Graag delen we wat extra ervaringen over het eten, het personeel en het ontbijt. Het eten was echt heerlijk en gevarieerd. Zowel tijdens het diner als overdag was er voldoende keuze, en alles was vers en smaakvol bereid. Het ontbijt was een absolute topper: een uitgebreid buffet met voor ieder wat wils – van vers fruit en broodjes tot warme gerechten. De perfecte start van de dag! Wat dit verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was het fantastische personeel. Iedereen was vriendelijk, professioneel en altijd bereid om te helpen. Een speciale shout-out voor receptionist Marina, die ons altijd met een glimlach ontving en klaarstond om vragen te beantwoorden. Ook de bartenders verdienen een groot compliment voor hun gezelligheid en uitstekende service! Daarnaast willen we zeker de lounge attendants op zowel de 6e verdieping als op de begane grond bedanken — jullie maakten het verblijf extra comfortabel en verzorgd. En een welverdiende speciale vermelding voor Fotoula, die ontzettend behulpzaam en meedenkend was. Haar gastvrijheid maakte echt het verschil! Kortom: een geweldige ervaring die we niet snel zullen vergeten. We komen zeker terug! nieks vielen tegen.

Good all inclusive beer on tap. As it was very early season none of the a la carte restaurants were open, we were not informed of this fact via our booking and only found out upon arrival.

Gediminas (10/5): - We didn’t have very high expectations, but the hotel fully met our choice for a short holiday. The food was very diverse and delicious, the territory and rooms were clean, and the staff, including the reception team, were helpful and friendly. A pleasant surprise was discovering that the hotel has a squash court, as we could not find this information before arrival. For some guests, this could definitely influence their choice when booking. Since the hotel already offers this great facility, it could also be worth adding two higher-level squash rackets for more advanced players. It’s a relatively small investment, but it could create an even better experience and generate many positive reviews in the future.

Z (8/5): מלון מפנק , מיקום מצויין, הבריכה הפנימית לא מחוממת בחודש מאי - המיקום מצויין, על הטיילת , הנוף מקסים. צוות שירותי, חיובי ונעים. בבריכה הפנימית שהייתה אמורה להיות מחוממת, המים היו קרים , גם בבריכות החיצוניות המים כמובן קרים כך שלא נהננו מהבריכות. מאכזב מאוד, בנושא הזה לא הייתה התייחסות מצד הצוות.

Ildikó (10/5): Tökéletes - Eddig nem találkoztam gyerekmentes szállással, sose érdekelt ez a része a foglalásnak, de ez valami fantasztikus lehetőség! Nem üvöltözött, rohangált, visongatott senki. Új élménnyel gyarapodtam a szállásnak köszönhetően. Sétatávra bolt, étterem, strandfelszerelési bolt, motor, autó bérlési lehetőség. Szívesen visszamennék. A szálloda jól karbantartott, a szoba kényelmes, az ágy szuper. A kert egy csoda, az ételek nagyon finomak voltak. A parti ösvényen sokat sétáltunk, a belváros kellemes sétatávon belül volt. Minden este élő színvonalas műsorok, finom koktélok, és nem csak vidám, hanem nyitott, szórakoztató személyzet tette felejtehetetlenné az itt tartózkodásunkat. Szívől ajánlom a helyet!

Edvard (10/5): Cyprus vacation - A large hotel with excellent breakfasts. I used the beauty salon. I highly recommend it. The spa is also fine, but please bear in mind that it is very small compared to the size of the hotel and that it can get quite busy at certain times (for example, when it’s raining). I am really very grateful to the staff for offering me the room I requested – a twins bed room with a beautiful sea view on the upper floor – even though I only booked a few days before my arrival.

Colin (9/5): Second visist to this hotel and will bE back again next year - We booked the executive floor which had its pwn lounge. Excellent choice of beers wine soft drinks spirits coffee and freshly prepared snacks. The buffet breakfast was very good with the food hot and good selection. Used the Italian restaurant where quality fresh food was served. Car park was a bit small.

Jedzenia malo ale smaczne. Co nałożyłam to smakowało. Zdziwiło mnie ze nie bylo kawiarni w ciągu dnia ale moze to kwestia ze bylismy przed wysokim sezonem. Pobyt oceniamy na bardzo udany. Gabriella (10/5): Szuper jó hely. - Nagyon kedves személyzet főleg a recepción a Victoria nagyon kedves volt velünk, és az all inclusive szolgáltatásban benne voltak az üdítők is és a folyó sör, bor , és a koktélok egész nap. Az érkezés napján is kaptunk ebédet és a távozás napján is. Nagyon finomak és széles valasztékú ételek. Gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre a szobákból.

Ylva (8/5): Mycket bra all-inclusive hotell, sämre sovkvalitet - Fantastiskt mat, och fint med "egen" strand vid hotellet. All-inclusive konceptet var väl uttänkt med mycket god mat och dryck – väldigt trevligt. Personalen var också väldigt tillmötesgående. Sängarna och kuddarna var hårda. Det gick att sova, men det var inte speciellt bekvämt. Sedan var det väldigt varmt för oss i rummet och A/Cn var inte på. Detta löstes med en fläkt, men det blev ändå svettigt om nätterna eftersom vi inte kunde öppna fönstret pga oväsendet utanför på gatan (slammer hela natten plus flygplan stup i kvarten). Jag tycker att man som hotell kunde ha erbjudit ett annat rum när vi framförde klagomålet.

The food in the restaurant was quite good for the most part, but the alcohol in the all inclusive package generally didn't taste good. It's great located right on the beach but a little outside the town centre. I also got a spa treatment as there was a sale, it was average.
Ronald Keith (8/5): All was good apart from the limitations placed on visitors / guests - Nice setting I had local guests come to visit for a coffee / drink and a chat. I found it strange and uncomfortable that we were confined to meeting in the lobby area and not able to go outside in the lovely weather to sit by the pool together. Inside on a lovely day - that’s both crazy and irritating.

48863abc43327098d2a0c90bc5082484 (1/5): Awful - The most terrible hotel experience ever :( We occupied the most expensive room in the hotel for 3 days (The Presidential Suite), and initially we were eager to stay for 3 days more, but this wish evaporated immediately Starting from the beginning: very rude consierge who didn't want to permit unloading the luggage from the car. An hour later - the safebox in the room appeared to be broken. We had to wait for more than an hour for someone come to fix it. Another interesting experience is the restaurant. in general, Cyprian food in very tasty, but this restaurant makes everything for you to feel different. Next day - the mechanical curtain in the side window doesn't work. Waiting again, the guy comes to fix (as a result, nothing's fixed). Leaving the room to enjoy the Cyprian sea sites... returning in the evening find the room in the state we left, that is - uncleaned and unmade. Nextr morning - making a complaint to guest relations desk. The lady is very polite but she doesn't decide anything... meanwhile from her words we discover that the mini-bar in the room is not free of charge, despite the ALL INCLUSIVE hotel status and despite the fact that it is not written anywhere at all. Understanding that, and having access to VIP lounge, we're trying to arrange our drinks there. Next day we're told that we can't take from this lounge even a botttle of water into the room... so presumably if you don't have the mood to go outside of your room, you should pay for that :) So, in general, we can conclude that the hotel management is very experienced in sales, but it doesn't give a shit for caring about their customers. We highly recommend to avoid this hotel by any means. We would advise the management to be changed. Maybe, it could resolve a lot

Może to nigdzie nie jest wsprost napisane, ale dzięki tej opcji korzystasz w pełni z hotelu , sauny, jacuzii i dodatkowo pijesz nie tylko lokalne ale i europejskie alkohole, co dla niektórych ma znaczenie, że mogą zamówić w barze J&B czy Chivasa 12 bez dodatkowych opłat :) Piękne miejsce, okolica, promenada. Polecamy z całego serducha. Co do hotelu i personelu nie mamy zastrzeżeń. Tylko co niektórzy turyści, w tym Polacy, mogli by się nauczyć szacunku do obsługi.

Και ενώ είχε κόσμο μπροστά άρχισε να φωνάζει ρε μαλακα αυτά δεν τα κάνεις έτσι τα βάζεις αλλιώς για να μην κάτι κτλ . Ο μάγειρας ήταν μαυρουλης . Θεωρώ απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά μπροστά στους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου να γίνετε τέτοιου είδους επίπληξη .

bf28e76730b3711b1f59bbd0d0140b79 (9/5): Great hotel for short stay holidays - Excellent location and facilities, great indoor pool, spa, friendly staff and rooms are well equipped and clean, sea view room is great will nice little balcony to enjoy the views. Adequate parking (off peak) not sure if they will have enough parking in peak season. Best to check with the hotel then. The beach area wasn't that great. You would need to walk some distance or drive to a larger beach area. You need to walk through reception when you come back from the indoor pool.
