However front office staff were helpful when I wanted some medicines urgently. Breakfast menu was limited with not much variety.

Food quality was good despite a very limited menu Despite having pre-booked rooms, and confirming our arrival to the hotel over the phone a few hours before we reached, the rooms were not allotted nor ready. Once we got the rooms, it turns out the previous guest's luggage was still there and their checkout was incorrectly processed. So we got another room and this time the room was still in use actively by other guests and we just walked into a room with open luggage. Thankfully they weren't in the room at the time. What a lapse in internel communication for the hotel staff. We finally got rooms after 45 infuriating minutes. Rooms were ok otherwise. Attention to detail is a bit lacking in a few small cases as extra towels weren't given when we booked an extra bed in our room, hot water is inconsistent between rooms, the wash basin's drain plug mechanism doesn't work. Food is good enough but very limited menu. Edit: I got a call from the hotel 1.5hrs after I checked out, paid my bill, signed the checkout sheet and left the hotel - to ask me when I will be checking out. So clearly their systems are not working.

Our room a chair was broken ....and housekeeping needs to improve......everytime we have to call get some thing or other ..as during cleaning of room they are taking away used things but not replacing them with clean lines Nothing specific...

One is due to ac not working. Second is over flowing of drainage and bad smell in room. Even facility for dri er is very poor. Will not recommend if you are traveling with big family.

- VIJAY (8/5): Ginger Dwarka: Nice place to stay - Staff: All have been very cooperative and professional. Room was good with a broad view. Food too was good. Corridors were found not completely clean. Room cleaning is not consistent e.g. some times tea/coffee bags were kept some times not. First day, small white towel generally kept outside bathroom door on floor was missing. As a result after taking shower, I was about to slip outside bathroom door. Pl ensure consistency and proper checklist to be filled by cleaner after every cleaning.

- Niraj (2/5): Overpriced stay ruined by crumbling infrastructure and poor maintenance. - The food was high quality and very reasonably priced. Additionally, the staff was polite and professional throughout my stay, despite the issues with the property itself. The infrastructure is in poor condition. My first room had constant construction noise from the terrace and a leaking toilet that flooded the floor. After being moved, the second room had a rusted shower head with hard water stains and several wall leakages. The property feels poorly managed, with visible dampness on corridor walls and mirrors blackening at the edges. Furthermore, the "free Wi-Fi" was practically unusable, failing to even load basic websites.

The wash room had a cracked wash basin. The toilet was obviously used and not flushed out!! Bed linen did not seem fresh. . A used ,half consumed water bottle was lefton the side table.

- Roam09281592357 (8/5): Good hotel for short stay - We stayed at the hotel for one day. The ambience was good. Rooms were clean. Location was a bit away from temple which meant we had to hire a cab / auto to go to the townside. Reception staff was good. Gym is in a closed stuffy room. Not worth using. No other amenities. Restaurant was good but with limited choice of dishes. On the whole the hotel was a good option for stay of a day or two. That’s it.

Hotel Receptionist Hospitality is good but the fine dining experience was the worst part of my stay. The check in and check out process was very smooth no waiting time in that. Overall the hotel is for stay only, for food plans need to have any alternate.

The app showed the location of the hotel inside Dwarka, where the lemon tree hotel was. We had booked it seeing the location but actually the hotel is outside Dwarka. It's an old property which they have tried to refurbish. The bathrooms are not good.

This place is a complete joke. I paid for a stay and got absolutely nothing in return. No service, no room, no help—just excuses and silence. When I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused, even though they provided nothing that was promised. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely ignored the situation. It honestly felt like a scam. They take your money and vanish when there’s a problem. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional behavior from a business. Avoid this place at all costs. Total waste of time and money. You’re better off sleeping in your car than dealing with these people.
