- Juan Fernando (7/5): - El apartamento es coqueto y está bien ubicado. El sofá del salón es insufrible, el botón de la cisterna está flojo y se engancha, el agua del grifo del lavabo sale a empujones y poca, no hay tapón del lavabo, la TV de la habitación es pequeña y se ve y oye mal -tiene una raya vertical en la parte izquierda- hay desconchados y manchas en las paredes, la wifi es muy lenta, cobran la fianza anticipada y antes de llegar sin inventario previo cotejado y debidamente firmado por ambas partes, nadie de la inmobiliaria se presentó. Hay loza en mal estado, faltan cuchillos de cocina pequeños; patateros, de pelar cebollas, ajos, etc. El armario de la habitación está ocupado por una trona, un colchón para niños, varias alfombras y un edredón, lo que reduce el espacio disponible para la ropa del inquilino, la parte alta del armario está cerrada con candado y por tanto inutilizable. No hay coladores para leche o arroz, ni pasapurés, el banquete del baño está torcido, la estantería del microondas está inclinada con riesgo de que caigan las cosas, el temporizador del microondas funciona al revés.
