- Woraphat (7/5): The location is excellent, and the room rates are reasonable. - Great location. You can walk across the pedestrian bridge to Robinson Sriracha. The common areas, hallways, and elevators are not clean. The room wasn't soundproof. There was noise from the neighboring rooms, both next door and above, all night, which kept me from sleeping.

- Michael (7/5): Tolles Zimmer Personal nicht professionell. - Es war ein schönes, großes Zimmer und ein toller Fernseher Das Personal ist jung und nicht gut geschult, denke ich. Wir wollten um 22:00 Uhr mit anderen Gästen einchecken offiziell bis 23:00 Uhr einchecken möglich aber schon ab 22:00 Uhr war niemand mehr am Tresen. Es konnte auch keiner telefonisch erreicht werden. Die Telefonnummer, die ausgehängt war, wurde nicht abgenommen. So etwas geht gar nicht. Das ist unverantwortlich und kundenunfreundlich. Deshalb absolut schlechteste Bewertung in dieser Form. Ich habe auch mitbekommen, dass das Profil Personal nicht sehr professionell agiert meiner persönlichen Meinung nach. Ich glaube hier tut noch etwas Weiterbildung Not. Wenn man eine Zeit bei booking.com hinterlegt, muss die Rezeption einfach so lange besetzt sein oder es muss irgendeine Erreichbarkeit geben. Wir haben uns dann für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden müssen. Eine Frau hat mit einem schwangeren Kind da gestanden und die haben nach einer halben Stunde auch aufgegeben. Sowas geht gar nicht.🥲

- Parawi (5/5): - We arrived in the late night the roommates was smiling of painting no hot water we couldn’t sleep because it was so noisy from dog, pet , cooking, loud music the air conditioning was loud too in the bathroom had non smell blocked from the pipes
