- FABIO (9/5): Wonderful - The staff was very kind and they offer complementary ice cream! Breakfast is really good and really fresh. The location is pretty close to the metro station It wasn't possible to completely close the glass bathroom's door. The acoustic insulation is not the best
- Yuanyuan (7/5): - The location is superb, close to shopping, restaurants, train station, bus station, etc. Staff is very nice, especially the manager, he was very friendly, very knowledgeable, gave us a whole bunch of suggestions on where the locals would go or do, and gave us a little parting gift too. Very nice people! Free afternoon tea, ice cream, coffee. There was this unshakable damp smell thru out the hotel, not pleasant. Breakfast was just ok, nothing to write home about, but enough to feed you.

- Julien (6/5): Nice but to avoid if you just want to sleep properly - Nice room, good food, nice staff Reason why I downgraded my rating a lot: the NOISE! There is no insulation in the rooms, and I regret to not have read more comments before. In fact they are hidden by the flow of the good comments (deserved) for the rest, but if you are peculiar about sleep, don't go! People were showering in rooms above us, I thought water was flowing in our room. As for people walking in the corridor or just speaking outside the room, it's as if the door was open!

- Hui-Ling (6/5): - The location is good However, the sound insulation is really bad in each room. I heard a child crying for a long period at midnight around 2am and I was forced to wake up again at 4am with a screaming sound on and off til 6am. It was crazy. I can’t believe that I paid 5000 NT dollars per night for this bad sleeping experience. I don’t think I will come back again.

- SUM LING (10/5): 非常讚的住宿地點！ - 接待員工非常親切，每一位員工都熱心回應查詢，及提供協助。酒店地點安靜，但距離捷運站超近的，是非常理想的住宿點。 沒有不喜歡。但如果有全身鏡就好了。

- Pascale (9/5): gerne wieder - wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Chez Nous. Dieses Mal hatten wir ein noch grösseres Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Betten sind sehr breit und sehr komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Vor allem eine Dame ist extrem lieb, leider weiss ich nicht ihren Namen nicht. Das Frühstück ist für asiatische Hotels sehr gut. In Taiwan findet man hauptsächlich asiatisches Frühstück und englisches Frühstück, gutes Brot sucht man überall vergeblich, aber das weiss man, wenn man auf einen anderen Kontinent reist. Den ganzen Tag kann man kleine Snacks bekommen und gratis Getränke, wie Tee, Kaffee, Cappuccino. Wir haben auch den Wäscheservice in Anspruch genommen. Das klappt wunderbar man gbit morgens eine ganze Tüte Schmutzwäsche ab und bekommt sie abends frisch gewaschen und gefaltet zurück. Eine Tüte kostet 200 NTD. Wir haben auch den Shuttle zum Airport genutzt, das hat 1300 NTD gekostet bei Barzahlung. Man sollte immer Bargeld in Taiwan dabeihaben, vielfach wird keine Kreditkarte angenommen. Das Chez nous akzeptiert aber Kreiditkarte. Manchmal war es zu kalt im Frühstücksraum, aber mit Jacke war es ok und wenn man weiter weg von der Klimaanlage sitzt ist es angenehm.

- Carl F. (10/5): Best place in Taipei, 100% - The staff was absolutely majestic! We mentioned to them that we were vegan when checking in and they took care of our breakfast for us personally. They created a menu for us and made us a perfect meal that we couldn't be happier about. The attention to detail and perfect attentiveness is worthy of a 5 star hotel, yet here you find the kindest and most dedicated people I've ever had the joy of staying with! Can't think of anything!

- Scott (9/5): Great location for NTU. - Location is outstanding for where I need to be. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I particularly like the balcony. There’s a permanent nightlight that was impossible to turn off. Morning light was impossible to block out. Curtains need replacing and walls scuffed. Also buffet eggs were cold every day.

The more experienced staff were very friendly and worked hard to make our stay comfortable. Even the chefs were very friendly and happy to engage. They had a "can do" attitude. Perhaps they can have some brochures on the various districts.

- Katherine (10/5): Loved it! - Genuinely loved every moment of our stay here! The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. We slept extremely well and loved that our bathroom had both a shower and a large bathtub. Breakfast was one of the best we had throughout our two-week trip. The buffet is small, but all the cooked food is top-quality. Most of all, the staff are so kind. Even though the hotel is small, and we showed up early with a tandem bicycle and two large bike bags, they did everything they could to accommodate us and start our bike trip off well! The free soft serve machine in the dining area is the cherry on top. I would absolutely come back during my next trip to Taipei. WiFi was patchy in our room.

- Chia tien (9/5): - 離大安站出口1很近，位置在巷弄内很清静，安排的是面对師大运动操埸的陽台房，陽台有双人座位可喝杯咖啡悠闲自在，看著校园一切。房间房型还可以。 衛浴的排水不太好，无法立即排水，需要改善，慢慢排水会让浴室还是湿的，出来要踏乾才行，以免滑倒。
- Uwe (9/5): Wenn das Frühstück besser gewesen wäre klare 10 Punkte. Optimale Lage. - Das Zimmer war groß genug, besonders das Bad/WC. Es hatte sogar einen eigenen Balkon. Das Highlight unseres Zimmers in der 8. Etage war die riesige Terrasse (ca. 25m²). Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Teeservice bzw. Tassen. Kaffeekapseln, verschiedener Tee, sowie Gratis-Mineralwasser wurden jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Bett war extrem bequem. Klares Minus leider für das Frühstück. Deswegen vergeben wir auch nicht die Höchstwertung. Es gab immer das Gleiche. Das wäre nicht so schlimm, wenn nicht der Warm-Anteil täglich eiskalt gewesen wäre. Keinerlei Warmhalte-Vorrichtungen vorhanden. Hier muss unbedingt vom Hotel gehandelt werden. Das schmälert den Super-Eindruck vom Hotel leider sehr. Alternativ kann man sich Eier braten lassen. Die sind dann wenigstens warm. Klimaanlage leider auch viel zu kalt eingestellt im Frühstücksraum.

The lovely stuff held our bags on our final day while we ventured into the city for some sightseeing. I would highly recommend this hotel The only thing that could’ve made our stay better would’ve been an upgrade to the TV.
