• Andrea (9/5): Sempre una sicurezza - Torno qui sempre con piacere. Grandi piscine, residence sorvegliato h24, palestra (senza aria condizionata), stanze ampie e luminose, con letto comodo. Pulizie sempre accurate, personale cortese. Posizione ottima a pochi minuti da Pattaya centro e Jomtien. Wifi che richiede la password ogni volta che entri ed esci dalla stanza. Purtroppo davanti il residence, cominciano a lavorare con le ruspe, segno che ci saranno lavori in corso, rumorosi, chissà per quanto tempo.

• Cédric (10/5): - L'appartement dans lequel nous étions était hyper bien pensé en termes d'organisation de l'espace. Nous nous serions bien vus y vivre à long terme. Parfaitement équipé. La piscine est vraiment géniale : nous en avons profité quasiment tous les jours. Le personnel était très sympathique et très investi dans son travail. Le ménage était fait tous les jours avec beaucoup de soins. Des fontaines d'eau osmosée étaient disponibles dans plusieurs endroits de l'établissement (1 bath par litre). Tous les jours, nous recevions bouteilles d'eau, savon, champoing, serviettes propres et cafés... Vraiment rien à redire: une très belle expérience.

The room is a medium sized self contained apartment with a toilet, small kitchen area, TV and couch and the large double bed. Plenty of electric sockets and strong WiFi. The cleaning staff come every day if you require them to. Nicely located and very quiet not far from the 15 baht taxi route. ( Yes 15 baht now the baht bus.) Nice pool with sun beds. Lots of shops, bars and street food approx 50 meters away. Would recommend for short or long stays. Nothing.

C’è il servizio lavanderia a gettoni, due piscine ben tenute, parcheggio e custodi all’interno del residence. Se non sei munito di scooter, devi accontentarti dei market vicini, la palestra non viene mai pulita e non ci sono regole igieniche, ognuno fa come gli pare, indecente!

TV needs an upgrade to 2026.. no netflix,YouTube whatsoever possible... Ants whenever sweet drinks or food was out in the open for more then 60 minutes.

• Pavel (9/5): - Красивая зеленая территория у бассейна, приветливый персонал, горячая вода, техника вся исправна. Был номер с видом на сад - поэтому тишина. Уборка каждый день со сменой белья и полотенец, вода и шампунь обновлялись каждый день. Территория охраняемая и спокойная. Кондиционер не дует на кровать, до ночного рынка можно дойти пешком минут за 10-15, в шаговой доступности магазины 7/11, tops. Жесткий матрас, бассейны чистят только поверхностно, на дне лежит листва. Цены в районе завышены (кафе, фрукты)

• NATALIA (10/5): - Отличное месторасположение. Просторные аппартаменты. Убирают каждый день, меняют полотенца, белье, приносят воду. Приятный отзывчивый персонал. Бассейны великолепные. По возможности бронируем эти аппартаменты, когда появляются хорошие скидки. Своя кухня нам важна, т.к. летаем с маленьким ребенком, кот.кушает только домашнюю еду. Раньше платили на месте, сейчас требуют оплатить онлайн. Очень не удобно, т.к. Российские карты не проходят. Приходится искать людей, кот.проживают в Тайланде, чтобы была иностранная карта. Ну и цена, когда нет скидок, завышена. Приходится искать другие варианты.

There are several tops and seven nearby plus street food and bars. Not walking distance to beaches. Wifi disconnects every day or when you leave so you have to keep re entering the details.

Например, нам понадобилась кастрюля, чтобы сварить суп — на ресепшене сразу всё организовали. Когда выяснилось, что плита не работает, нам сразу же принесли новую. Достаточно просто обратиться на ресепшен, и любой вопрос быстро решают. Мы решили продлить проживание ещё на три дня. Написали в WhatsApp, нам сразу ответили и разрешили остаться в том же номере по той же цене, хотя на Booking стоимость уже повысилась. Очень приятно, что они оставили для нас цену, по которой мы бронировали изначально. Расположение отеля очень удобное — рядом проходит дорога, по которой ездят тук-туки, поэтому легко добраться и до центра города, и до Джомтьена. В отеле хороший бассейн, днём там обычно мало людей и всегда есть свободные лежаки, что редкость для больших кондо. Есть уборка в номере, что тоже большой плюс — в обычных кондо её обычно нет. Воду приносили каждый день, даже если мы не просили. Также ежедневно дают кофе — всё аккуратно вешают на дверь, если вы не просите уборку. Полотенца для пляжа и бассейна выдают без проблем. Уборку можно делать хоть каждый день — всё по желанию гостей. При этом, если не повесить табличку с просьбой об уборке, в номер без вас никто не входит. В номере нет стиральной машины, но есть прачечная самообслуживания, что оказалось даже очень удобно. Там есть и стиральные машины, и сушилки. Можно загрузить вещи, после стирки сразу переложить их в сушильную машину — и через короткое время всё уже сухое и готово к носке. Пока вещи стираются, можно спокойно вернуться в номер или провести время у бассейна. Это очень удобно и не нужно тратить много времени на бытовые дела во время отдыха. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь ещё раз. Очень комфортное и удобное место.

I especially want to mention the girls at the reception. They are very positive, always smiling, and create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. If you have any questions or need help, they are always ready to explain everything clearly and help solve any problem quickly. Their attitude toward guests is truly excellent. The room cleaning is done every day, which is very convenient. They also provide free water, coffee, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo daily. This small detail makes the stay even more comfortable. The location itself is quiet and peaceful, which is great for resting and sleeping well. The building also has security, so you feel safe at all times. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place to stay with good service, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Condo G Residence to other guests.

• Elena (6/5): Можно пожить из-за расположения/необходимости жить менеее месяца и более выгодной стоимости. - Хорошее расположение. Рядом мини-ночной рынок с хорошей едой и 2 супермаркета. До дороги с тук-туками 5 минут. Очень милый и отзывчивый персонал - от ресепшена до клинеров (за них добавила бал, а то бы поставила ниже). Симпатичная зеленая территория рядом с бассейнами (несмотря на строящийся небоскреб). Ежедневно дают воду и туалетно-косметички принадлежности. Можно взять полотенца для бассейна/пляжа. Старое здание с минимальным ремонтом квартир. Стоит как отель, но по факту это старые апартаменты с кухней, из которых убрали микроволновку - её надо брать платно и стиралки нет (есть платная прачечная на территории). Посуда старая и её мало, мебель старая. В ванной нет никакой мебели- ужасно не удобно. Мы бронировали на месяц и нам дали номер с видом на стену во все окно. когда мы попросили о возможной замене с доплатой - предложили номер с видом на стену на 80%. Месяц смотреть на стену - сильно испортило итак не восторженное впечатление. Бассейн грязный. Через неделю проживания всю грязь с территории вокруг бассейнов смыли шлангом в бассейны и она там так и осталась (писали администрации, но ничего не изменилось). Фитнес-зал без кондиционеров - стоят вентиляторы. Тренажеров почти нет и тоже еле живые.
