- Catherine (1/5): Not worth the stay - Didn’t stay Made reservation then when we got there she wanted to change our reservation and charge us more money for the change in room said we had no choice it was the o Lu room left. I prepaid for our reservation and she wanted to change stating she only had the one room left but it would cost more. We did not stay there and found a better hotel.
- Mosley (1/5): - Nothing Everything was drugs in our room
- Charles (1/5): - Location Hot water sucks, rooms terrible maintenance, bed bugs, wouldn't refund me for night paid for but didn't stay
- Robert (6/5): -
- Daniel (1/5): -
- Gibson (8/5): - Friendly staff. Easy to get to No microwave or mini fridge was a small inconvenience
- R’dahlia (1/5): It was dirty there were bed bugs - I got bit by bed bugs

- Heather fuller (1/5): - Nothing I need a refund I done posted in here.
- Heather fuller (1/5): - Nothing I tried getting refund I spe t alot of mny but booking. Om .zkes way to hard. Everything! Wires sticking out plugins, broken glass, mold on shower curtain, stains on shdets, covers, smelled horrible!! They lied about the pool there isn't one.
- Tammy (1/5): Terrible. If not had prepaid would have went elsewhere. Horrible - We didn't like anything. The entire complex was filthy, drug paraphernalia in our room (assuming left behind by past guests/cleaning staff), the ceiling was falling in, the bed made a horrible noise every time you sat down on it (sounded like pounding a metal drum), the comforter looked nasty & had big burn holes in it, the pillows didn't look much cleaner & we certainly didn't sleep on them. My husband went to the dollar general & bought blankets, sheets, & pillows to cover the bed linens because they were so bad looking we didn't want to sleep on them. The curtains facing out to the parking lot couldn't be closed we had to use a couple of hair clips to pull them together & keep them as closed as we could. They also were nasty & had some dried strange looking content on them so we made sure to wash our hands really good after handling them. If we would have seen the content before, we wouldn't have touched them. There were no electrical outlets to use & the ones that were there didn't work. The lighting was horrible because our of the three lights in the room only one worked. The refrigerator worked but the door was completely rusted & the rest of it looked filthy. Looked like there may have been some illegal things going on there in the property. We didn't like anything. - Guest (7/5): You get what you pay for. Great value for the money vs. other motels in the immediate area. - No breakfast. Excellent location to casino! You get what you pay for. Great value for the money for a weekend night compared to other motel rates in the immediate area.
- Antquianttee (8/5): -
- Keyz Barringer (3/5): Maybe or maybe not 🤔 - The staff was awesome and very nice 🙂 . And the hotel was quite Run down, needs updated, has roaches, bathroom was scary and unpleasant and nothing was really properly cleaned. Chairs are very distasteful.. but if you low in funds and you don't mind thugging it out . This is the place
- Thomas (8/5): -
- Jennifer (6/5): I would stay again for a brief work trip. - The staff was amazing! They were very helpful, especially Ray, the maintenance man. Not only did he help us, twice, but he gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner that delivered. The water was barely lukewarm warm. After a day of working outside on our feet we both couldn’t wait for a hot shower.
- smith (5/5): - The young woman that checked me in on Friday was great. She was pleasant, very nice and always smiled while she was checking me in. The pool was drained. The toilet seat was half broken.
- Thomas (1/5): - Nichts Handtücher schmutzig wurden später gewechselt
Waschbecken und Toilette voller Flecken

- Markanthony (1/5): Bad - Nothing disgusting
- Deborah (1/5): Bad -
- Amy (8/5): Very good - My room was very clean! Some sockets didn't work.
- Brittany (1/5): I didn't even stay in the room me and my husband walked in and walked out i wouldn't even let a dog - Nothin about the place was what they shown in pictures online I didn't even stay in the room I walked in and walked back out the worst looking room I have ever seen Everything
- John (10/5): One night stay - Everything was excellent when i was there, The Staff were helpful in any questions I had asked.
The bed and room were better than expected.
Would stay again without hesitation There was nothing that I didn't like
- Richard (2/5): - Bugs
- Marcus (10/5): - It was great for the price
- Deneane (2/5): - This is the filthiest place we have ever been to. Booked a 3 nights stay and didn’t make it through the first night before bailing and getting a different hotel. They refused to give us a refund. Turned them in to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they get shut down. The bathroom sinks in both our rooms were all brown and gross. One room had a leak in bathroom sink with a bucket under it with moldy water and dirty toilet paper in it. The blankets smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we stuck it outside. The towels and wash clothes were brown and dirty and we didn’t even attempt to take showers. Inside of microwave was all rusted out. Blankets on the beds had a lot of holes in them. Pulled blanket back on one bed and there were dead cricket pieces. The place was not maintained and pure filth. It’s a health hazard Bunch of guys with hoodies on hanging around our vehicle so we had someone watching the whole time. It’s a different standard of living. This place really sucks and we do not recommend it at all!!
- carlisa (2/5): - Definitely get what you pay for
- mark (2/5): - The water coming out of the sink was black the shower was not clean there is no batteries in the remote to watch the TV
- Jennifer (8/5): - Staff was very friendly
- SONNY (6/5): - Wasnt able to keep the reservation. There was a death in the family.
- Logan (10/5): - Very good
- Ronald (6/5): - back windows broken cold air coming in to the place.
- Liliana (2/5): - NEEDS A BIG FACELIFT, RIDICULOUS ITS EVEN OPEN
- Sean (8/5): Not bad you get what you pay for - The cheap rooms are rough . But the more expensive ones are nice
- Brandon (10/5): Lovely hotel and affordable price. -
- Rena (7/5): Not Bad - Quiet and good area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had everything in room that we needed. No roaches! Only complaint would be that the sheets didnt look like it was changed. I went to front desk asked for more sheets and she gladly gave us more and that solved that.also it was a few stink bugs in there i didnt care for that but least they wont roaches! Having no roaches was a great plus for me!
- GREGORY (2/5): - Gave our 2 double bed room move us to a king soze bed.,First room smelled like smoke 2nd room tv didn’t work. Half the lights were out and room was very dirty. Refused a refund. Never stay there again.
- MARTIN (2/5): - No remote and microwave had plug missing wouldn’t work and shower controls had vice grip pliers on them to turn water off and on.
- Matt (2/5): - Arrived to check-in & property was definitely more run down & dirty then the description & photos. Upon talking with the clerk, our reservation was cancelled apparently automatically due to other guests extending their stay. That was fine, I was going to cancel anyway. Staff was courteous.
- William (2/5): - I wish I could post pictures this place is disgusting, dirty, bed bugs, not what I ordered.
- thomas (4/5): Stay away - One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
Didn’t have the room I reserved, shower was disgusting, I didn’t even use it.
Only sheers on the window, security light made night into day in the room.
- KATHLEEN (2/5): - Photos do not accurately represent this motel. Pool had no water, furniture was old and dirty, mattress was hard and deadbolt on the door did not work. At least, the air conditioner worked. I got what I paid for which was a place to sleep, but won't ever stay here again.
- Rose (2/5): - The room had roaches and the bed slept like a box spring and it was partially called at the foot of the bed
- Latoya (6/5): - I was concerned about bed bugs always keep my guard up on those travelers, but I didn't see any just a spider in the shower and housekeeping needs to check showers for other linens it was a wash cloth in there and I picked it up 😩
- Rick (6/5): - Facility is outdated
- RICHARD (2/5): - Air conditioning did not work, pool inoperative and unfilled. Drug dealer next to my room. Bugs roaches and dist balls all over the floor
- Michael (2/5): - Air conditioning was poor I was hot all night
- Sharon (2/5): - This staff was very disrespectful. The room was filthy and smelled so bad. Overall poor conditions. Ceiling tile was falling down. Dust on the chairs.
- Christina (10/5): - Everything was great! Just remember your tp & towels.
- steven p (2/5): - Witnessed two drug deals within less then a hour of arriving there. Room was dirty unsafe. Door would not latch or lock. Sink faucet loose. Just down right crappy. Rude people. Do not book this property. Sleeping on a park bench is club med to this place
- Gary (4/5): - Everything was good... they could have put another blanket on the bed and decent pillows other than that it was good
- William (8/5): - The towels and wash clothes were stained BLACK !!!! The toilet seat was broken I about fell off of it !!!! And the two rooms on either side I believe people live in those rooms they were very loud all night banging things around left atleast twice in the middle of the night in their vehicles very loud and noisy we got maybe a hour of sleep because of the noise and then I went to shower towels very stained and the handle for the water was broken when I turned it on it came off in my hand was t a very nice experience to say the least
- Nesha (10/5): - Sheets towels covers all had stains bad stains
- Helen grace (4/5): - Electric heater is not working all the towels are dirty the sink was clogged don’t tv remote
- Stephen (6/5): - Easy access to 29 N.
Had to ask for toilet paper. TV was a snowy mess! Room curtains covered the heating unit, need to trim up
- Laura (10/5): - They did great!!
- Timothy (2/5): - Made reservations then read the reviews. Called to cancel my reservation and they still charge me 79.00. Who does that. So don’t stay there.
- logan (2/5): - Room smelt like cigarettes, dead bugs all over the room, and dirty sheets and pillows.
- Michael (2/5): - Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Extremely dirty with cockroaches, shower head fell off, no towels, horrible experience
- Mark (2/5): - Upon arrival the other patrons were leaving and telling people pulling up that the facility had bed bugs. After looking around the room doors were open, mattress' were leaned up against and housekeeping was going from room to room. So we just walked into the office (did not check in) and just cancelled the reservation. The next day there were charges to the credit card used to make the reservation. Upon calling the hotel to request a refund. The front desk attendant answered the phone, sent his manager an email and I am awaiting a response from the hotel. I requested the name of the manager at the hotel and the front desk attendant stated he was not allowed to give out the manager's name.
- Inga (2/5): - Don’t stay there, it’s dirty and have roaches. People was selling drugs behind the building
- April (8/5): Not terrible - Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d like. And the water smelled funny but that’s probably not the Travel Inns fault. Felt it was a little overpriced in all.
- Virginia (2/5): - Room was roach infested, dirty, crumbs and food on bed, no sheets, sticky furniture, smelly and just plain filthy. The pool was green and slimy so no swimming.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bring your can of Raid and some roach motels. - Roach filled pit. Beggars and homeless staying at the hotel. Room filled with roaches, including in the bed.
Needless to say, this hotel not recommended.
- Michael (6/5): - They ride into the parking lots with load music blaring on their car radio at 1 and 3 am in the morning like that’s a cool thing to do. NOT COOL AT ALL.
- Jason (6/5): - Sketchy area
- Alice (6/5): - The room was very dirty upon checkin
- James (2/5): - Walked into a smelly stinky dirty room, gum stuck to the head board, brown spots all over sheets / pillows we opened the door to unload our baggage, I carried it back to the car and we left,
- John (4/5): - While the staff was great - friendly, cooperative and helpful, the property needs work: the floors were gritty, the sink drain was completely plugged and theTV remote in the replacement room did not work at all.
- Edward (10/5): - Rooms and bathroom need to be updated and colors where not the same as the online picture
- Brian (2/5): - Terrible
- Jane M (2/5): - This place was awful. Never again.
First room they gave us smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. Asked for another room. The newbie at the front desk, Kim
was very nice, but had to call her boss to get permission to change rooms.
Room was so out dated and neglected. Toilet ran all night. No hair dryer, no kleenex, very limited supply of very old worn towels, terrible flat pillows.
The tv was nice and worked well.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
- Rozinah (6/5): - This property needs an upgrade. The service desk people were very nice and friendly.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Stay Away - Roaches in room, broken curtains, TV remote didn't work, leg to sink stand was loose and bugs that bite.
- Jeffrey (2/5): - There is nothing to like about this place. It claims free high speed wifi in all rooms. I was in the center of the building with a direct site of the office and still couldnt pick it up. When i checked in there was dirt all over the floor and holes in the sheets. They dont know the difference between a futted sheet and a flat sheet. There is no daily housekeeping so i had to buy my own broom to sweep up the dirt. The bed is hard as a rock and the night i checked in i found tobacco and Marijuana in the seat of the chair next to the door. The microwave was beat up so bad i was surprised it worked. Only the bottom outlets on the tv wall worked. There was what appeared to be drug dealing going on in the parking lot thr night i checked in. The neighbors were constantly screaming and slamming thr door. It was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. I will never be back and do not recommend anyone waste their money on this nasty place
- Stephanie (2/5): - I didn't like anything about it because it was a joke and not what i expected
- Dharma (4/5): - Towels were stained
- David (2/5): - Dirty, damaged and dangerous.
The 2 smoke detectors were ripped from the walls. We reported to local authorities.

- Matt (6/5): - Not luxe, but an okay place to lay your head for the night. Room had visible water damage, a strong smell of incense, and blanket had cigarette burns. Check in/check out was easy. You get what you pay for. For such a low rate, I didn't expect much but I wasn't expecting the water damage and cigarette burns.
- WAYNE (4/5): - Room needs major update. Even the lampshades were cracked.
- Kelly (4/5): - I immediately noticed before even pulling up that their pool was not in use. There's no water in it at all. It has yellow caution tape all around. The employees all look unprofessional. Street clothing, no uniforms, or at least a uniform top to distinguish between the customers and the employees. When I got into the room it didn't have a remote for the television. It had one roll of toilet paper that was less than half a roll, and the towels and wash cloths were dirty/dingy looking. When I asked the housekeepers for new towels/wash cloths it took a while before I could exchange them out for better ones. When I asked for a remote I was told they'll bring it to my room because they gotta find one and they hope they can find some batteries for it. The fridge was going out which was causing it to leak from the freezer to the fridge to the floor. The beds were kind of hard but tolerable. On top of everything else when I would use the sink it would cause a leak in the bedroom on the floor. Even though I encountered all those mishaps the room for the most part was clean, and the customer service from the owner down to the other employees were welcoming.
- Kirk (4/5): - So the room smelled like smoke the minute I opened the door. There was no toilet paper at all in the bathroom. The bathroom sink didn't drain well and there were cigarette holes in the sheets they put on my bed it looked like. Couldn't get a refund cause I didn't put insurance on my trip. Never again will I stay there.
- ROBERT (10/5): - Not fancy but clean And very reasonable
- Stormy (2/5): - Not clean, very poorly maintained.
- Timothy (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Not great by any means, but it gets the job done. Worth the money.
- Kevin (10/5): - the property was clean, and the air conditioner worked great. Hottest day of the year a d .y focus was on keeping cool
- SHIRLEY (8/5): - Overnight stay was good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
- Don (6/5): - Decent place to lay your head. No pool.
