- immer jemand vor Ort bei Fragen
- leckeres Frühstück
- traditionell Javanische Einrichtung - Hochbett war leider etwas unbequem
Fasilitas TV-nya minum bgt ga banyak chanel. Wifi ada cuma ngak ngek ngok ga lancar... Jadi, kita ga bisa nikmatin tayangan dg maksimal. Sama satu lagi menu sarapannya dari tahun lalu sampe skrg sama aja. Kiranya bisa ganti yg lain😁😁

- Charlotte (7/5): Sweet space, great for a short stay - Very homey feel, nice communal areas to sit Not the cleanest, cockroaches in the bathroom
- Luna (8/5): Bien - Lo mejor del alojamiento es el personal que es muy amable y servicial. La habitación no estaba mal para el precio. Faltaba un poquito de limpieza
- AndreMrz (8/5): stay in a quiet heritage style hotel - the place located in a quiet street and neigbourhood, jusl a couple km's from city center, train station and also bus station, the room was neat and clean and there's a full kitchen to help you with drinks or food too bad the bathroom was outside the room, can;t blame them though as this is an old house that transformend into homestay, the water heater is a bit finicky, I have a shower very early in the morning (4.30AM) and have to use cold water, and also mind you the place was a bit far from restaurants and food stall..... also the nearest minimarket located 800m from the property

- Jessica (8/5): A Home away from home - Really clean and cozy homestay in Yogja. Already our second time staying here. The owners really take care of their place and it shows. Really loved the nasi goreng as breakfast too. Terimah Kasi and see you next time. Nothing really..
- Petra (7/5): Good - The room is spacious and clean. They served us the local breakfast, every day different, and it was very good and big portions. There was a lot of noise, sometimes we felt we sleep next to the road

- Eveliene (9/5): A lovely stay with amazing owners who made us feel like home. - The owners are very lovely! They made us feel at home right away. We could also rent a scooter here for a good price, which was nice to have. Breakfast was nice aswell! It’s not really in the center of Yogyakarta, so you need a scooter or taxi to go there. There are not a lot of restaurant options closeby. But if you can drive a scooter of don’t mind taking a Grab, this place is good!
- Marc (9/5): Very friendly and quiet place - Very friendly and quiet homestay owned by Udin and Friki. They have been really nice for us. Flexible and adorable breakfast.
With the three of us we had the large room at the back and a lot of privacy too. There was even a kitchen and coffee, tea and large (drinkable) water tap.
- Arianne (10/5): Excellent location! - This is one of the best home stays we had in Indonesia, Udun and Fitri are very nice and helpful, the location is very clean and has a very nice inside garden were you can relax. My husband stayed in this location a year ago and we returned this holiday twice. We were a bid sad to leave this beautiful place and Udun and Fritti.
- Arianne (10/5): Pleasant, clean and cosy location with an inside terrace to relax! - the place is very clean. The hosts Udun & Fritti are very nice and friendly staff, helping when nescessary. Simple but good breakfast, and on the day of our departure at 6;00 hrs in the morning they prepared breakfast to go, fresh made earlier that morning. The place is quiet, but conveniently located so town is easy to reach!
- Ahmad (9/5): Excellent - Javanese House Traditional Concept Everything was OK.
- Dr (10/5): can only recommend - Perfect location all was good, a clean place, nice owners, we enjoyed a lot.
- Andri (9/5): Superb -
- Si (7/5): Good -
- Jacopo (10/5): Exceptional - We had the best stay here! Fitri and Udin are such lovely people and I'm not gonna hide that we were a bit sad when we left, we'll miss them a lot!!!❤️
The room was perfect and everything was very clean, this place is also very good located, almost 10 or 15 minutes far from many attractions. Strongly recommended! We will be back at Pamularsih homestay for sure!! Thanks guys for being the best ones
TERIMA KASI!!! Nothing
- Anto (9/5): Superb - Heritage house
- Kim (10/5): Perfection - There is nothing we didn't like about this place. The food was plentiful and delicious, The rooms were exactly what we were looking for. The other travelers we met at communal meals were amazing. Of course the staff, the day trips, the reef, the sunsets. Everything. Do not hesitate.
- Qc (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anto (8/5): Nice and recommended to stay in here - Breakfast is taste
- Aviciena (9/5): Superb -
- Lukas (8/5): Very good -
- Javi (8/5): Very nice and friendly - Staff Toilet is private but it is outside of the room, you need to get dressed and walk in the middle of the night crossing the lobby...not very comfortable.
- Caroline (9/5): Feeling like a local! - I stayed 6 days at Pamularsih and it just felt like home. I felt very safe with Fitri and Udin always ready to help and advise me, in spite of the fact they spoke very very little English. I loved the quiet patio and the outdoor spaces. This lovely house is a 20 minutes' walk from the centre or a few minutes' Gojek scooter ride (about 1€). The room I stayed in had no proper window. At first I was surprised there was a shower but no hot water, no sink, no chair in the room... and then I realised it was very common in Indonesia and... got used to it !
- Everzy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Louise (10/5): 10/10! - very beautiful property
the owners are very kind and helpful
Delicious breakfast water pressure wasn't great
location is a bit far from the centre
- Anonymous (6/5): Nice location, really smelly room - Very good location if you want to visit the popular tourist attractions. Nice couple running the homestay - no English though. Our room smelt really bad so we had to alternate between leaving the door open to make it bearable and turning on the AC to not overheat. The couple spoke hardly any English.
- Hannah (10/5): A smooth stay - This charming and quirky homestay did not disappoint on any level. From the offset the hosts were attentive, pleasant and caring. We were shown to our room which was a well sized double room. It was clean, comfortable and the facilities were clearly well maintained. The shower was hot which was well needed after a long journey. Breakfast is provided by the hosts which was a lovely touch. On our last day we checked out prior to breakfast and the host was kind enough to provide us with food and snacks ahead of our onward journey. Perfect. Nothing
- Laura (9/5): Superb - Diffrent breakfast everyday, for the price unbeatable. Super clean, nice people!
- Kyle (8/5): Great price-quality ratio - The owners are incredibly nice people and welcomed us warmly! The accomodation is very clean and quiet, and the bed is very comfy. Well located - just 10/15 minutes by car to the main city attractions. Breakfast was also good. The owners really do not speak English, although it was not a problem for us. One day we had spaghetti with tomato sauce for breakfast, which was a really…interesting option to offer at 7am!!
The toilet was very small - it is possible to see in the pictures that the shower head is literally next to the toilet. But we were disapponted by not having hot water! Also, there is no sink in the room - just two outside to share with the other guests. Space is a bit limited in the room, at least in our, so we couls hardly fit two suitcases.
- Andrea (8/5): Very good -
- Vanessa (9/5): Superb - The staff, the guy is very kind. I loved the patio and the vibes. The bathroom was a little bit small and whitout sink.
- Àlex (9/5): Hospitality - Communication with the hostess was very easy. They helped us a lot wherever we needed. Breakfast was good. We want to emphasize hospitality and kindness. The room is clean and the location is good. We recommend 100% stay in. Thanks for all!
- Anto (9/5): Please add a hot water tank - The staff is very helpful
- Rodrigo (9/5): Superb - The staff service and the cleanness were exceptional. The window's toilet hasn't Moskito net!!! And there were several of them. But this is a very little thing in comparison of the rest of good things.
- Veneeta (9/5): Great Homestay in a great city - Really nice Homestay, with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very spacious, and clean. Everyday a different breakfast was provided, and on the day of our very early departure we were given a packed breakfast. Very thoughtful and kind.
The location is reasonably near to the center, in a not so touristic area.
Udin and Fitri are super friendly, and it was nice to talk to them. No warm showers, but actually that was quite nice after a hot day.
- Colin (8/5): Like being at home. Lovely courtyard. The front street side veranda felt private - All the staff were very friendly. To the point that we where we where often laughing
- Evangelia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Davide (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yetriza (9/5): Superb - Like the cleanliness there. Very clean. You have to take off your shoes and change with their sandals No hot water for shower
- Hans (5/5): Passable - No sink in the room. Bathroom very small. Super laud
- Nur (10/5): Feel like home - Really love the homestay and ambience’s. The staff pak udin and his wife also friendly and so helpful. Nothing
- Jean-isamu (9/5): Superb -
- Alan (7/5): Good -
- Aliza (3/5): Grossly overcharging for a truly basic inconvenient and badly located place. Stay away. - For the life of me, I can not figure out why travelers would give top marks to this place. The house itself is nice and clean, but the rooms are very basic, the shower is on the toilet and there is no sink in the the bathroom - if you want one you have to go to the garden (and it go clogged all the time). No hot water (of course) and the floor of the bathroom is slippery and dangerous. Since you need to use the shower and wet the toilet seat, you must keep the toilet paper out of the bathroom. I would understand if it was a basic guest house or a hostel in the country and prices would be accordingly, but this is in Yogyakarta and the prices charged are that of a 3 star hotel (they do not clean your room during your stay, by the way). We were really astound to see what those people are asking for that room - value for money is preposterous. Moreover, they would charge the full amount before you even arrive to the place - such greedy people. There is nothing of interest in the area, no restaurants and no coffee shops, which means you have to take a taxi everywhere. All in all - you can get for that amount of money a much much better place in Jogja in terms of location and definitely in terms of facilites. Breakfast was a joke - tasteless Nasi Gorang and bananas. Stay away from these detached people. Did not like anything in this place and strongly recommend to stay away from it.
- Adair (9/5): great value for money - Beautiful couple, room is nice, included Indonesian breakfast was delicious and can hire a scooter from there.
- Bttx (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (8/5): Perfect for the price. - The owners are very lovely and helpful. The room was everything you need for a stay in Yogyakarta. It is a long way from train station when walking and the main area of town.
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful homestay very close to the centre of Jogja yet in a quiet and relaxing area. The host and hostess are great: helpful, friendly, hospitable... They will do anything they can to help. A beautiful traditional Javanese homestay. Rooms and public spaces are very clean, breakfast is delicious and varied every day. A desk in the room would help those of us who need to work a bit during holidays :).
- Eky (7/5): a nice location guest house - I like the location, it is near a traditional market, a walking distance away, where we can buy gudeg and traditional snacks in the morning. The wifi is on off, the tap water in our bathroom comes out small
- Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about our stay was great, they are very friendly, good breakfast
- Tesse (9/5): Superb - We had a great stay here! Both the owners are extremely kind. They don't speak a lot of English but we managed to communicate just fine. Breakfast is also nice. The rooms are clean and the location is good. Nothing.
- Van (9/5): Superb - The personnel was amazing, they don't speak a lot of english but they make up for it with there enthousiasm. The house was very clean and safe and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The mornings we went out very early before breakfast the owners were already up and gave us breakfast to go. It is also very close to the water castle and only 15 minutes from the train station. The walls were pretty thin, in the morning any other guest was hearable very good.
- Janneke (10/5): amazing - We recently had the pleasure of staying at a homestay in Yogyakarta and we must say, it was a delightful stay. The hosts of the homestay are very kind and generous, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. As we visited in April, which is a bit off-season, we were the only guests, making for a more intimate and personalized experience.
The home itself is authentic and traditional, giving us a real sense of Indonesian culture. It is also well-located in Yogyakarta, with many great restaurants nearby to explore. The bed in our room was especially amazing, being huge and incredibly comfortable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast every morning. The food was very traditional, but also very delicious and plentiful. We even had the option of taking the breakfast with us on the train on our last morning, which was a very thoughtful touch.
Overall, we highly recommend this homestay in Yogyakarta. The hosts are fantastic, the home is authentic and well-located, and the breakfast is simply amazing. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Yogyakarta
