- 鈺庭 (5/5): 偏僻，機能差，整體體驗和渡假酒店的名稱有極大落差。 - 1.房內沒有提供一般室內拖鞋，如有需要需自行到櫃台購買紙拖鞋 2.枕頭只有偏軟的款式，詢問是否有支撐性較好的選項時，櫃台建議兩個疊著用，但實際睡起來仍然缺乏支撐力。 3.隔音不太好，在浴室可以清楚聽到隔壁房間的對話，影響隱私和休息品質。 4.連續入住期間，非退房日早上約九點仍在休息時被房務敲門打擾。 5.地點較偏，最近的超商步行約10分鐘（櫃台告知），飯店外的投幣機也只有飲料和零食，整體生活機能較不便

- 淑貞 (8/5): 住房火災驚魂記 - 房間大，很舒適 4／4當天我們住H棟7樓，大樓響起2次6樓火警警報，住房客人出來互問，旁邊整房人員才打電話問櫃檯，才說疏散，走到半路又說應該是誤觸，當時都未有工作人員出現，疏導或解說，事後也沒個解釋，實在有點扯。

- SU MIN (10/5): - 早餐中規中矩,但孩子們蠻喜歡的,餐廳服務人員非常親切貼心,看我一打二幫我安排就近取餐的位置,一樓的遊戲區小小的維持得不錯,孩子們玩得很開心,定時開放的賽車遊戲孩子們玩得很開心很特別,飯店離捷運跟輕軌都超進超適合不開車前往! 飯店附近都在施工景觀有點可惜,房間跟廁所都可以看到飯店歷史的痕跡有點可惜,不過舒適度還不錯,冰箱沒飲料不過一樓大廳的咖啡機跟零食自助吧很有誠意!可以感覺得出來是有年紀的飯店了~對面的夜市搬走了很可惜!!!飯店周邊目前都是工地有點可惜!

- Lih (1/5): I didn’t check in, because the room and location of “Doug Ting Motel” was not the same room/location shown on the we - I reserved a room from “Hoya Resort Hotel” (the hotel picture shown above)through “Booking.com”. When checking in at Hoya Hotel, they gave me a room at 「Doug Ting Motel」— Ithe room and the location of 「Doug Ting Motel」 is totally different from the info I got from the website of 「Hoya Resort Hotel」。 I didn’t feel safe to stay in this Motel by myself. I ended up staying in my brother’s house. I felt being cheated by the website info, and here I’m asking booking.com to forever me my money back

- Li-jung (8/5): 床很舒服、好睡 - 櫃台接待人員、餐廳接待人員都很親切，床也滿舒服好睡，還有免費的洗衣、烘衣設備，真的很方便，但遇到住客（香港人）把洗衣機、烘衣機當自己家專用的，一次洗兩桶衣服，接著連續烘乾，根本就是要其他人熬夜等她，我覺得可以適度收費，才不會被無限制的霸佔，另外，廁所馬桶沖水非常大聲，不知道是隔音還是裝潢的問題（210房） 建議要處理一下，浴室裡只有一個掛衣架，對多人房來說，有點不足，其他的設備都很好，大推早餐，不但吃到飽，菜色也很好👍，補菜的速度也很快，真的很棒！休息好了也吃飽飽，繼續下一站旅行
