reception and entrance is big, pool was clean although didn’t use, room was clean, comfortable, everything worked, had a great nights sleep. A very nice room and hotel. Would 100% stay again. Very very minor issues. We had a deluxe room, TV wasn’t a smart TV so couldn’t watch phone on the TV or apps like Netflix, YouTube. Stand in bath shower with a fixed head which squirted at the back wall and was not at all adjustable but was hot and powerful.
