• Cristina (8/5): Costo eccessivo - Struttura grandissima che non corrisponde esattamente al nostro gradimento...ma situata in una buona posizione, dove le poche attrazioni della città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La cosa strana è che sembravamo essere in pochissimi ospiti, a tal punto che in 2 giorni abbiamo incrociato solo altri 3 ospiti ( tanto è vero che gli ascensori erano sempre al piano dove li avevamo lasciati ). In compenso l'appartamento era enorme, ben arredato, con una balcone veramente incantevole ( seppur affacciato su altri palazzi ), molto silenzioso, molto pulito. La colazione offriva poca scelta, ma con la possibilità di ordinare 3 piatti da preparare al momento ( abbiamo ritenuto che la scarsa scelta fosse dettata dal fatto che non ci fossero altri ospiti nell'albergo, visto che anche a colazione non abbiamo mai incrociato nessuno ) . Menzione speciale va fatta alla piscina che è bellissima, inserita in un piacevole contesto, molto grande...ma anche qui, purtroppo, in quello che doveva essere lo spazio riservato al bar, tutto era chiuso. Sicuramente il costo è eccessivo rispetto a quanto verificato in altre strutture in Vietnam e la cosa spiacevole è che al momento del check-in, nonostante il prepagamento totale fosse stato fatoo 7 giorni prima del ns arrivo, ci abbiano chiesto di versare un deposito cautelativo nel caso avessimo creato qualche problema o rovinato qualcosa ll'ainterno dell'appartamento, deposito che ci è poi stato restituito ( ma questa cosa non era segnalata in alcuna nota su Booking )

• Benjamin (8/5): Emplacement idéal pour découvrir SGN - emplacement, accueil, personnel dévoué sols sales, peu de consommables dans l'appartement comme un peu de lessive ou des essuies-tout, déco vraiment ringarde, vue sur les clims de l'immeuble à coté, c'est un immeuble des années 90 bien entretenu mais dans le style de l'époque au Vietnam.

Location in Little Japan, a ten minute walk from the main tourist sights. Lots of bars and restaurants around. We’d recommend. My only recommendation would be to extend breakfast for half an hour til 10am. 930am finish is a bit early after travel etc.

While large and comfortable, it costs way too much for what was on offer and the room we got, which was premium did not match the photos. I stayed next door for 60% of the price with much better facilities

Breakfast was suitable to our needs and eggs were cooked to perfection every morning. All staff showed genuine care and old fashioned hospitality skills. They even supplied the washing power to use the free washing machines and dryers. Our most comfortable and cleanest stay in Vietnam! Slightly dated however everything is very clean and well maintained.

• Jeanette (9/5): Excellent short stay apartment in great Saigon location. - We stayed for 4 nights last week (with a late 6pm checkout prearranged), in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment at Norfolk Mansion. This accommodation is in a great central location, with plenty of good coffee places, restaurants and spas within a minute or two walk. Although the furniture and bathrooms are a little .dated, the apartment was very spacious, airy and had a big furnished balcony with view. Despite fronting onto the road, the apartment was extremely quiet and you could not hear the traffic below. Each bedroom had its own individual air conditioner with a larger separate one to cool the main living area. These were very effective and the apartment was a cool oasis to return to after a day out in the Saigon heat. There is a well equipped gym and good sized swimming pool located on level 2. The apartment was fully cleaned by room service staff each day (who were very efficient) and fresh bottled water is provided as part of each cleaning service. The most impressive thing about the apartments however is actually the staff- everyone we interacted with (from driveway and pool attendants, to doorman and the reception staff) were all pleasant, jovial, helpful and happy to assist with any requests, which made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Somewhat dated furniture and quite high pillows provided on the beds (which were replaced at my request).

Great views from 2 of the three bedrooms, balconies everywhere... laundry machine came in handy and washing dried in half a day outside. The air conditioner in master bedroom was a little loud when compressor kicked in. The 2 bedrooms were large. Living room was large and had a large balcony. Pool area and hot tub clean. We felt the breakfast buffet was a little pricey so we did not eat there. Restaurants in area or you can take a Grab. Overall nice stay.

The balconies were spacious and gave a great view, the rooms were quite at night. Cleaning every day and refill of water and toiletries were also a big plus. The staff was very nice and spoke good english. All rooms very clean and dustfree, the sheets and towels were also perfect, but the dishes were not cleaned properly so we redid them a few times. The furniture is a bit dated but lacks nothing in comfort

Nothing has been touched since the place was built over 25 years ago. The place desperately needs a refurbishment. The TVs were from the 1990s.
• John (10/5): - My family of five stayed in a three-bedroom balcony unit with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The spacious condo allowed us to relax comfortably after our daily outings. The breakfast was sumptuous. In addition to the buffet items, we could order continental food and local favorites (pho and banh bi) from the kitchen. The restaurant staff were always courteous and attentive. The furnishings in the rooms are a bit dated. The water did not drain well in the shower in the second bathroom, and the added washer/dryer made the main bathroom feel cramped. A full-length mirror by the front door would be lovely. The housekeeping staff worked diligently to keep the place clean. The lobby staff greets you warmly when you enter or exit the building. The hotel is close to many excellent world-class restaurants, and a Win market is only two blocks away. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return to Norfolk Mansion on our next visit to Saigon.

• Thi (9/5): Great luxury apartment for family in the heart of HCMC - As family we love the attention to details from all services that we received as soon as we reach Norfolk Mansion until we left. We didn’t have breakfast there this time but it is the only reason we didn’t stay longer because of this. It would be a convenient options for us as family with children.
• Jovita (10/5): Relaxing and can be activity filled at the same time. - It is near a lot of city attractions all are walking distance. All tours will offer to pick you up since the location is in District 1. The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and complete with amenities. The staff are attentive and will help you personally.

• Dong (10/5): Wonderful - All the staff are awesome. I stayed for 10 nights in a 2-bed premium apartment. I enjoyed the facilities including the gym, sauna, and pool. The living room in my apartment is big enough with a balcony, the kitchen is quite OK. The minus point is there is no dishwasher which should be in all 5* serviced apartments. The bonus point is that the apartment is cleaned every day like a hotel. The location is perfect with many cafes, restaurants and pubs within a 5-minute walk. I will definitely return next time if there is a good deal for my long stay.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Hotels.com inadvertently double booked us-the hotel and hotels.com refused to cancel our “2nd room” and provide us with a refund. It took us 90 min to check in as the hotel was trying to force us to check in for both rooms. We were harassed every time we left the hotel and returned. The hotel room was pretty spacious, but a little dated. Room was pretty clean (we had a 3 bedroom suite). Breakfast was adequate, but below average. Area was OK-district 1.
