Juan (5/5): - Very quiet and cleanliness is of good standard. Ample space for parking. Hospitality wasn't the best and this is an important characteristic. Also, the fact that bed linen isn't included in the price is bizarre since this is common practice in all the places I've been. Hence, at the booking stage, one would think that it's more value than it actually is due to this. Overall, the experience made us feel somewhat uncomfortable.

Toril (8/5): Tolle Familienunterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen, herausragende Lage - Die Lage ist richtig toll. Am zugefrorenen See, ruhig, freier Blick zu den Polarlichtern. Eine schöne Anlage mit Spielgeräten für die Kids, Ausleihe von Schlitten und Snowmobilen, Massagesessel, Billard, Tischtennisplatte usw. Wir waren Weihnachten hier, da kam sogar der Weihnachtsmann für die Kids vorbei und hat auch uns ein kleines Geschenk übergeben. Richtig richtig toll! ❤️zudem war hübsch geschmückt, auch mit Kerzen vor jedem Haus. Die Wohnung war auch sehr gut geheizt, richtig muckelig. Gemütliche Küche mit Allem was man braucht . Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allgemeine Sauna gibt es auch, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden! Nichts, nur eine Verbesserung: wenn der Herd und Backofen gleichzeitig in Benutzung sind, zieht es zuviel Strom und egal was man nutzt, es hat zu wenig Energie. Evtl. müsste da was getan werden. Außerdem ein kleiner Lüfter oben im Schlafbereich auf der Empore, es wird da sehr warm. Aber das alles sind Kleinigkeiten.

A.G (8/5): - Le chalet en lui même est très sympas, le plus est le sauna et l’armoire chauffante. Les hôtes sont sympathiques, nous avons apprécié la boîte de chocolat. Le cadre à côté du lac est magnifique. Les luges , les raquettes a disposition. Malheureusement certainement à une mauvaise compréhension, nous avons attendu pour faire de la moto neige, l’accueil était fermé, mes enfants étaient déçus. Le linge de lit est pas compris dans le prix.

We are Americans and were unsure how the sauna worked, and the host got us straightened out and refused a large tip. The lake was perfect for a quick swim in the morning. Living room with big dining table, sofa plus tv you can watch films from your own nezflux account just do not forget to LOG OUT before you leave otherwise you may have trouble at home. Fireplace but we did not use. You can buy logs from the owner if you wish. Kitchen corner, equipped with everything...you can cook even bake. Dishwasher, fridge. Bedroom with a double & single beds. We had windows for 3 different directions. The place was warm, heated with AC, remotely controlled. You can park outside, plenty place...Upstairs you can be on the terace. In the building there is a sauna. The owner has a snowmobile you can ride on the lake. We had a great time. It was our 2nd time here. James (9/5): Great property - quiet and friendly for the wilderness but close to things if needed. - Location - 30 mins from Pyha, 90 mins from Rovaniemi and easy to find/ easy drive. Scenery - stunning by lakeside, very peaceful Host - very helpful when assistance needed Accommodation - great base. Flexible sleeping arrangements, usable kitchen for self catering. Clean, very warm even at -18 outside. Kitchen - hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, some pans and utensils. Bathroom - great - heated floors a real bonus! Sauna - great! No instructions but use the two knobs at the bottom of the unit to turn on and set temperature. Nothing really that was an issue. Couple of points that may be of use for others: - Beds were 3 singles on the floor on a mezzanine space with ladder stair access, plus the sofa bed in the lounge as a double. Just about worked for us with younger teenage kids, might be cramped for more than 4. - kitchen had limited cooking utensils and pans. We didn't ask for more, but expect they would provide additional if needed (ie wooden spoons, spatulas, knives). Induction hob - could do with instructions on how to use - took us a while.
Wei (9/5): Recommend here - Everything we liked, the fire pot in the lodge was an enjoyable point for the kids although it was warm enough inside the lodge. The private sauna was great plus point. The host was very friendly and helpful. We extended one extra night because we liked here. The snowmobile can be hired and do recommend it, as you can drive it on the frozen river nearby. Recommend the lodge facing to the river side Nothing

Rocío (10/5): Excellent, nice and cute house with amazing host - The host was super nice and answered very quickly to our questions during the stance. The house is big and very cute. The kitchen had everything you might need (kettle, microwave, pans…) and the sauna was amazing! The beds were confortable, the temperature of the house was great and everything was clean. Nothing as everything was really nice!

We received a list with all the don't and a pricelist without any context. It felt like we were unwanted.
