It’s a pity we only stayed one night, if we come back, we will definitely stay here again. Nothing really, but next time we may prefer a room with a bathtub.

Top notch experience and hospitality, clean rooms - would suggest to stay here once again if possible. Food is great especially for vegetarian and jain options, even they are happy to prepare custom dish for Jain / Veg options and thats really commendable. We arrived in Bali pretty late and were able to go directly there, Check into a clean hotel room and have a wonderful breakfast the next morning. - 282jirkav (10/5): Great stopover hotel when transiting through Bali - Fairfield by Marriott Bali South Kuta is a great place to stay when flying to Bali from Australia and then continuing on to other destinations in Indonesia such as Lombok or the Flores Islands. The hotel is very close to the airport — around a 10–15 minute taxi ride — which makes early flights or short layovers much easier. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with very friendly staff from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very comfy bed that made it easy to rest after a flight. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of both local and international options. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which really enhanced the stay. The location is very convenient, close to the airport, near Pantai Jerman, with several malls nearby and plenty of dining options. Ride-hailing services like Grab are easy to access, which makes getting around very practical. What truly makes this place special is the people. The restaurant staff already know my routine every morning, my green juice is prepared without even asking. The front desk team is always very helpful, and the GM is extremely kind and accommodating, making my stays smooth and comfortable every time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the atmosphere feels calm and safe, especially when staying with children. Overall, great value for money and a hotel I genuinely enjoy returning to.

Außerdem ist das Bett sehr gemütlich auch wenn die Zimmer so hässlich eigerichtet und ein wenig dreckig sind kann man deshalb gut schlafen. - NikkiSuresh (8/5): Breakfast at Fairfield Marriot South Kuta - Stayed here for 4 days and I must say that the Balinese hospitality is the best in the world. Ms. Masami remembered my choice of fresh juices and cappuccino everyday and we are very thankful to her ever helpful attitude that made my restaurant experience wonderful. Ms. Ayu also deserves a special mention for her pleasant behaviour and attention to detail. The food section had plenty of options. Indonesian cuisine, egg station and pancakes are very good. One star less for the Indian section and breads ( croissant was not freshly and flaky).
- anandayf (10/5): Great Staffs, lovely room. Just a few minor issues. - We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a really nice experience. When we first arrived, we were disappointed because our room wasn’t set up as we had requested in advance. Thankfully, the staff handled it quickly, even though we had to wait for about an hour, they were so kind and helpful that it really made up for the inconvenience. From check-in to check-out, everyone we met was super friendly and polite. Special thanks to Windu, Aulia, Kenneth, El, Eryva, Widi & Farel at the front office. Ayu, Wulan and the chef at the restaurant (sorry, we forgot the chef’s name!). Their warm service really made our stay memorable. Our issues were that - On Nov 2nd, we went out and put the make up room' sign ON. However, when we back to our room, the room haven't been made up. We gave up and left it as it was. - our room was right next to what seemed to be the housekeeping room, so we often heard doors opening and closing late at night. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did disturb our sleep a few times, even made our child startled awake when the door slammed shut. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future so guests can rest more peacefully. Other than that, we really liked our room, especially Room #222! Maybe you could note that as our preferred room for next time 😊 Overall, great staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a very pleasant stay. Thank you for the room upgrade & special arrangement in the room for us. We’d definitely come back!

Starting with checking in, who I was assisted by Abel. Checking in at midnight, Abel’s energy and enthusiasm was really warm. Next, Masmi from the restaurant is an absolute superstar! She was very accommodating each time we stepped in the restaurant to have breakfast. In my 3 nights of stay, she knows that I love my hot cappuccino for my mornings! Shout out to Kezia and Tya too for adding in their own care.
