• Judith (9/5): Prima appartement, goede ligging. - De ligging, perfect in het centrum. Alles op loopafstand, wel aan drukke weg, maar geen last van gehad. Wel af en toe schreeuwende personen op straat. De lift stinkt wel en geen spiegel waar je jezelf helemaal in kan zien. 1 grote handdoek voor 3 dagen vind ik een beetje weinig.

Le manque de changement de serviette, car il n y a pas de sèche serviette, pas d aération donc les serviettes sont trempées. Étant donné qu on était 4 les banquettes du canapé servait de lit. Donc il manque un autre fauteuil pour s asseoir dans le salon. On était obligé d'etre couché sur le lit ou assis à table. On donne sur la route et un double vitrage serait le bienvenu

• Aisuluu (10/5): Would come back and stay here again. - Very good location, very easy to get everywhere. Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Host was very responsive and helpful. There were very noisy guest upstairs one night, but that depends on luck.

• GAELLE (8/5): Très Agréable - L’hébergement idéalement placé pour visiter la ville, la proximité des commerces, du cente, du Douro... le canapé qui permet d'avoir un lit individuel pour chacune des 2 personnes. La rue bruyante mais avec les volets fermés cela permet d’atténuer le bruit.

• Hansl30 (1/5): Niet boeken - Het appartement krijg op bijna alles een ruime voldoende. Het grote probleem is het lawaai, Het voelt als of de bussen nachts door je slaapkamer denderen. er zijn geen kunstof kozijnen met dubbel glas maar oude houten met enkel glas wat het verblijf volledig verpest.

• Nicolas (9/5): Logement idéal - Appartement charmant et bien décoré. Très bien placé pour pouvoir visiter Porto. Literie confortable et cuisine suffisamment équipée pour une famille de 4 personnes. Climatisation très agréable. L'appartement donne sur une avenue très passante et bruyante car la chaussée est faite de pavés (comme à beaucoup d'endroits au Portugal). Heureusement qu'il y a la climatisation pour éviter d'avoir à dormir les fenêtres ouvertes lorsqu'il fait chaud.
• Sira (10/5): Estancia en familia, 4 pax. - Super céntrico. Perfecto para hacer turismo. Muy luminoso y cómodo. rodeado de restaurantes, comercios y oficinas de turismo. Tiene todo tipo de utensilios en la cocina, hasta lavavajillas. El anfitrión te facilita un contacto para aparcar en un parking cercano con algo de descuento gracias al acuerdo que tienen. Algo por mejorar serían las almohadas, un poco incomodas.

Btw it’s do easy to get from Campanha Stn to Sao Bento by train-takes about 4min & cost 1Euro pp. we foolishly took a cab because of luggage & that was about 15 Euro. The apartment is located up a flight of stairs then an elevator to the 3rd level. (Not welcomed with luggage!!!!) It was equipped with a fridge MW kettle, toaster & epreso machine. Bed is comfortable, good shower. Also get a clear description of the property address & also how to get into it. We were apparently sent instructions but unfortunately sent to an incorrect number. We did eventually reach the owner but not before lengthy wandering around on a rainy miserable day. Many of the touristy places located in this area, all walkable but hilly. The tram going along the Douro will end up where you can walk out to a an area to view a beautiful sunset.

There were three of us on holiday and we never felt crowded. The hostess is LOVY and very accommodating and supportive. Thank you for a wonderful stay x The shower... it was not as clean as it should have been.

The elevator was very convenient since we had a stroller. Very large apartment. Couch was very comfortable. The bathroom had mould and the shower drain was semi-clogged.

Due to our flight and train itineraries, he allowed us to check in sooner and check out later than original scheduled times. His communication was clear and polite. We really appreciate his flexibility. There was only one nightstand and one outlet by the bed. It was inconvenient for the person who slept on the opposite side of the nightstand. Also, there was not enough hooks or towel bar in the bathroom to accommodate more than one towel.
• Nerija (7/5): Great location near St. Louis Bridge - We chose the apartment due to its convenient location. Celebrating St. John's Eve there would be suitable as it's accessible from St. Louis Bridge. The apartment is quite worn and noise from the neighbors and street can be heard clearly.

• Sandro (10/5): I had an excellent stay, and Ana and Pedro were great hosts. - Very spacious, nicely remodeled and well located. You can go to most of sightseeing attractions by foot and subway is nearby. Plenty of restaurants options nearby. The release code to open the main building door is a bit hard to work, once you try to enter with magnet key the open process becomes easy.

Sometimes still slow feedback but better than quiet. No service for luggage storage room, need to go at property's office where is not convenient for us. Also in-room, no plate, bowl providing but provide pan, pot and utensil. I think no guest carry plate, bowl personally. If you have full kitchen like this, you should provide full equioment for cooking....my opinion.

• Pandainlondonzoo (7/5): Central location apartment, there were pros and cons. - Smooth check in and out processes. Central apartment location. International TV channels. Central heating system working. Given the central location, the apartment is super noisy at night! Road noise starts at 4am and doesn't stop until around midnight! WiFi is super slow at 1 megabits per second. We stayed for 5 days, but nobody came to remove our rubbish. Even upon request twice, the host promised both times to provide new rubbish bags, but this was never provided.

Apartment was also very big and comfortable for 4 people. -All towels had holes from over-usage and some black stains. -Bathroom had mold and the carpet in the living room was very dirty. In general the apartment didn’t give the feeling of being clean. -Windows are old so even when they are completely closed it’s like you are sleeping on the outside. You can hear everything loud and clear. -Apartment had a lot of shortages, for example there was no soap in the kitchen. -Lastly, even though the owners were kind and assisting they gave the impression that everything had to do with money for them. For example, if you want to check in late you have to pay, if you want a second pair of keys you have to pay, if you want them to store your luggage in the premise (even though they have a huge wardrobe-like) you have to pay, etc.

• Kyeonghwan (8/5): Very good - The location was very central, plenty of lighting and large living room. Sofa bed was comfortable. The main door was very heavy, so struggled a few times to enter the building, even after a few days. Worried that some people might struggle.
• Todor (8/5): Very good - A good option for a short stay in Porto. The staff was very welcoming! Traffic noise from outside can be heard, but it's not constant. Keep in mind that there are some homeless people near the location, and they can be aggressive.

View from window is also really nice, you can feel the Porto vibe. Just heads up for couples traveling with someone else, bedroom is separated from toilete and rest of the apartment only with slide door :) but everything else was awesome including staff which was very kind! Will come back for sure! Noicy appartment for sleeping when windows are open but we already new that cincidering location but it was worth it, still recomend it! :)

• Alexia (5/5): not satisfied - very frustrating. the door stays unlocked (safety?) . I had to call them outside the flat to open the door remotely! The flat was beautiful but it was not properly vacuumed. we stayed 2 nights and they didnt even come to mop the floor or anything. this is not airbnb. sorry.

• Larisa (10/5): The best accommodation - Cozy, stylish apartment, fully equipped in a nice building with tall windows and shutters, modern elevator takes you to the 3d floor. Tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo is all at your disposal. The staff is helpful, they cared throughout our stay and let us late check out because of evening flight. Thanks a lot! The location is perfect, within 2 minutes down the street is Ribeira with lots of restaurants and live music, just a short walk from main attractions. From the windows you can admire the Torre dos Clerigos and chime of bells. Short stay
