Nos dijeron que era temperatura ambiente sin embargo ya antes nos habíamos hospedado y habían prendido algo porque fue en octubre y el agua estaba caliente y en la noche. El desayuno tampoco estaba rico, el café no sabía bien, el huevo o jamón sabía raro y los jugos estaban demasiado azucarados

- María Elena (8/5): CANDLEWOOD EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA - La recepción muy amable nos entregó nuestros tickets para el desayuno y la clave de internet, muy amable la señorita, la habitación nos toco en 2 piso muy amplia, con piso lo que realmente se agradece para perosnas con niños o co alergias al polvo ya que estaba muy limpio, baño hermoso diseño con tina, agua caliente todo el tiempo, en buen estado, con suficientes insumos y toallas, la ropa de cama limpia, tv con programas de hbo, paramount tanto con inglés como español, escritorio cómodo, sillon reclinable en buen estado aunque una silla funcional pero al ser de piel se veia deteriorada por el tiempo, area de piscina super agradable tanto en la cocina como en la palapa, regaderas y baños en ese sitio, toallas disponibles en recepción, estacionamiento seguro y muy bien ubicado.Personal muy amable y comida variada.

La habitación está cómoda. La atención del personal es agradable. El internet es rápido y estable. La regadera desperdicia mucha agua. El desayuno estuvo muy sencillo. Había una salsa de guajillo y totopos quebrados. No ví verduras. El café estaba bien y en juego de naranja no es natural.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Para no volver a Celaya - Mi viaje a Celaya solo puedo describirlo como una experiencia que no quiero volver a vivir. El hotel cumple con lo necesario, la atención en recepción es muy buena por la señorita pero el joven del turno vespertino no conoce las reglas de servicio al cliente ni por asomo. El desayuno cumple apenas con lo básico, las habitaciones son muy confortables, el personal de limpieza muy amable y atento. Pero la ciudad lamentablemente vive en un estado de violencia altísimo que hace de lo peor estar ahí. Deje abandonadas dos noches porque no soporté estar más en esa ciudad

- Maricela (6/5): - Ya me había hospedado en el hotel varias veces y todo había estado bien, pero está ocasión unos niños hicieron ruido toda la noche, andaban jugando con las puertas ya entraban ya salían y a eso hay que sumarle que la cama estaba chueca y tronaba cuando me movía parecía que estaba quebrada, pues prácticamente no dormí, ni mi familia. Al día siguiente las mismas niñas a la hora del desayuno anduvieron manoseando toda la comida, y nadie les decía nada. Aparte compré un pastel y lo metí al refri y amaneció aguado, el refrigerador no enfría o lo apagaron, no se que pasó. En fin está estancia no fue del todo agradable.

- Hugo (6/5): Need to get what I pay for. - Before booking the property, the front desk told me the pool was heated. It was not. Breakfast buffet has sadly gone downhill. The kids still enjoyed the buffet. One of the rooms was supposed to have 2 queen sized beds , but the beds wero only 2 double beds ,aking sleeping a bit croeded.

Solo hay algunos aspectos en el baño que mejoraría, cómo quitar la bañera quienes muy estorbosa para bañarse, y que el refrigerador hace mucho ruido. En general es una excelente opción para hospedarse. Punto extra a las personas de recepción, excelente actitud.

No exijo agua caliente, solo templada, un calentador solar sería suficiente. El aire acondicionado de los pasillos, demasiado frío, se me hace un desperdicio de energía.
