Guest Reviews
- Andrew (8/5): - My stay was relocated to Miraton Eastgate Suites. Very nice environment.
Eastgate Shopping Mall in walk-distance.
What I disliked is a water-problem, and the noise inside the house.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - In a v sketchy neighborhood- as in dont leave the hotel for a moment. Also there are mice walkin around the rooms
- Constance (8/5): - I like the view in and out
- Jacky (8/5): Enjoyed - The place is great, they even provide breakfast in the morning. Though there was people making noise at night. But overall it was great.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Had a great stay!!!! Great stuff, great rooms, clean and tide
- NAHUEL (8/5): Para estar de paso - Es un hotel pasable. La zona no es la mejor. El restaurante no tenia pinta de que hagan buena comida y los precios eran igual que en otros lados. El personal muy atentó.
- Arleen (8/5): - Your stuff are safe..and service staff are very helpful.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Dangerous neighborhood and noisy place - Dangerous neighborhood. Got scared driving to the place, for a moment we doubted if the GPS was taking us to the right place. The receptionist was bad and rude. We were offered rooms we didn't book for. The place was noisy, there was no way we could have had a peaceful night after such a long day. It's unfortunate that we had to forfeit our money because u can't cancel on the day you check in. It was scary moment one doesn't have to go through especially with kids and you're thinking about the vehicles safety also. We'll never book with hotels.com again because we felt cheated because the place is in a dangerous neighborhood and it was so noisy, shebeen like noisy to get the picture. The receptionist offered us four sleepers instead of three sleepers that we booked for, without explaining that thy don't have the three sleepers. Then we were given keys for 4 x double rooms, imagine that, it was only then that the girl who assisted us explained to us about the four sleepers. We went back to the rude receptionist for the keys of the four sleepers. All rooms were on different floors. We had to leave and find another place at a proper safe establishment just for our safety.
- Farida (4/5): - The hotel was noisy, you could hear people walk up and down the corridor, cars in the compound moving in and out, privacy was a luxury, good breakfast, wonderful staff, the room and bathroom was clean, they also need to work on their heating system, though I had a good relationship with the staff, it's not a place I would like to lodge again, thumbs up to Christian though
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I was treated with great respect and honor. I have never been shown so much love. My wish was their command . Christian, the manager, took care of my needs personally. He is a great asset. America would do well to hire someone of his caliber.
I was there during the load sharing episode of the utility company which prompted the use of the generators, due to the power outages which interferes with the free WiFi
- nico (8/5): - Fijne ontvangst. Goede kamer. Keuken slecht bevoorraad.
- Verified traveler (8/5): OK and affordable, but not the best at this price - Only one small bar of soap and some toilet paper, no other bath items. Food was decent. Room key is an actual key, which is rare (would prefer a card, but whatever). Overall slightly above average stay.
- Tumelo (6/5): Simple Budget hotel - Stayed there 1 night. It was an ok hotel for the price in that part of town. Nothing bad to say about it, it was nothing fancy but ok.
- Robin (4/5): Very bad area! - The area of the hotel was really unsafe. We felt very uncomfortable outside of the hotel. The only reason we didn't leave was because of the big fence around the compound. The rooms looked depressive. The wifi was not working. During the night you could hear a lot of noise from people partying, police sirens etc. This is not something for tourists. You can't leave the compound after sunset because it's too dangerous to leave the compound. However the staff was really kind and helpful.
- Michelle (2/5): unpleasant experience - We wanted a nice relaxing stay as advertised however this is not the case. There is a bar/lounge on the premises which was pumping loud music and when we complained on 2 occasions it was put louder. We eventually left and went to look for other accommodation.
