• francisco (8/5): Good, enjoyed the view - The views are stunning, cool breeze, outdoor breakfast tables at the 4th floor The building is old and not that well maintained, you can feel that the tiles are about to come out, balcony and windows were rusty, the toilet was stinky when we checked in, a bit overpriced. The breakfast food shall be improved, it gets full on a peak weekend

• Karen (1/5): Very Poor Service - A long time waiting on there response regarding the spa service. And take note when you get there at the spa area you are going to take a walk to your hotel without knowing that there is still a guest in there, no service cart for you to accommodates to the hotel.

• Kimmy Jonas (10/5): 5 star experience. - The property was very clean and beautifully designed, but what truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional customer service. We were in Tagaytay to attend my brother’s wedding at 3 PM and arrived early to avoid traffic. Although the standard check-in time is 2 PM, the staff kindly allowed us to check in at 12 PM at no extra cost so we could prepare for the event. Special thanks to CJ, the bellboy, who was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We also appreciate Jayson from the restaurant, who kindly allowed us to order cereals for our 5-year-old son even though it wasn’t normally offered during lunch. That extra effort meant a lot to us. We’re also grateful to the reception staff who helped us book our return trip to Manila via the Joyride app. Splendido is not only clean and well-maintained, the warmth and generosity of the staff made our stay truly memorable.

• Divina (5/5): Super pricey but not worth it. - Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) View: The view was nice and relaxing, which is one of the few highlights of the stay. Tagaytay’s scenery never disappoints. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) Room: The room was decent and clean at first glance, but there was a major issue: a very strong stench coming from the CR (bathroom). The smell was not bearable, especially in the morning. It smelled like something rotten (parang bulok/pusali). It was very unpleasant and made the stay uncomfortable. For a hotel at this price point, this should never happen. Breakfast: Very disappointing experience. We already spent around ₱5,000 for lunch and dinner. The teller told us that it was already okay and no additional payment would be needed. However, when we went for breakfast, we were still charged another ₱800. This was frustrating and inconvenient. The food selection was just so-so — nothing special for the price. Overall Experience: Super pricey but not worth it. The food quality does not match the cost, and the miscommunication regarding the breakfast payment was disappointing. For a premium hotel, service and food quality should be much better.

Im Zimmer, waren staubig, die Ecken und kanten sind dreckig, dass ich meine Allergie Anfall bekommen habe und durch die Nacht nicht gut schlafen konnte. Bettwäsche haben viele Flecken, das Frühstück am ersten Tag hatte das Brötchen Schimmel, unser Essen wurde zweimal durch den Saal getragen, aber uns nicht gegeben obwohl wir schon gesagt das für uns sein könnten, der Mitarbeiter ist 2x in der Küche gegangen mit unserem bestellten Essen. Er war ein bisschen verwirrt und unorientiert. Am nächsten Tag, war das Frühstück alles gut.

What she meant was the country club house near the hotel. We thought it was the clubhouse near the golf course. We walked to the clubhouse (Delimondo Cafe), it was far actually.We had to pay for shuttle to pick us up there because it was the wrong location.

Location is great really close to Alfonso, so it’s a closer commute to visit relatives. Love the view and quiet surroundings. Very relaxing Love that there’s a delimundo restaurant in the property. A lil confusing as to which building is the hotel. A bigger TV would have been better considering the size of the room. A flat iron, & hair dryer in room would be a great feature. Bathroom needs cleaning, there’s some mold marks on the wall, and some white dusts on the sink. While I know it’s complementary, but a better shampoo, bath soap in room will be much appreciated.

I can hear squeaks from the cabinet at 3 am. There are people walking in the hallway at that tome as well. It was really hard to sleep.

• Balgos (6/5): Staff should communicate instructions properly. - Property is big and spacious. My room was not cleaned even if I specifically instructed the lobby concierge to have it cleaned. There was an error in the bookings. Those that are supposed to stay for 2 nights were given the room for just 1 night and they wanted to have the guests transfer rooms. A total inconvenience to which I did not accept.

• Empeegi (6/5): A Practical Short Stay - Accomodating and friendly staff, fresh towels and linen, breakfast was good even when they have a limited spread, good parking, location is beautiful and nice for leisurely walks with a good view of the Taal lake. The room smelled a little moldy at first. There's limited room service choices. They could have served nicely brewed coffee since their location gives them access to good coffee. Road leading to the hotel needed more lighting.

Parking is very small and tight. The floor tile in the hallway are broke and loose. Only one elevator was working for the whole building.

Staffs are accommodating and we can feel the warmest welcome and accommodation even just for overnight stay. One of the staff “ Airs” saves my day (its a women things)! I appreciated her help. Thankful for that! Good food and hotel room. Everything is perfect!

Also the rooms are spacious, we have a huge balcony with mountain view. We enjoyed the country club, they have badminton court which we rented out and the breakfast was really good for the price. Good value of money. small bathroom but clean and comfortable nonetheless.

• Vernice (6/5): An average stay. - Good location, close to restaurants. A bit further away from the roundabout in Tagaytay where it’s always busy and traffic. So you can avoid using that road on the way to Splendido. Restaurant- they have an all day restaurant where you can order food from and/or room service. The property is pretty old so it definitely needs a fee renovations especially the bathrooms. Our toilet had a funky fishy smell to it, not sure if it’s coming out from the drain. The door jam and other wooden fixtures in the toilet are very worn down. Restaurant - service can definitely be improved especially with punctuality. Our group had booked for lunch and pre-ordered our dishes ahead of time, but found the service really slow. We got our food 40min after booked time.
