- Analie (8/5): Beautiful villa, but the lack of security and privacy made our stay uncomfortable and frightening. - Our stay at Hagdan Villas was absolutely amazing. The Villa was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. While Hagdan Villas is beautiful and relaxing, one major concern during our stay was the lack of proper security and privacy. A group of teenagers from another villa were able to access our area around 4 AM, and one even jumped from the roof into our pool. The noise and unexpected intrusion frightened my sister and my son and disrupted our sleep. We hope management improves security measures to ensure guests feel safe and protected during their stay.

Only thing could possibly comment is etrike to get from road to villa and opposite. But that said no issue as staff arrange, so helpful that it never really mattered. Would I stsy again Yes

Есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Барбекю думали будет в нашем распоряжении, оказалось что нет, только за сутки надо договариваться и за отдельную плату персонал самостоятельно жарит. Хотя по описанию указано что принадлежность для барбекю входят

Third year we have stayed there but sadly standards have slipped. Two water machines during stay but neither worked properly. Air con took 3 days to fix, With no clear Manager now standards have slipped. Service lacking now.

Very narrow and no car can go. One of the room had bad air-conditioning and horrible shower, water was either hot or cold alternating but never right.
- 1empresswarrior (8/5): Phenomenal with one caveat - We had the best experience at One Hagdan Villas. The staff, specially Rosebie was phenomenal. The one caveat is the location. It’s quite far from the bustling station 1 or 2, so we frequently had to pay and travel an extra 15 min out to town. The roads were also very narrow to get into the villa. I would get this place again if I don’t plan on going to town and just hanging out with my family, but if you plan to see Boracay in a short time span, I would get something in station 2

The kitchen was not equipped with nearly enough things for a stay longer than a couple of days, and the stove hardly worked. We had to ask for everything we needed (towels, pool towels, coffee, toiletries, changing the garbage) There was no house keeping, and there was no free shuttle anywhere. We had to pay for all of our rides from the Villa where all other hotels have their own free shuttle. For the money that they charge, it was not worth it.

Villa met expectations and was perfect for a group of 6. Not a huge deal but we thought there would be a track directly to the beach (which there wasn't). It is a 25 min walk to Diniwid beach (shorter to Punta Bunga Beach) or very easy to organise an E Trike through the team or up at the main road.

They welcomed us at the end of the street where the jeep couldn’t go any further with necklaces in tow. We had a late check that was accommodated for. Welcomed us with drinks and a hot towel. The rest of our stay was amazing! Great views, great staff, we chose to dine in a lot because of the great food and fantastic cocktails. We came in the of Tyhpoon season and even brought food and drinks with a smile with heavy rain and winds! They accommodated we asked for. Nothing was too much for them even a request for the pool to be cleaned late at night after the pool maintenance had already left. They were amazing, catering to our every needs. Could not be happier with the service at One Hagdan Villa. Special mention to all our hosts, Romel, Khier, Eline and Rosebie!!!! You guys made our stay feel like we were home. It was so comfortable and we couldn’t be more grateful for the hospitality they provided. Thank you guys so much, we will certainly come back to ‘our’ villa 😊

- Katie (10/5): 10/10 - Our stay at One Hagdan Villa was amazing. We had the best time to relax and chill by our private pool for the remaining days of our Philippines trip. All the staff was so helpful and welcoming. The welcoming ritual they done at the start of our arrival was really unexpected but lovely experience to remember. A big shout out to Marie and Migue, who were so attentive during our stay. The villa was clean and was exactly like the photos and description. Would highly recommend! It's not something we didn't like but just something for people who plan to stay to be aware of. The villa is situated on the side roads so you must get a tuktuk every time you plan to go to the beach or the shops which only take about 10 minutes so it wasn't a problem. The staff can book you one or the villa also have their own tuktuk so it wasn't an issue at all.

- Jang (10/5): Exceeded every expectation, an extremely satisfactory stay. - First of all, we had such a warm greeting by the staff, especially Rosebie, she was responsible for taking good care of us. She did an excellent job making sure that we were having a great time and responded to our requests on WhatsApp almost instantly. Conditions and interior of each room and common space, balcony, infinity pool etc. were all so amazing. The view is great by the way. We constantly spoke about what great choice we made by booking here. Some reviews say that it is hard to find an e-trike, but Rosebie helped us reserve every time if we just request 30~45 mins in advance, so we had no trouble getting to Astoria in time for the island hopping or for just getting to dmall or checking out. Getting back also was not an issue as drivers all knew One Hagdan. Lastly I felt very bad because we lost the main door key.. but Rosebie handled the situation warmly. One thing is that there is no bathroom in the common area, but it is not a big issue because there is a bathroom in each room, haha. Another is that the common areas are not quite private, meaning staffs come into common area if you request something, or if there is cleaning needed in the morning. Could be an issue if you are especially worried about security. However the main entrance is closed and guards are posted at all times so we didn't find it too big of a problem

You could order food from their menu and they would cook it up for you. After you were done even if you cooked your own food they came and cleaned the dishes. Spectacular service. Well spent money.. Big rooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the small pool to relax in.. I would have no second thoughts on coming here again.. The downstairs could have been its own in-law unit by itself. It is some distance from all the main stuff but that’s what we wanted. Maybe a 10 minute ride by Etrike.. Some people want to be in the middle of everything but you won’t find a find a spacious luxurious place like this in the middle of everything..

- Edwin (10/5): 10/10 Will definitely stay here again and will reccommend to friends traveling to Boracay. - The service provided by the staff is top notch. It is a very well run venue with very well trained staff. The prices are very very reasonable and the items you purchase at the venue are at market prices, there are no "premiums" attached to the snacks and the transport that you book/purchase through the venue. And if you ask they are very happy to help you plan and save on the itinerary of your desired activities! Unfortunately the actual location is a bit off the main road and some etrike/drivers are reluctant to drive you directly back to the venue front door. Also unfortunately located nearby and outside of their control is a cockerel that likes to start cockadoodling very early in the morning.

- Yishu (9/5): Superb - (1) The place is very nice. We went as a group of 7. We enjoyed the pool and the villa. (2) You can get paid breakfast and lunch cooked by local staff without leaving the villa. (3) We had all we need in the kitchen, oven, microwave, and all kinds of glasses, cutleries. (4) The concierge and security are very responsive and supportive. We also had 1hr late check out to fit our flight schedule, thank you! (5) Easy to get tri (local taxi) during the day. Might be trouble after 10pm. (1) We knew the location was not downtown. But from the main road to the villa, there are a few slopes that sometimes can be really hard for the driver to go up/ down since it's all electrical/ battery-based trike. So we end up working for some of the time. (2) If you don't like wild dogs, there are many, when you walked to home and they do bark. (3) I sleep very light and it was not very nice to be woke up by roasters at 5:30am... although it's quite common for Philippines (4) had once power down in day 1... fixed for day 2 and 3...

- Anonymous (9/5): Over all it was a great experience.. once you are in the property you can’t help a sigh of relief after seeing the most - The place is beautiful and spacious just like how it was described on their site. The staff were all polite and helpful. I called Romel the caretaker who were in charge of our villa, off his work hours and answered all questions and went out of his way to accommodate our concerns. Disappointed about the people I spoke with at reservation department, after I spoke with them several times and made arrangements of paying the remaining balance when we get to the property, (since we already paid more than half of the bill few months in advance)..still insist of paying the balance of the bill before we arrived at the property-like we never discuss about it. Also the pool is nice and clean but the tiles around the pool is very slippery specially when it rains. Very prone to accident specially with children or even to any person who wants to swim. Also wish they have a separate gate where we didn’t have to pass the local neighborhood. Not complaining about the locals they are nice and they don’t bother you but you’ll pass some dogs with their waste on some tight and challenging road.

- Melissa (10/5): Great place to stay! - The pool was beautiful, staff are very friendly. I like the 24/7 security at the front gate and housekeeping was amazing the rooms were spotless everyday! Small issues, the pool pump not working for most of our stay, hot and cold showers, however all the good things out weighed these minor issues.

- Irah (10/5): Breathtaking - One Hagdan blew us away. The villa itself is stunning, with spacious en-suite rooms, fully equipped with all you need. A key highlight of One Hagdan is definitely their staff, Ate Eline went above and beyond for my family, she made sure our stay was both comfortable and relaxing and her helping hand was always one text away. Thank you so much to the team at One Hagdan, especially Ate Eline. Can’t recommend this place enough! It’s quite far from where all the touristy parts are (being both a positive and a negative) and the roads heading to One Hagdan are quite rough.

- Emily (8/5): Great place! Annoying payment. - Great place for a group holiday. All huge separate rooms. The pool area was great to hang out, and the games room was lots of fun. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a good location for us - quieter and away from the noisy party district, but still enough in walking distance or easy to get a TukTuk. The house itself gets 10 stars. The decking & tiles around the pool is SUPER slippery, especially when wet (which it is if it’s been raining or if you’ve been in the pool…). I slipped over first night. Watch your step. Late check in was difficult to organise, which it shouldn’t be considering I’m sure lots of people require this due to flight schedules etc. The worst thing about the property was the payment situation. Instead of just using the built in payments system in booking.com, you get sent a somewhat passive aggressive email demanding full payment by bank transfer within the next few days or they will cancel the booking. Red flag - felt massively like a scam and until we actually arrived and saw the place I was a bit worried it didn’t exist. Luckily it did (and was lovely), but we negotiated to pay in cash on arrival to avoid risk. It just made me very uncomfortable in the lead up. Seriously need another secure payment method that is suitable for international travellers (booking.com or PayPal).
