Light breakfast on the 4th Fl. Clean room good for family and friend. There are tiny swimming pool in the parking space. Friendly staff and good hospitality. By the way, The room is not sound and smell proof. If there are a lot of guest, quite slow to make up your room. No elevators. Less parking space but have staff to take care of.

Nao tem elevador o os clientes têm de carregar as bagagens até ao andar onde se localisa o quarto que lhe é atribuido. Péssima limpeza que se observa assim que chegamos ao looby onde se vêm uns candeeiros com arte que nunca foram limpos... Mau cheiro nos quartos indica pouca manutenção. De um dia para para o outro apenas vemos as toalhas a serem trocadas, nada mais é feito no quarto, nem sequer puxam os lençóis para fechar a cama ou o simples despejo do caixote do lixo... Muito mau!
- Didibuay (2/5): Completely deceived by its branding - I am so glad my ordeal is over! It’s hardly any hotels I have been to through my life. Breakfast is severed at the expense of all the noise I had to endure from 6am!!!!! Opening of the doors, happy staffs greeting each other, moving of all the food into the dirty common sink area, setting up, ALL can be hear from my room. The room has wonderful, great, innovative layout which means completely nothing to me, given the lack of rest so needed and expected of a hotel. Nothing essential was provided! Except lots of shower caps! The bathmat on the tile slides so be careful when one steps out of the room. The breakfast is needless to say, you have to wash your bowls and others’ if they left food bits after eating. I would pay more any time for a better place with good sound proffed rooms, services and amenities— no toothbrush, no conditioner, no kettle, nothing but an interesting room layout! By the way the hotel is beside the road so every motorcycle that zoom past, I count them through the night. Oh then again the hotel has a fantastic room layout! This was my worst stay ever in Chiangmai and in my life! And I can’t be bothered to feedback to the hotel itself, because this is such a clever biz model. Totally love it’s profits driven concept, the owner is very intelligent! This is the only thing I give thumbs up to the hotel. There’s only a security guard from 12-6am! No receptionist even! Perfect biz model! I didn’t bother to take any photos and was waiting for every min to pass to move on! Thank you arch 39 for turning a holiday into an ordeal!

- 592jac (10/5): clean environment and friendly staff - worth the value of money. hotel location is not that strategy for walking, but you can rent the bike at hotel @250 baht perday. walking distance have a nice temple to visit and praying next to the petrol station. and walk straight -to the petrol station there have a small "food court" at night which also near to 7-11
- kunatas (4/5): Bathroom is flooding - I have stay the room#102 on 26-28 October 2019, the bathroom is flooding due to the wasted water is unable to run out to the drain. I have report to the receiptionist but there is no any response to fix this problem during 2 nights stay there. After shower you need to use the mop to push the water to the drain by yourself.

- wallayasomz (2/5): Terrible experience หลีกเลี่ยงสถานที่นี้ เเย่มากก - พอไปถึงเเละเช็คอินงงมากค่ะ ทางเจ้าหน้าที่บอกเราต้องไปอีกสาขานึง ค้นพบว่าโรงเเรมชื่อนี้มีสองสาขาเเละไม่มีเเยกบอกด้วยตอนจอง ครอบครัวเราหกคนถูกส่งไปพักที่สาขาเก่า ความไม่ประทับใจครั้งเเรกคือเมื่อเดินเข้าห้องพักโรงเเรม(ขอเรียกว่า motel นะคะ ) เพราะต่ำกว่ามาตรฐานมาก ห้องจริงเล็กเเคบมากกว่าในรูปถ่ายเราจองห้อง family roomค่ะ ห้องเหม็นอับ เเละไม่มีไมโครเวฟ เเละไม่มีกาต้มน้ำด้วย พอเดินเข้าไปในห้องน้ำตกใจมากคราบสกปรกตามขอบพื้นเเละชักโครก ซิ้งค์น้ำเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดมานานมาก เเละมีขนหยิกๆหยอยๆสั้นๆตรงพื้นในห้องน้ำค่ะ รวมถึงในส่วนของห้องฝักบัวอาบน้ำก็สกปรกด้งวยคราบต่างๆเเละรูระบายน้ำมีผมหลายเส้นด้วย เตียงนอนมีฝุ่นเเละผม นอนคืนเเรกเเทบไม่ได้นอนเพราะคันทั้งคืนกับพี่สาว สงสัยผ้าปูที่นอนเเละผ้าห่มไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดมานานหรือว่าทาฃสถานที่ใช้ไม้กวาดทำความสะอาดพื้นฝุ่นผงต่างๆจึงลอยไปทั่ว เเล้วทางสถานที่ได้บอกว่ามีกาเเฟเครื่องดื่มขนมปังพวกนี้บริการฟรีเริ่ม6โมงเช้าถึงรางๆสี่โมงเย็น ทางครอบครัวตื่นมาเดินขึ้นไปชั้นสี่ที่มีบริการอาหารฟรี ยังไม่มีอะไรออกมาตั้งวางเลยค่ะ ผ่านไปครึ่งชั่วโมงกว่าๆทางเเม่บ้านถึงค่อยทยอยนำออกมา ขนมปังก็ไม่สดเเข็งจัง เเละบริเวณที่กินรวมถึงที่คว่ำถ้วยจานมีคราบสกปรกเเละขี้จิ้งจกเต็มไปหมดเลย ตกใจมาก ได้เเจ้งให้ทางเจ้าของโรงเเรมทราบก็ไม่ได้มีท่าทีกนะตือรือร้นที่จะปรับปรุงเลย ทางสถานที่มีบริการเครื่องที่กดดื่มน้ำร้อนเเละเย็น เครื่องทำงานไม่เหมือนเครื่องทั่วไปตามสถานที่อื่นๆเเละไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่เเนะนำเลยว่าจะใช้ยังไงทางคุณพ่อเเละคุณเเม่โดนต่อว่าด้วยว่าถ้าทำพังต้องจ่ายเงินห้าพันบาทเลยสะอึกไปเลยค่ะ ครอบครัวเราไม่เคยเลยที่จะให้รีวิวไม่ดีกับสถานที่ไหนมาก่อน ขอรบกวนทางสถานที่พิจารณาด้วยนะคะโดยเฉพาะเรื่องความสะอาด.... More like a motel than a hotel, the building is dirty and quite dusty as if it is under construction, the room has no microwave nor electric kettle, the bathroom faucet is falling apart and leaking, bathroom's floor has pubic hair all over and lots of stains. The room we rented was very small for a family size room unlike at the time of booking ( book through Agoda , photos lie ) the owner was notified about cleanliness but did not seem to care... BTW Arch39 has 2 locations in the same area, we were sent to the older one, Awful experience, not worth 1,800Baht a night! Disappointed. Please take it to your consideration on how to seriously improve your motel,,, Regards

La pase super bien, lo mejor que tiene es el staff, tienen mucha información sobre las atracciones, son bien atentos y te ayudan en todo. Luego regrese para unos dos días y me encontré una situación incomoda pues en el cuatro que me quede habían "Bed Bugs". Me di cuenta a media noche y le avise al de seguridad. Me cambio de cuarto. Al otro día hable con los gerentes y la única solución que me dieron fue moverme a un cuarto más caro. También envía a lavar mi ropa por la situación de los "bugs" y me cobraron un precio no muy bueno con el laundry.

After checking in asked reception to clean the room, was told it will be cleaned buy it wasn't after we returned from the city. Filthy. Never use again. Ants in the bathroom, leaking tap, ring is in the fridge, sticky dirty glasses. Public area any better. You of course have to leave the shoes outside the hotel but floors looks like never mopped.

- jinwook (6/5): - 가족들이랑 함께 도착하여 안내를 받았지만 사진상에 나와있는 방과는 다른곳을 안내해주어 당황하였습니다. 스탭말로는 큰방을 원할경우 다시예약을 하라고 해서 그냥 사용 하였지만 매끄럽지 않은 대응에 실망 장소는 그닥 좋은 위치는 아닙니다
- Verified traveler (6/5): Probably Good? - We had a bad experience, but I don't think that it's indicative of the hotel overall. The hotel looks very nice, and the rooms are a great budget option for families. Unfortunately we had a absolutely terrible smell in our room that actually made us somewhat sick. I think it was only in our room, as I stuck my head in the room next door, and it seemed fine.
- Camilo (6/5): Nice rooms, ultra small bathrooms - Rooms look new, clean and nice. Bathrooms are ultra small and not that clean. Location wasn't the best. Staff was not as friendly as all the other Hostels I stayed in during my two weeks on Thailand
- Emily (10/5): - Started off wonderfully with them letting me check in a bit early, and offering me some delicious cocoanut ice cream while I waited for my bed to be made! I loved the location, it was very centrally located, and it was very easy for me to walk to anywhere I wanted to go in the city. It can be a little strange walking down an ally to get back at night, but just be smart about it and you won't have any issues. The staff was also really amazing. Anytime I had a question or needed something they always did everything that they could to help. The place was also very clean. They are constantly sweeping the main area, emptying the trash bins, and cleaning the bathrooms and guest rooms. Definitely a place I would stay again!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Péssimo banheiro - O quarto é sujo, o banheiro é muito sujo, fedido e não tem ventilação, chuveiro é péssimo. De resto foi tudo ok. A equipe do hotel é legal mas não sabem falar inglês muito bem. A cama é confortável.
- Angela (8/5): - Overall this was a positive stay as this is a new property that is well maintained. Saw people cleaning throughout the day. Staff was available to answer questions and to store luggage. Nice area downstairs with tables and big windows to lounge or do some work. I stayed for 2 nights. When I first arrived to the room I asked if I could have a lower bunk. I was told they were booked. Only one lower bunk out of 4 was occupied during my stay. It would be nice to have a large mirror in the room. Free breakfast is instant coffee or tea and white toast, so nothing fancy. It’s not a 2 min walk to any of the old town activities. More like 16-20 min.

- china (8/5): 普通のホテル - 到着時のレセプションの方がとても親切にしてくださいました。 タオルと水をいただけるのですが、連泊する場合は言わなくちゃ変えてくれないみたいです。 ちなみに毎日は不可能だそう。 基本的にこまめに掃除はしてくださっていますが、トイレとバスルームが一緒になっていて、仕切りも少ししかな い為使いにくかったです。 基本入り口から靴を脱ぐので、濡れてるのが気になる方は草履持参した方がいいかもです。

- Julia (6/5): Good location but... - As an architect, I had high hopes for this hotel and that my 3 kids would enjoy the fun room layout shown in the photos, which they did. We stayed in room 102 at the end of the hall. It was relatively quiet, especially since we were there for Songkran. The windows in our room were nothing like the expansive glass shown in the photos - we had 4 windows measuring maybe 18”x36” along one side of the room facing the street. The small practical details expected in such a creative room layout were hard to find, like towel bars or hooks by the sink and decent lighting by the lower bed and sink. The beds are quite firm as are the pillows and the linens were clean. The location is very convenient.

- Prin (8/5): A good located hotel - The hotel is located in the center of the city so it's very convenience to go and explore the city. The hotel staffs are very nice and lovely. The room is clean but for the family room, I do not recommend to anyone who can't climb up to the bed (a lil adventure skill is required)
- Katja (10/5): Amazing hostel :) - I stayed in Arch39 for 3 nights and I can really recommend this hostel for everyone. It´s new, clean, homely and the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is close to CM old town and everything is near :)
- Shinae (8/5): - 창푸악 게이트 나와서 5분 거리에 위치해 있습니다. 게이트 앞에서 밥먹고 재즈바 들렸다 가면 아주 좋아요! 그리고 리셉션 직원들이 굉장히 친절합니다. 가성비 좋은 곳입니다:)

- madam (10/5): เจ้าหน้าที่น่ารักมากๆ - มีปัญหาตอนเข้าเชคอินนิดหน่อย เนื่องจากจองไปแล้วไม่พบชื่อในระบบ เจ้าหน้าที่ต้องหาใหม่อีกรอบถึงจะพบ โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจ มีไอติมเสริฟด้วย อร่อยมากๆ เจ้าหน้าที่บริการดี เป็นมิตร ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีจักรยานให้ยืม ฟรีชั่วโมงแรก มีบริการเรียกรถแดงไปสนามบินให้ ห้องเล็กไปนิดสำหรับพักรวม 8 เตียง ไม่ค่อยมีที่วางของส่วนตัว เพราะว่าเตียงใกล้กันมาก มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ ไวไฟ แรงดี ห้องน้ำสะอาด มีขนมปังปิ้ง กับเครื่องดื่มตอนเช้าให้ บริการตัวเองค่ะ
