- Kirk Stephenson (10/5): - Nice property located close to the highway for easy access. It has nice roadside appearance. The lobby was neat and clean and the gentleman at the desk was pleasant. The room was nice size and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the walk in shower was great. We had hot water instantly which was a first for us. Usually you have to wait forever to get hot water. Breckfast was good. Very nice place! Nothing!

- Janet (10/5): Going home - I use a cane and liked the shower. It had a bench to sit and the shower head could be taken off. The room was large and comfortable. Bed was too high. I am very short and there wasn't a stool to help me.

Booking.com or Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cartersville??? I was not able to stay at the hotel where I had a confirmation number as well as the entire cost of the room was paid for and taken out of my bank account seven days before my trip there.

The hotel is by the interstate which was convenient for us but you can hear the traffic at night and it might bother others. The hotel itself was quiet inside and provided everything we needed. It was a short drive to the sports arena. Breakfast was nicely done and food area clean and well maintained.

No pool or anything for the kids to do!! We also found over 12 beer cans on the top of the closet when we put some bags up there!
- NotSugarCoatedWI (6/5): Mixed review - Mixed review on this one. Staff was friendly and it seemed pretty clean. Beds were very comfy and the refrig was cold when we arrived so that was nice. Downfall is that the pool was closed (wasn't when we booked) and they just posted it recently so they wouldn't discount our rooms. Not a lot around the hotel but with a 10 min drive there is. The U turn you have to make to get into the lot is a pain but the left turn out of the gas station (shares a drive) is almost impossible. It's a couple minutes longer to go the opposite direction and turn around if you want to go left. For the area and compared to other hotels that our group stayed at, this place sounded like one of the better options. Still - it was disappointing regarding the pool and location. Not worth the $200 / night they want. Look elsewhere for now

We had a “suite” which is one large room with a pull out bed. The pool will be closed for awhile since it is being rebuilt from scratch. We will be back.

The only thing that was disappointing was the pool and exercise room was under construction and out of use. There was nothing site about construction going on when booking the room. If ever back in the Ga area, I would stay again.

Then property makes guests fill out parking paperwork when registering so should have been able to locate the trucks owner to resolve. The hotel and room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too including the freshly brewed coffee. Did not like truck alarm in parking ringing rest if the night after 1 am.
