The staff was welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, making us feel at home straight away. One of the highlights was definitely the location. Being so close to Skyline Plaza Mall was incredibly convenient, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and transport options nearby. It also made exploring Frankfurt very easy. The hotel itself had such a relaxing atmosphere, and every detail of our stay felt smooth and well-organized. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable. We are already looking forward to staying again on our next visit to Frankfurt! Nothing, everything was perfect!

Wir hatten von Anfang Probleme mit der Sauberkeit und die verbundene Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Wurden mehrmals um Entschuldigung gebeten- aber wirklich besser wurde es nicht. Im Wasserkocher (der im Zimmer war)war noch Entkalker drinne, was wirklich nicht geht.

• Nawal (9/5): اقامة سعيدة تستحق اعادة التجربة - المكان جميل وبجانبه سوق تجد فيه كل ما تحتاج اليه ، لم تكن زيارتي الاولى لذلك عاودت السكن بالفندق ، طاقم العمل ودود جدا ، ويسعى الى مساعدتك ، الشقة بها كل ما تحتاج اليه حتى غسالة الملابس ، تستحق التجربة لا يوجد لديهم خدمة حمل الحقائب ، انت تأخذ حقائبك الى الاعلى ، لا أجد ذلك مناسب لفندق اربعة نجوم ، كما ان الصوفا بالصالة لم تكن نظيفه وكان فيها بعض البقع ايضا لم احب ذلك لانه فندقي المفضل اتمنى ان يهتموا بنظافة الصوفات

Unten in der Lobby kann man sich Getränke, Snacks und vieles mehr kaufen, jedoch ist der Preis etwas übertrieben. Das man für ein zweier Zimmer eine sehr kleine Couch bekommt. Der Preis der Snacks die unten in der Lobby verkauft werden.

• Anna (5/5): Good location, don’t expect much though - Good location, good breakfast Arrived at 11:30pm. Had notified the hotel beforehand that we’d arrive at that time. When we got there, there were four other customers ahead of us, all waiting to check in. No staff to be seen. We tried to call the office, no one picked up. Eventually mr kuida came to check people in. No apologies, no nice words. After the second night, someone had spilt something sticky on the floor in front of the elevator. By the time we left, it still hadn’t been cleaned up.

Central train station is about 14 mins’ walk. The room is clean and spacious. Good to equip with a washing machine. The pillows are a bit too soft. Would appreciate if there are bigger bowls for noodles.
