- TALALmohm (10/5): Joy able Nights - Back again to stay in this hotel, farther more it has very good location, thar is a-river be side the hotel, you enjoy hearing the water flow sound and green land mountains around, good security, good service and facility, the room clean tidy and comfortable bed. Friendly staff and good service from NABILA Resiptionest.

- Athar (10/5): شكراً جزيلا لكم كانت اقامتي مريحه وممتازه - الموقع يجنن مررره والغرفه نظيفه ومريحه وهدوء الاكل جربت وجبت عشاء مكرونه بالصوص الابيض لذيذه جربت التراميسو من الكوفي بالوبي ابدا مو حلو والكبتشينو حلو الغلايات في الغرفه تحتاج تغير رديئه جدا ومناشف الاستحمام ايضا

- CahyadiPakeh (10/5): Great Meeting with View - Very happy to finally held a workshop in this resort. Patuha Meeting Rooom had a mountain and green view. This helped us to enjoy the session all day. I would suggest to open the curtain as the room use TV monitor (not projector) so it was fine. All coffee break items were delicious and well presented. The waiter maintained the cleanliness during our break. My room view had the same fresh mountain and pools view. Very relaxing. And most memorable one : almost all employees, from receptionist to restaurant servers as well as Housekeeping public area greeted me with my name. Amazing. Will definitely come back

- Saad (7/5): Hotel doesn’t deserve this high ranking - The view was so good I couldn’t sleep well because of the noise of the waterfall sound, it’s really noisy the problem closing the balcony door wouldn’t be enough and lightning in the room coz at night we can’t turn off the balcony lights …

- Mohammed (8/5): Great stay in Puncak with amazing view. - The view is amazing, the staff are very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The property is a bit old and some parts, like the AC control, need to be replaced. It’s also slightly far from the center of Puncak, but that was okay.

- badr (6/5): راسلت مكان الاقامه قبل الدخول لتوصيتهم على توفير سبل الراحه لان جل وقتي في الفندق ولاكن مكان الاقامه لم يلبي طموحي - إطلالة الفندق فقط النظافه سرعة التجاوب الخدمه على سبيل المثال باب الغرفه لا يقفل اليآ طلبت إصلاحه 3 مرات لا يفترض ان يتم التشبيك على الغرف قبل دخول النزلاء مثلآ 🤔 أين الرقابه ؟ والمتابعه !

- Khaled (9/5): - -الموقع جميل. -وجود شطاف في الحمام. أولاً: الافطار غير مناسب للعرب ابداً ، لا يوجد الا البيض فقط. ثانياً: لا يوجد منسوب لتصريف الماء في الحمام ، للأسف يتحمع الماء عند الباب ، ويسبب عدم النظافه.
