• Philippe (2/5): Je ne recommande pas, et très déçu - L accueil et le petit déjeuner Avoir notre chambre avec une vitrine au rez de chaussée qui donnait sur la rue c’était très désagréable même si il y avait des rideaux, de plus on voyait les passants 😣😣😣, et une très forte odeur de remonté d égouts dans la chambre c était horrible, et le matelas pas top du tout.

• Francoise (9/5): Hotel confortable et bien situé. Bon petit déjeuner - Hotel très bien placé et à un prix correct. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais il y a un balcon c'est donc très agréable. Les oreillers étaient gros et durs et on nous les a changés gentiment. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très bon marché (9 euros). Les rideaux occultants sont trop petits et le jour passait sur les cotés. Le petit dejeuner n'était pas inclus et il fallait le payer avant de le prendre...

• Michael Kloetzli (8/5): Zentrale Lage, schöne Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück und fairer Preis - sehr zentrale Lage mit 24h Rezeption - sehr praktisch, wenn man erst spätabends per Flieger in Faro eintrifft. Am Morgen gab es ein reiches Frühstücksbuffet. Zwar mussten wir die Zeit fürs Frühstück angeben aufgrund der Grösse des Frühstücksraums, aber wir fanden trotz spätem Checkin problemlos noch ein passendes Zeitfenster. Und als grosser Vorteil - wir mussten dafür auch nicht warten, bis ein Tisch für uns frei war. nichts, mir hat es gepasst. Die Glasscheibe im Badezimmer mit Rollo mag nicht jedermann und jederfrau Sache sein, aber insgesamt war es gut getrennt.

• Garry (9/5): Great hotel, friendly staff fantastic location as this was a birthday treat for my fiancée it went down really well. - The hotel is in a superb location, a 4 minute walk from the old town with all its attractions the same as with the marina and all the bars and restaurants in the new town. Sun terrace on the roof is perfect on a sunny day and rooms were cleaned and left spotless every day. We only only had complimentary coffee and water on our first day none was provided after this but it is only a 30 second walk to a local cafe so it didn’t bother us too much.

• Gail (8/5): - Location was excellent, with easy walking access to everything I wanted to visit. Having 24-hour access to friendly and knowledgeable staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. Staff responded quickly to address issues I found upon check-in (non-working mini-fridge was replaced; safe was re-set so it was functional; television was adjusted so at least a few channels were unpixelated). Staff held luggage at the front desk after check-out, so I could see more of the area prior to scheduled train. Reception for TV for many channels was poor in my part of the hotel, but I was not in the room all that much time each day for it to be a nuisance. I would have liked additional written instructions -- about functional things such as "OK to open windows," a guide for TV channels, and other small things. However, staff quickly answered any questions I asked.

• Maria (7/5): Pleasant stay and great location. - The location was great, very close to city centre with short walking distance, good variety breakfast and staff were very attentive, great shower. The mattress doesn't felt comfortable for my liking. They didn't have the tea facility in the room facility, I like having herbal tea in the evenings, the TV screen in the room needs attention, the images were poor, decoration in the room needs improve.

• Stephen (7/5): - Great location and very clean. Good breakfast. Our room had no cold water, so had use very hot water to brush our teeth, also couldn't get a glass of cold water out of the tap. We found the pillows uncomfortable. Room was very hot to sleep in. And there was quite a bit of outside noise during the night (which we acknowledge, isn't the hotels fault) dogs barking a lot, cats fighting and people shouting.

La habitación muy pequeña, el suelo sucio, la ducha recubierta en suelo y paredes de sa goma con redondelitos que se ponían en las piscinas hace mil años, pero eso sí, rojo para darle un aire moderno. Mi acompañante en su hanitación mató una cucaracha pequeña.

• Kathrin (7/5): Für zwei Tage okay - Die Stadt war gut zu erreichen und gleich nebenan war eine tolle preiswerte Gaststätte. Eine Dusche sichtbar vom Bett aus ist für mich okay. Die Toilette war leider ebenso sichtbar und das ist nicht mehr tolerierbar. Diese Einheit kann ich nicht empfehlen.

• Catherine (10/5): Comfortable stay - The staff was really kind and the room was well insulated. They had ac which is good since it started to be too warm. The town is easy to walk around so even if not in the center it is easy to get to. Shower door was leaking a bit, but we just took a towel to absorb it.

As paredes vermelhas nem são problema, mas o piso branco muito encardido do quarto e banheiro é horrível. Quarto apertado . O banheiro não tem um único porta toalha e a pia é muito pequena. As toalhas brancas tb são encardidas. Enfim não deveria ter as três estrelas.

• Francesco (7/5): Hotel centrale e posizione ottima per visitare il centro storico: da una notte o poco più. - Ottima posizione dell'albergo, si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi il lungomare ed il centro storico di Faro, molto bello e tranquillo. per lo meno a marzo. Possibilità di parcheggiare di fronte alla struttura, se vi sono i posti riservati (direi 4 o 5); altrimenti a pochi metri a pagamento o a 80 - 100 in un grandissimo parcheggio libero. Camera piccola e minimalista (abbastanza confortevole, comunque). Pochi tavoli per la colazione, per cui va scelto l'orario in cui farla (ogni mezz'ora, se vi è posto: altrimenti l'orario precedente o successivo): in vacanza preferisco maggiore libertà. Alquanto povera per le cose offerte, rispetto agli altri soggiorni durante il viaggio. Non capisco sinceramente la definizione di "boutique" hotel, ed in cosa consista in questa normalissima struttura: forse il colore nero degli arredi??
